Just wanted to let you know that the service I received was excellent . They were friendly and serviced my Vexilar FL 8 while I waited, took less than 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the small repair . Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for service and I will definitely buy my next Vexilar from them .

I had come in to return a item (got shipped 2 of them by mistake) and the customer service ladies were very helpful. We worked through the confusion and they gave me a full refund for the extra item. They also threw in a free hat for my troubles :) 10/10 costumer service and products!!

Fabulous customer service! Checked battery, replaced connections, and diagnosed my FL-8 in about 5 minutes. Replaced the transducer with a refurbished one and added a new knob for the one that went missing 30 years ago. Now I have the Vex my Uncle first had when I was a kid. Super grateful! Thanks yall. Customer for life!

The guys who attend to warrenty issues are the best. They know these products inside out. I live close by , so stopping in to ask them a question is bonus. They reconditioned units for sale as well as other products sold by Vexilar. Top shelf operation in my opinion.

I have a Vexilar LC507 Edge 3 sonar with dual transducers. The age of this unit is unknown (most likely 10 years plus). It has been working flawlessly until I go to turn it on and can barely see the screen. I reset all factory defaults and the unit had no change. I was dreading finding, buying and installing a new sonar as I liked my current setup and didnt want to spend $800 for a new one. I e-mailed Vexilar just to see if they had any idea on whats wrong with it and Tyler said they could most likely fix it and the most he has charged was $130. I was sold and they received it the Tuesday after Labor Day. I was expecting to receive a call to get my credit card information in a week or two. I got home for lunch on Thursday (2 days later) and there was a box from Vexilar. I opened it and found an invoice stating that they found a poor solder joint and went along and fixed and tested it - all good. The total charge = $0. I cant believe the level of customer service and the way they stand behind their product (especially 9 years after the warranty expired). Hats off to Tyler and the whole Vexilar team!

I have been using Vexilar products for 15 years and Ive always heard about the great customer service. Well I finally had an issue with my 6 year old Flx-28 called Tech support and talked with I believe it was Matt over there in the service department. Anyways, long story short, he talked me through the diagnosis and what to do to fix it easily without having to send it in or even spend any money to get it fixed! It all made perfect sense and only took 5 minutes to adjust the transducer pins! He even said to call and ask for him by name if it doesnt work or I need anything else. Thank you for youre help Matt and the Vexilar team! I find that most people jump at the opportunity to bad mouth companies now days but nobody seems to take the time to give credit where credit is due. So thank you again to Vexilar for the awesome customer service and for standing behind your products. I was already a fan but now I will be telling people about my experience and Im a customer for life!

Great products with exceptional customer service! I bought an ice flasher with a bad battery out of the box so I called about the 30 day battery guarantee and Vexilar had a new one at my doorstep three days later. Absolutely love my FLX-12!

This company is awesome. They replaced a motor in in my five year old vexilar in two days without an appointment and free of charge. I was blown away buy this type of service and support, you dont see this from most places. I would miss hesitate to buy a of there products with this kind of backing behind it. Locally made and based in MN.

I came in here with some wiring issues with my FL-18. The guy working behind the motors counter helped explain to me what the issue was and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He didnt even charge me for his service. I will 100% come back to this place for business in the future.
