I cannot recommend Bellacor more! I ordered a dining room table from them and had a great experience. The order was easy delivery was really quick and they were great about keeping in touch to keep me posted. Unfortunately the table had some damage to one of the corners and they were amazing on the customer service! I will be ordering from them a lot!!

Amazing experience! The site was easy to order from, they had a discount/sale going on, and shipping was so fast!! Knowing I had read some bad reviews on this site (that made me pause before ordering), wanted to counter the bad reviews with this good one. I am impressed... oh and product looks amazing as well. Wouldnt hesitate to order from Bellacor again.

Great company! I was skeptical because the other reviews, but seriously, they were great. Had to call them a few times to verify info, and they were beyond helpful each time. Kept me up to date on my purchase and everything went flawless! I think these believe reviewers dont read before they order, all the things they are complaining about are CLEARLY written out on their site and in the item descriptions. READ PEOPLE! READ! You could help yourself!

On September 13, 2018 I purchased a chandelier in the amount of $103.92. The chandelier arrived on September 18, 2018 via UPS delivery and was damaged. I contacted Bellacor Customer Care on September 19, 2018 to file a damage claim and to request a refund. I was advised to provide photos of the damage and Bellacor would email return instructions (return label) within 3-5 business days. A confirmation email was received September 20, 2018 acknowledging receipt of the damage photos. On September 20, 2018 I contacted Bellacor and again requested a return label. I was advised the Return was in process. On September 24, 2018 I received an email from Sirina indicating Bellacor recently updated its Return System/Database and they were experiencing technical issues; but the Return Instructions would be provided on September 25, 2018. However, return instructions were not provided and I contacted Bellacor on September 28, 2018 and requested an escalation to a Supervisor. I was advised their was still an issue with the Return System/Database and that a Supervisor was not available. In addition, I was advised the supervisor would return the call within two business days. It has been 18 days since the order date and 11 days since the damage claim was reported and Bellacor has failed to initiate the return process so that I can return the damaged item and receive a refund.

I was really concerned about purchasing due to some of the reviews- but I have to say my customer service experience was flawless. I purchased 2 lights and one of the glass globes came broken. I called and spoke with Richard, and he ordered/had shipped a replacement that day. He sent me conformation of the shipment with his contact info should I need anything.. I cant tell you how happy I am. I received the replacement globe today- the lights are simply beautiful.

Avoid the Bellacor company at ALL costs. I’m a genuinely concerned customer for any who who plan to do business with this company.For any other company expecting to do business with them please proceed with caution because you’ll find out that while you may have an NDA with them (maybe you do, maybe you don’t), they will BLAME YOUR COMPANY for their poor customer service.I shop online a lot and have never had trouble with any online company before, but I’m livid.Look at the call made on 7/20 with the rep who stated her name was “Ocean”.I bought the Perryton 8-light from them. It’s shipping was delayed THREE times. I get it, people are backed up, that isn’t the main problem in this situation. Each time I was told it would be another 2-4 weeks.They continually blamed Sea Gull Lighting for the delays. They told me that company was behind and hadn’t even put my light together yet after two delays (roughly 4-6 weeks late).I felt it was unprofessional to complain about the company they work with without even making contact with them on behalf of the customer blaming them. I left that conversation having a poor impression from Sea Gull Lighting as a company.We ordered the same light online through someone else that same day because our light was another 2-4 weeks out. We had sent the cancellation, and the other company showed it could ship much quicker.We understood that Bellacor didn’t have the light in stock & were at the mercy Sea Gull Lighting’s production time. So, it seemed like an easy choice for us to not halt our renovation for a third time. No hard feelings, just needed to go a different direction based on what we were told.Later, we get an email stating the cancellation request was DENIED. They shipped the product the next day (created the label that same day after our cancel request), then are now charging us about $100 shipping to return the light!!We called multiple times to discuss this, each time they refused to pay for the return shipping on an item we CANCELLED.We were told they were not able to cancel the order once the Label was created, but the company uses UPS. My family works in shipping and fulfillment & literally deals with issues for their clients daily.It is EXTREMELY EASY to stop a shipment wt them & UPS is very easy to work with. Bellacor refused to even take a simple step to provide decent customer service.In fact, the shipping we are being charged is INFLATED to generate a profit for them. To ship from UPS to our house for that product, should only cost them at most about $56 since it’s a zone 5, 132lb dim. weight pkg. 🤨Ocean told me she read in the conversation notes from the previous call that we were informed that the cancellation may not go through, but that was NOT what was explicitly said to us.She admitted the conversations were not recorded, she’s just reading what is typed. I told her that I’d like to record our conversation since I don’t trust their typed notes now & she said that was fine.Ocean said it was our cost, then admitted that the delay email was sent to us by accident from Sea Gull Lighting, that it wasn’t Bellacore’s fault.When I asked why were we’re paying for their mistake, she began talking over me & seemed angry. I was very surprised at how poorly the customer service was allowed to speak to customers.I hope Bellacor executives read this & fix these issues because this review is not my last. I don’t think they will hear about problems like this if customers don’t speak out here.After being lied to, listening to reps blame their own partner companies, expediting an order despite being asked to cancel, then charging me to return an item I called (supposedly that was 2-4 was out) to cancel.I am now about $500 out for the light until I pay them $100 to return an item that they knew I no longer wanted to purchase from them BEFORE they shipped it to me.They confirmed to me the times they sent the cancellation request, times SeaGull received it, but that it was still shipped later that day.Buyers & partners beware!!

Bellacor has been the go to lighting/home furnishings store for me and my family for a few years now. We have purchased items ranging from various light fixtures, accent furniture and home decor, an entire bedroom set and ceiling fans. Items have arrived as described/displayed on the site and in timelines consistent with what was listed on the product pages and email communications. The site has a vast assortment of beautiful products and brands. Its also nice to know this is a local MN company. Highly recommend!

False advertising and shady. Images of flush mounts I purchased online show outer ring of light coming in flush contact with the ceiling but in fact it is severally inches away from the ceiling. Brought it to their attention and they pretended there was no issue. They lost the credit card dispute which is the only plus. Beware.

I don’t know where to start regarding the horrible customer service or really the lack of any customer service from Bellacor. After waiting 10 days for two rugs to be delivered, calling & being put on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected, attempting to use their “chat line” but no one to “chat” with, I gave up and called the next day.... after the 25 minute hold, I was told that the order was cancelled because when I attempted to order, two different credit cards were used so they cancelled the order for fraud. The rep told me they sent an email but I searched and never found any email about cancelling. I will definitely never use this company again. I went back to Amazon - they get the whole “customer service thing” and I know the rugs will show up!

I ordered a table from here, I got an email 2 days after the order was placed that it was then back ordered. The estimated ship date was 2 months from then. I waited. When that date came closer, I got another email pushing the ship date back another 2 months. That date came and went. I inquired about the item, and got an email that I would be notified about its whereabouts in the next couple days. I received another email pushing the date back another month. I called to cancel, never got through to anybody. I was finally able to cancel the order through the online chat.

The whole process was a nightmare. After the 5-7 week shipping time passed, we called Bellacor repeatedly looking for a status update and got nothing.... we spent too much time on hold all 3 times we called, only to be told that they didnt know when and if the furniture had shipped. We ultimately canceled the order which was another runaround. I should have researched this company before ordering!

Horrible retailer, stay away!!! Ordered window panels in April of 2017, ir took 2 months to get them, once the order arrived it was not as pictured, not even close, called customer service to return, it took 3 phone calls to get a return authorization, during that process I was assured that I should not incur any costs, yet when the return was processed the restocking fee and shipping added up to almost $200 on $360 purchase. called customer Service again, and the explanation I got is that the clear did not understand me correctly, so the return was processed as a different type, and there was nothing, so I just have to the fees for nothing . Will never use again!!!!!

Terrible return policy Received a wall clock the glass completely shattered. They required that I had to take a picture of the damage to obtain a return. So I had to remove from carton, getting broken glass everywhere. Then told I had to wait 3 to 5 days for a response. Then a response that they were making a claim against carrier UPSs, that could take 5 or more days. Then they would consider my refund, I was told by agent that at least a week after that for a refund. That adds up to almost 2 weeks before the item could be returned and my money refunded. I will never shop from them again, also they need to training their customer service reps to be a bit friendlier, and not to act like they were doing their customers a favor.

Bellacors website images of the light fixture which I ordered were not very detailed. Although the return policy is good, return shipping charges were prohibitive! Bellacor processed my return of (4) wall sconces as individual packages, and thus I was billed over $40 to return them. This was not clear until I read the fine print. If the pictures on the website had been detailed initially, this confusion could have been avoided.

Deceiving descriptions on wallpaper. Got my order and called for clarification... it was insinuated that I was just completely stupid by the representative that I spoke to. Overpriced as well. I understand that I ordered incorrectly (although the description was very VERY vague) really didnt need to be spoken to as I was a complete moron. I ended up needing an other roll and ordered from a different company that had a great description of what I was purchasing in red bold type and for much cheaper.

I ordered something that turned out to be the wrong size and they would not let me return it even though it was in original packaging, not used and I requested the return on the same day I received it. I will never order from here again. I would encourage people to shop elsewhere where they have a better return policy.

TERRIBLE.They have great, beautiful items...but what good is that if you NEVER receive them?I ordered twice from these guys. First time, it takes them 3 months (yes, from May to end of August) to tell me the item has been discontinued.Ok...no problem...I get a credit (which I had to ask for because in 3 months they had not thought of giving me), and I order another item. This time, I make sure I select an Item that says in stock and i double check with the representative to make sure it is in stock. Sure, he says, it will arrive to you in 3-5 business days.Well, 6 business days later, I receive an email telling me the item has been discontinued????Then I get in a chat to explain this to the customer service representative and make a complaint...always being polite, no bad words, nothing. The customer service representative says NOTHING of value, answers ironically, and closes the cat window before I do!What is wrong with this company??????Sure you returned my money...AFTER I ASKED FOR IT, NOT BEFORE...and it took you 5 days...but what about my time? Are you paying me back for that? What about the fact that I stopped searching for items elsewhere, wasting more time? What about the excitement you made me feel to then follow with disillusionment? I mean no offense, but are you marketing IDIOTS????? This is the WORST thing you can do to a client!!!!!As I told the customer service rep (before he closed the window), I will make sure to blast social media with bad reviews of these guys.I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE. They play with your time and money. They are not serious, and they probably will not make it for too long if this is what they consider acceptable service.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was sent the incorrect fixture - wrong color. Customer service staff are polite but do not get back to me as promised. Eventually got the correct fixture, and then another one was delivered. No one in this company seems to be able to get my issues resolved. Terrible customer service.

I bought an 84 shower curtain rod from Bellacor. It cost $87. The two-piece rod was narrow in diameter and flimsy. I would expect that this product should have cost $25.00 at Home Depot. Be sure if you order something from Bellacor, that it is not overpriced junk.

Their pricing was misleading on their site. Rather than shipping back, they promised to price match another company. Then later decided that it was too cheap to match. Now they wont return emails. Avoid!!! Stay away!!!
