I came in today to purchase a couple energy drinks and protein shakes to try different flavors. The gentleman that helped me was very polite, but there was a lady (don’t know her name, she was Asian) who works there that looked at what I had purchased and made a face. Makes me not want to shop here anymore.

I typically like going here because of all the great deals on clearance items. I purchased a shake from the refrigerated section and to my surprise it expired several months ago. Please start checking your inventory!

Vitamin Shoppe is generally helpful and carries the right products. My experience with this store sets the bar for others. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They ask questions and provide solid answers.

The Vitamin Shoppe is conveniently located on France. This location has plenty of knowledgeable employees to help customers. They offer order pickup inside the store as well as having the option of someone bringing it outside to you in your vehicle. Thank you for having these services available to your customers!

I came here to buy my normal products. I have shopped at vitamin shoppe as a company for over a year now.I have always been informed by employees that “your coupons just expired.” This was so frustrating, and no one seemed to care.Well today at this location I was helped by a gentlemen named Aaron. Aaron noticed that I had coupons from points that accumulated due to my numerous purchases. Instead of ignoring them, he asked if I wanted to use them. He is the first EVER that has asked me this BEFORE they expired.Thank you very much for caring about the customer Aaron! It’s not about the savings, it’s about feeling appreciated and acknowledged.Thank you very much you made my day!

Have it a try just because… Selection was pretty bare, maybe had something to do with the pandemic, and staff was average. I felt like I was annoying them by being there… GNC has always had what I need, and generally in a surplus of choices. I think I’ll stick with them.

The worst. Wait times to check out are forever.

Unfortunately, it wasnt as easy to have them honor their price match motto the last time I shopped there. I ultimately had to pay full price as I didnt have the time needed to come up with the ad I had intended to use.

The pre workout I purchased was open/unsealed and clumpy. I thankfully opened it in the car and walked back in to swap it- they told me I had to do a full return and repurchase. Huge waste of time and they said “it’s been happening with their shipments recently”. If so, why not check your shipments before selling them to people??

This place is great!First of all, when you leave the parking lot don’t even try to take a left to get back on France if traffic is heavy. Take a right and go like 300 feet to make a U-turn at the roundabout.Secondly, this place is awesome for vitamins, supplements, essential oils, etc. Staff is friendly and the rewards program is a nice “thank you” for customers.

I never leave negative reviews but wow! I just called to ask a simple question.. i get asked to be put on hold... wait 6 min. She comes back on.Me: “do you have vitamin e applicators”Her: “can you hold again I have 3 people in the store - can you just come here and look”Me: well I’m 25 min away so I just want to see if you have the vitamin e applicators”Her “ no we don’t”Call ends.Okay. 1. Why would you tell me to drive there then?2. I had no problem holding or maybe be given other alternatives of what may work for what I need.3. She was super flustered. If you are having an issue answering a call with 3 people in your store maybe they need to get a second person working there OR learn how to multi task.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great variety of vitamins and supplements. Also, they have a good selection and energy / protein bars and snacks / drinks; many being organic.

Prices don’t really seem that great. Selection is so so...not nearly as good as vitamin cottage and other places I’ve gone to. They also pressured me to get on auto ship and no matter what I said to tell them no they wouldn’t give up...so I got auto ship that I didn’t want and now have to find it in my email to cancel. Not really impressed. The staff was very helpful just a little pushy.

My favorite place for all my supplement needs. Great staff and always helpful! I love the Rewards program too.

They have been helpful and the location is relatively convenient for me.Their sales kind of drive me nuts. Whatever you buy will likely be on sale within a week or two.

I came in last week there was an American women sitting on the counter. She had a very bad attitude. She didn’t greet me. But the African American women greeted me helped me find what i needed. The other girl rung me up she was very disrespectful. This time i came in today the Mexican women was very disrespectful as well. If they don’t like there jobs they need to go work some where else. I will never shop with you guys again.

Tho they had the product I was looking for, the employee Kim who answered the phone when I called was immensely rude. I’ve been in retail a long time, and one thing I know for a fact is customer relations is everything. She failed in that aspect.

Where’s that beautiful black girl the one who sales me all of her products she used to loose weight. I only like to buy from her we bonded one day she was crying in the back because of the older lady who always picks on her the other younger girl was telling her she did that too me. Then the younger girl told the black girl what the older lady says about the store manager and more. I helped her and i noticed her from tv. But I came in the older women said the black girl doesn’t work here no more so i will not be shopping here anymore i would like to know where she went and her email or phone number. I grew a bond with her so did my mother. They talked about her sickness and mine the losses we had. But i want to know where she went and a email. For her i love her she’s a great person. But that other lady she’s rude and shouldn’t make no one feel unwelcome when she looks like there’s something wrong with her all the time.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE ! My partner accidentally broke a syrup glass bottle, we apologize and we were more than willing to pay for it but after seeing the woman’s attitude towards us we did not pay for it. The whole time we were there she kept making faces saying “ugh” “omg” “what else do you need” then when we were going to pay and saw us with cash she said “your paying with cash?” And immediately got very annoyed that she snatch the money from my partner. Not only did she have an attitude while ringing us up but she was aggressively doing everything. She also threw my receipt on the counter. This is and will be my last time I come here. I really liked this store but after this bad experience I will not be coming back, I will be shopping somewhere else.

I came in last week to do a return the black girl told me couldn’t do it bc her manager was on break. But i seen the other girl get in a car and leave. I just want the black girl to know i didn’t mean to yell at her. I’ve bought all the weight loss products she recommended to me and there working. I didn’t mean to yell and cuss her. She’s always helpful to me i was just in a hurry. She looked like she was going to cry so that’s why i apologized but if she can’t do returns without a manager the other manager shouldn’t of left. But the black girl does a great job.

New discount program improved the value of my visit. The stores have a good selection of almost all the items I am looking for.

I love every Vitamin Shoppe, however this one has always been my favorite. Not just because it was the first one I went to, but I love their little library of health books that you can sit and read by the window.Bte Wish google could delete the one star comments, especially because of the racial content. Ill try to report them. Lol.

Price is higher than Amazon but good selection. Good people

These other reviews are absolutely baffling, filled with irrelevant racial talk. The store is clean, organized, and the staff isn’t pushy. Plus, they’re the only chain that carries Kaged Muscle supplements, which are by far the best on the market!
