I own three physical copies of a game that IS backwards compatible. Ive played it a few times on this xbox one platform. Most often the game wont play automatically, though it is set to do so. I put in both copies that work on this platform, but it tells me I have to subscribe to gold which I have been since high school. Because I own two copies, Microsoft owns me money. I have recordings. I will be advocating, with the videos, against the purchases of Microsoft or xbox products.

Ive been trying to get help unlocking my account for a while now but have not received any help. tried everything Ive looked up and what others told me to do.
