The staff is accommodating super helpful. Glad to be dealing with adults instead of other peoples rude kids. In time the store will get back to greatness under the new management.

I normally wouldn’t care too much about a family dollar or similar establishment but i’ve been going to this one for years and have always had a good experience. The staff are helpful and friendly and they’ve really improved their selection in recent years. I have zero complaints, they’re doing a good job.

The employees were pretty friendly, but I think the store was even messier than my neighborhood one had been. (The one that burned down.) I did like some of the things that they didnt use to carry.

If it wasnt for the cordial/semi helpful Latina cashier, this place would be a 1 star!! It was absolutely atrocious. Product everywhere - floor, shoved in corners, random boxes; opened packaging in every aisle with their contents strewn about; nothing was re-stocked; unpacked boxes all over the place; dirty af and the exit doors glass was replaced with plywood. Now, I grew up in the ghetto and Ive seen some ghetto stores, but this FD takes the cake and the mf trophy!! 🏆🎂

I will only give this store 3 stars, because at 1st the guys was nice, but once he started ringing me up he seemed to not have any type of customer service experience, I was being very polite to him, but he seemed to not talk back or say anything at all. If you are in a good mood when you go here I am just warning you, that they are not nice, him and the lady both seem to hate their job. This is why Family Dollar, and other stores need to give these people more money, so that they will enjoy being at work, and treating your customers right.

Store was kinda crowed with things and not much of anything I needed. Went to get thank you cards and they didnt have any. Employees were really nice however.

Door was locked at 2:15 - 2:30 on 9/27/21 with a friend store was locked everything on and running inside. We watched 11 people try and get in and lost LOT of business.

Found everything I needed and cashier was fast friendly and efficient.

This place is unorganized, and always MESSY! They have items priced and marked WRONG and they wont honor the price marked. Not one item but several. if the price is marked wrong the customer is usually granted the lower price as a courtesy for their mistake. The manager would not apologize for their mistake, or honor the marked price. Its probably the reason they have different staff every week. Wont get another dime from me!

The place was very disorganized, empty boxes everywhere and dirty. the employees where all ready to go home at 4:20 pm. Talking on their personal phone.

I like family dollar i will give 100 stars but i can only give 5stars thank you employes to family dolar.

This place closes early once in a while and Google says it opens at 8 AM but it actually opens at nine they make up their own hours.

Nice store, but google says theyre open until 10; the sign in the window says theyre open until 10; show up at 9:45 (even for a 2 liter in-and-out) and the doors are locked and they send you away saying theyre closed.

Yall should just close for good, poor service and they always close early a lot of the times which is sad so just shut the store down.

Hands down THE WORST FAMILY DOLLAR IN MINNEAPOLIS!! New rules and hours as they see fit. One super rude cashier and a bunch of other lost ones...SMH its worth the gas to go to another location!
