Limited hours but was able to get a knee scooter rental on short notice when other stores were out of them. Very nice employees...not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I will say, the google maps directions took me to not exactly the right location but I figured it out.

The owner is rude. Dude if you don’t like working, you should retire. I don’t know how this business is making money. There is barely a line or customers. The hours are terrible. The hours they are open are odd. They close very early. The customer service is terrible. Spend your money some where else.

I didnt know my husband needed a lift chair until he couldnt sit (and get up) comfortably after hip replacement surgery. The day after he came home from the hospital, I Googled lift chair after hip replacement surgery and called Dahl Medical, the first result on the list for my zip code. The website was clear and easy to navigate, so I wasnt surprised when I received great assistance over the phone. The receptionist connected me with Ken Steffes, one of the owners. Ken asked me a few questions and we soon settled on the right chair, as well as a toilet riser. I opted for same-day delivery for a reasonable charge and the items arrived shortly after noon. James set up the chair and showed us how to use it. The chair works great (lots of positions) and my husband can get out of it easily, without straining his back or compromising the new hip. The toilet riser was easy to install and is especially good for a taller person who only this morning struggled to get up, even with help. Courteous, competent staff; excellent, well priced products and service. Highly recommend Dahl Medical.

If it was possible to give zero stars that would be my review. I couldn’t find their store so and mind you I set up an appointment for 8 AM there was no one at the store. So I got to speak with one of the ladies in the office and she was very rude and told me oh it would be my problem if I couldn’t find Applebee’s so how can I not find their location. She told me to get out and walk around while I have a four-month-old baby in the car. And when I finally spoke to the owner of the facility mind you I am renting a scooter for my father who is a Vietnam vet who is sick and connected to Vietnam. The ownerTold me he didn’t even care about the sale he just got out of the hospital and decided to treat me like I wasn’t worthy of being treated like a human being. I don’t know how you stay in business and now I’m here to return my dad‘s scooter and no one‘s here of course. Call and speak to Stacy who I’m sure was the lady who told me to find Applebee’s by myself if I recall correctly. She told me there’s a sign on the door that says they’re gone from 11:30 to 12:30. I just drove an hour and 20 minutes to drop this off. Not to mention I’m dropping it off a day early. If I could give zero stars I would I’ve never been treated so unprofessionalDo you think that you would get more and expect more from a medical supply company. Also it was curbside pick up so why would I read any of the signs on the door he brought it out to me I never went inside

I am very pleased with the entire staff. They are always prompt on responding to me needs. I really cant thank you all enough!Dahl has been around forever and has never disappointed me.Every time I stop in the store, Im greeted so professionally and caring!I feel so fortunate to have people who care!Thank you!

It’s a story with many details but I’ll try to keep it short. My first phone call to them was a month or so ago I hope I got her name right I believe her name was Tori. I had called asking about renting a scooter she was so pleasant she gave me a quote and answered all my questions. After that I decided to buy a used mobility scooter didn’t care as long as it got me around . I found one on eBay and had something strange with what I thought was loose steering. I called many places and no one either would work on the brand I bought or they just didn’t seem to care because they all asked me if I bought the scooter there and when I’d say no their tone changed and I was blown of. I remembered how nice I was treated on the phone when I called Dahl Medical Supply on Nicollet even though I didn’t see anything that said they did servicing I gave it a shot anyways. The same woman answered I told her after we spoke I ended up buying a used one and told what was weird with the steering and she said she’d find out of in fact someone could take a peak at it and get back to me. Guess what?? She got back to me! I didn’t have to follow up like with most businesses about anything. She said make an appointment early morning is best so I did. (I must say early morning is best because the place was pretty busy by 11am. Lots of satisfied customers is what I witnessed.) I got there it was something silly and way easy to remedy. I was welcomed and felt so comfortable there. The customer service was not only TOP NOTCH it was SINCERE!!!! You just don’t get that anymore. I will from this day forward go there for everything I may need down the road if they carry it I’m buying it. If you are looking for mobility scooters or any medical supply check there first you won’t be disappointed. You are doing yourself a disservice by not going. I’m going to buy my next scooter from them as I need something more durable to get out really doing what I want to do. Can’t wait!! Thank you Dahl Medical Supply!! I was feeling VIP !! 😁

Going somewhere else from now on and I advise you to do the same.4 weeks for diabetic shoes.. unbelievable this place is going down hill fast.. called and now they say they cant find it and try to say i never showed up for the fitting. I dont recommend this place to know one with a disability. Dans his name at dalh medical supplies is a idiot 🙄. They like to scam the insurance company and get away with it!Give Superior Medical Services in Woodbury a call, they are perfessonal and well informed and will answer all your questions.

I read that Dahl Medical Supply was vandalized in the riot that erupted in Aug 2020. I am sorry that happened to their business, they were innocent. I hope they come back stronger than ever.

Where do I even start? i cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They not only set up us with a perfect, I mean absolutely perfect power chair for our 7 day cruise, they also helped us far beyond words recently. As our daughter was in the hospital, our power chair was in need of service. Ken, knowing our situation and need for this chair to be in perfect order, sent a technician out immediately and directly to our hospital room with no hesitation. His technician arrived and had our chair back in working order within minutes. It was incredible! I could not have been more grateful and satisfied with this companies high level of customer service and dedication.

I will not be going back to business. Their customer service was rude. The lady on phone was shouting. I was never given any thank you or have a good day on any of my 2 visits. It seemed employees had a lack of appreciation for my business. Therefore, I decided to stop going there.

Two years ago I was in an accident that rendered me a quadriplegic. In those two years it was exhausting navigating through the healthcare industry and learning about my new reality. The hospital I was in referred me to Dahl Medical supply. I was still in the hospital and they came out to my house to install ramps and a hospital bed. When I got home everything was already in place and my parents made a point to talk to me about how impressed they were with dahl medical supply. They went on to tell me how professional, knowledgeable and basically helpful. Not having any experience with how to care for a someone in my position they were overwhelmed to say the least scrambling to make sure that my return is as comfortable as possible. They said that in that whole year of me bouncing from five hospitals that working with Dahl was the first time that they truly felt that The crew at Dahl understood the situation we were in, were truly empathetic and did everything they could to make my transition seamless. In fact when the ramps were installed, they brought out multiple ramps and made sure that they were exactly what I needed, in fact, Ken the owner personally came back out to our house at nine oclock at night because one of the ramps didnt fit quite the way they wanted and brought out a different ramp just because I was coming home the next day and he wanted everything to be seamless for my family.Well I just moved last week and called Dahl to see if they had and tips for moving the medical bed. They told me not to worry about it and asked me when I was going to move it and sure enough James came out two days later and disassembled the bed and moved it and reassembled it. The next day he called me and asked me if he could come back out because he wasnt fully happy with how the remote was.performing found a circuit wasnt working and replaced the remote. Thank you Ken and James and the whole crew at Dahl for taking such good care of us!

I have had a very positive experience with Dahl. They were the most helpful and knowledgable on the phone compared to the other Southside company and, the price for renting a wheelchair was much better. I thought they were great.

Shop around before you deal with this company. They are not worthy of your business. Everyone is right they just try to force you to keep there stuff I order a walker and wheelchair both are to small I told them that when they delivered it but all they say is OK we will bring new one it will never happen I call them back and all they ever say is we will pick it up today and never do ya the money is all they want well today I called and said get this out of my house today and I am calling the insurance company to make sure they stop payment on this stuff I dont want and no one will pick up or replace it with something I can use now I cant even get around because I have no wheelchair or walker and now have to go to doctor again to get new order put in some where different this is every sick to treat handicap this way but I bet they pick up all there stuff today when the insurance company calls them dont let them bully you and good luck to anyone who deals with them call other places you will be happier you did
