My experience with UGP was nothing short of great. I sent them my graphic logo for the front and back and they knocked it out of the park. Their customer service was outstanding and always willing to answer my questions and make the changes I wanted. The finished shirt was better than I expected and will definitely be buying the rest of my shirts from them.

Underground Printing is a great spot to order from! Ive ordered from them a couple times. The most recent time was a little frustrating because we had to send back a few items two different times because the printing was either off center or crooked. But each time they were quick to redo the order for me. Despite that, I do recommend working with them! The quality of the products is great, and their staff I communicated with was awesome too.

I have used Underground Printing for a fundraising/non-profit event for the past 2 years now, and I am very impressed. I appreciate that I am able to design my own merchandise online, but mostly I love their great customer service. I have worked with Helene and Emma (Traverse City, MI), and both were very helpful and always responded quickly. In fact, on one occasion I placed an order and within hours got an art proof for approval. On another occasion, I received an art proof 2 days before my estimated delivery date. Great T-shirts! Great customer service! The art on the shirts looks exactly like I expected, they were delivered on time and the sizes fit as expected. What more could you want? The POGO system is awesome! My students were are able to order what they wanted without me having to keep track of it who wanted what size. Had a great experience with Underground Printing. This was our second time getting shirts through them. Our first order was printed the wrong color, but Matt made up for it by giving us a generous discount on our second order. Our shirts arrived very quickly, it was an easy ordering process and even though I had a lot of questions, Matt worked with me to make sure our gym members would love their shirts. I love the flexibility and the variety of shirts they have. The prices are also hard to beat--would definitely recommend.

Underground Printing has the best customer service ever. They keep you informed at every step so you know what youve ordered is being done right. Its prices are quite reasonable, and its choice of shirts is unparalleled. For example, they have ringer shirts which are very difficult or even impossible to find elsewhere. And they are as careful with small orders (even one shirt) as they are with large orders.

Used them twice for custom t-shirts. I was extremely happy with both shirts. Simple and easy, and when they were not sure about placement they reached out for approval.

Helena was wonderful and communicated quickly and effectively! She did all the liaison work with Greek life for sorority reunion shirts for some alumnae from a different university than UofM. The order took much less time than I expected, and the pricing was very reasonable for a small batch order, which is often difficult to find. Ill would definitely use Underground Printing again!

My experience was AWESOME. The process was really easy. All I had to do was go in, pick my fabric, sizes, cuts, and colors from their samples. Matt and I found a similar image online of what I wanted and started the design process from there. The turn around was very quick and the design feedback was very quick and easy online. My tshirts turned out AMAZING and the quality of the shirts was much nicer and cheaper than something I could have ordered from a massive online site.

Great communication with a representative who made the process easy. They also have an online portal used for reviewing artwork changes which is easier to keep track of than email approvals since it also sends automatic reminders if you forget to view it. We have used Underground Printing several times in the past few years for event T-Shirts. We always have multiple orders that often have a quick turn-around time and Helene has been great to work with. UGP is always very responsive to email and makes sure that if their are any problems in the order that they fix it. I have worked with Matt for the past 5 years in creating t-shirts for softball teams, pub crawls, and gifts. If you need help and suggestions he is always quick to respond and help. I typically have him help me with the design but you can also do a mock trial through their website. Our shirts always look excellent, we get them in two weeks or less and they have killer deals where the shirts are $10 - $14 per shirt, which I think is a steal. Best thing . . . we get the shirts in a free bag. :) I have done 8 shirt orders through them and plan on doing many more.

I recently ordered a custom designed shirt. The shirt was torn upon arrival and was told to just send back the shirt and they would reprint. I wasnt able to get to UPS for several days so they sent a few reminders. Once I finally sent the shirt they informed me that they would no longer print my shirt because it made vague references to a university (but not a violation of any trademark). They had no intentions of a re-print. They were just attempting to get the shirt back since they are afraid of any prints associated with a major university. Very unprofessional and a big waste of my time.

Love this place! Customink made my first and only experience (thus far) ordering shirts for our kickball team fun and easy! First of all, choosing and designing your shirts is an awesome option as it is. I also appreciate the discount for larger quantities. Although I didnt use the option, I thought it was also super awesome that you can have each player pay individually! I was worried about sizing (as you are when ordering anything online), come to find out they have a store, and I could go in and try on the shirts! I ordered my shirts within the delivery time for our first game, but was hoping we could have them for our practice the week before. I called Customink, and was pleasantly surprised they could speed up my delivery date for no additional charge! I can appreciate a well run company, and everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. Thank you Customink for producing a great product and experience for your customers!
