Stopped in this place last minute Friday on my lunch break, purchased 6 small items. 5 of them were markers/pens other item was a pack of six cards with matching envelopes. total came to about 40$ pretty pricey but Im all about supporting local businesses. When I went to use the markers I was extremely frustrated as every single one of them was dried out and had no more ink. could have bought a three times the amount on amazon for that price. will not be going there again.

First visit today! I had teacher friends tell me about their die cut selection, and I was not disappointed! Amazing selection. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars (right now) is because the store is being remodeled and has products in random places. I cant wait to go back to see the store at its best! Staff was friendly and willing to assist. Great customer service (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐).

Cute little place, not a huge selection compared to say Hobby Lobby or Michaels, but they do have a workspace where they have cutting machines that you can use for free if you purchase materials there, so thats nice. A good way to see if you like paper crafting before investing money on tools for the home.

I love this quilting shop! While I havent used them for fabric shopping, I love their machine quilting service. They are so incredible to work with. There are so many quilting designs to choose from. Not only that, but they also trim your quilt FOR you! Mindblown. Love Heartfelt!

I didnt realize we had a scrapbook store around still. I enjoyed the varied merchandise, and how it was arranged. Its also a quilt store. The service was good and I was able to browse to my hearts content. Its so nice to see they are still here and ready to serve!

I love what I go there and buy but I cant go there again until the pandemic is over cuz the person working the morning I was shopping there did not have her mask on and she was sneezing her guts out. And when she checked me out she had a mask on but it DID NOT cover her nose. Which is very unacceptable. O was very uncomfortable shopping there!!!Sign on the door said much wear mask if you come in and the employees should set the example. And she did NOT...

Good scrap book stuff

I found their selection to be very selective - meaning, they have a lot of product that were not in our category, but for someone, I guess sure? The ladies were somewhat helpful in the review of fabrics, and in the end, we did not buy, which seemed to be a real put-off to the staff; do they work on commission? I guess we will keep buying from Joann or online.

Used to go to their midnight crop. Stopped going because they brought their dogs to the store and the smell and occasional barking was very annoying. I also have allergies and just couldn’t sit there until midnight with up to three dogs in a closed store. Went several times with different friends and we all agreed that the dogs shouldn’t be there. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. I understand owners live far away and don’t want to leave dogs by themselves, but taking them to your workplace is definitely not the solution. Items are quite overpriced and not lots of sales go on. Otherwise, friendly staff and huge selection.

I always go here when I am looking for something specific in the scrapbook themed paper or stickers. The only thing is I am actually copying pages that I have previously made with vellum....not the easiest thing to find anywhere currently. But I do absolutely love Heartfelt! The wood stuff too!

Our wonderful friend is teaching myself and our friend how to quilt. Last night we saw three quilting stores and this is the store they had the most helpful staff. We had a lot of fun in the store. It is clean and organized. My friend was looking for a quilt kit and the staff showed her how to make her own quilt kit. Now she’s has the fabric to make the quilt that she always wanted to have.

Love this store! They have a great paper selection for scrapbooking, and very helpful staff. Plus they have a program where you can earn $15 store credit, which is always nice to get free “craft” money!

The fabric and scrapbooking stuff seemed to be okay, but there was a strong dusty mildew smell that hit my wife and I when we went in today. It sent her into an asthma attack, and Ive been very stuffy ever since, even though I had a mask on at the time. Theres something going on in there that definitely needs to be fixed.

Ive had 9 quilts machine quilted so far, and have been thrilled with every one of them. Beautiful job, cant beat the price. ♥️ Super nice and helpful staff. 😊

This shop has a large selection of fabrics, notions, patterns, etc. There is quite a good variety of manufacturers and lots of novelty prints. They have wide aisles and neat displays.They offer quilting classes, and about one half of the shop is dedicated to scrapbook supplies.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.This store is definitely worth a visit.

This scrapbook store has everything. I had already gone to two other craft stores and they didnt have what I needed. You name it and they have it.

I came in because the button on my shirt came off and I thought, These guys will have a needle and thread. I asked and they said, Dont buy a whole spool of thread and pack of sewing needles just for one button. They loaned me the needle and thread in the perfect color and even showed me how to sew that button back on.Im so grateful they were there, and so helpful. Im taking my wife there this week and recommending Heartfelt to everybody I know.

This is the best place to go! I have had multiple quilts tops quilted here. The quality is absolutely amaizing. The customer service is amaizing! This is the only place I go now. They always have everything I need. And if you get stuck on something they are willing to help you figure out how to fix the error or what color to use.

Great selection of crafting supplies. We were recently in looking for some decorative crafting paper, and were happy with the selection. I dont personally craft, and would rather be browsing the motorcycle showroom a couple doors down, but this store met my wifes needs and she left satisfied with the experience and her purchase.

I love this little hidden treasure store! I try to buy local whenever Im able to, and this cute shop has a lot to offer crafters! I plan to someday take one of their many classes. I stopped into this store while in the area. I was looking for more fabric for my current quilt project. I will NEVER buy fabric from this store or have any quilting done there. There were two dogs walking in the store and then staying with an employee back by the long arm quilting machines. With allergies in my family, I dont feel confident the fabric area & quilting areas sufficiently allergen free. Not everyone can deal with the smell of animals or wants their hard work to smell.

Heartfelt is hands down the best scrapbooking and supply store (they also have the cutest fabric, it almost makes me want to learn to sew). The staff is great! If you want quality products that are current and adorable this is the store to shop at! Love it!

This store is probably one of the best quilt and fabric stores I have ever been to. I feel like the staff is so friendly and helpful and the quilting that Andrea does is beautiful. The lady that used to do my machine quilting quit due to health issues and it took me awhile to find another quilter to do my machine quilting for me. I found her. She does an amazing job. I wouldnt take my quilting anyplace else. And as far as their selection of fabrics, I can find everything I need. Heartfelt is an amazing place and I love to shop there. Ive liked Heartfelt and spent quite a bit of time and money there in the last year. I brought in my quilter-mother and paper-craft-author sister when visiting from out of town.This weekend I went in with my two teen boys. They were very excited to see the selection of Copic and art markers to add to their collection (both have sold artworks of their own and we have an art room at our house). I left them to select what they wanted while I looked around. An employee approached them and fussed at them telling them not to mess with the markers. I could hear her from several rows away. I went to check on them (they were simply testing many markers, not drawing with one repeatedly, doodling, or doing anything out of the ordinary that an adult wouldnt do). As I was walking over, the lady said oh they are STILL doing it? and then said Dont touch those if you arent buying them. I said, They are buying them. And she said, well they are running down the tips. They werent. I put down my to-be-purchased and we went and spent our money at a big box store. I hate to do that, but my kids, who walked in with over $300 of their own money between the two of them and ended up spending over $50 each on art supplies that day, will not be going back to that store again.Now, I know my guys arent typical tween/teens. I know they were testing a lot of markers. I also know they would have purchased a lot of markers and were not damaging products.The store has good fabrics, lots of creative opportunities, and generally reasonable prices. Theres a good amount of paper products not easily available in other local retailers.

Employees were super unsympathetic towards us. Very unfriendly when we were asking to put away a few things at checkout due to how expensive some things were. One employee asked us what the occasion was an when we explained it was a death they offered a discount but was more prompted to upsale us than help us. Which is business but did not appreciate the prompt to get us to pur hase more when we e plained we needed to put stuff away.You also cannot put away stickers taken off rolls which is just unprofessional since we were not alerted or nothing was posted near the stickers about this.Horrible experience when we went there for an already sad reason. Will not be going there anymore.

Hours need updated. Came after work got here at 7:25pm and the store is closed. Online states you’re open till 9pm. Very frustrating

I would give this company not even one star. PATTY who was the cashier was very rude, smacked my grandmothers hand, talked down to her. We tried to talk with the owner VICKI over the phone, she claims she saw and heard the whole thing and there was nothing wrong with the way Patty treated myself, my grandmother, and my mother, VICKI will hang up on you, she talks over you before she even gives you a chance to explain the situation. If you feel like being treated like a piece of dirt, by all means do business here! Myself and my family as well as any human being deserves to be treated better than the way they do business. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

Friday nights you will often find me scrapbooking until midnight at Heartfelt. They are so friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful. They are constantly coming up with new original ideas and classes. There selection of both quilting and scrapbook supplies can not be beat. I always find everything I need as well as new supplies. Just got home from a retreat put on by Heartfelt Utah. It was the most relaxing and fun time. We felt pampered and spoiled. The food was delicious and the prizes were great. Thank you ladies!

I would like to respond to the last complaint. I was in the store when this incident happened. I felt that Patty stayed very calm while trying to help with the credit card machine. You could tell the incident escalated quickly with the customer. In my opinion the customers were not in a good mood before they came into the store and when things didnt go their way, they got upset. I drive from Davis County to come to this store for both my scrapbooking and quilting supplies. The staff and owner are both very friendly and helpful. The best store ever!!

Great selection of fabric and scrapbook supplies. However, I wouldnt recommend having anything quilted. They quilted the wrong pattern on TWO of my quilting projects. They didnt just mess up once, they messed up twice. The instructions were clear, but Andrea (the long armer) doesnt seem to take her job seriously. The quilting is also poor quality, like she never adjusts her bobbin tension.

This company is horrible! They disrespected my family when we were shopping there. My mother was trying to check out and didnt understand the credit card machine. PATTY, who was the cashier, talked down to my mother as if she was dumb and didnt know how to use her card. My mother tried to hand her her card and Patty slapped her hand, and told her to swipe it in the machine, my mother walked out of the store due to the way she was being treated. I went back to talk to the manager about what was going on and Patty started talking over me while I was explaining to Vicky what happened. I myself work in customer service and if I tried a customer like Patty did I would not have a job. PATTY and VICKY talks down to their customers and we will never be that store again!!!

Tried going here today with my aunt, got there right as they were opening and parked next to their building. Walked over to get a drink as they were opening, came out with a boot on my aunts truck for parking there. Paid $75 dollars and never even went into Heartfelt... cant afford to now. The guy that put the boot on from Slickrock towing would not even hear us out either he sits right in the parking lot waiting for people to park there (entrapment). He was a jerk. Heartfelts parking lot is outrageous!

Left my car there for less than an hour after they closed and they felt it necessary to have it towed even though its just an empty parking lot on a holiday weekend... Not cool, will never go back there.
