Cakes werent much to my liking but I did enjoy the swedish almond toast. Like other folks who have reviewed here, the service I got wasnt as good as I hoped for either.

I placed an order for 2 Dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies to be picked up the next day around lunch. I was not sure what to expect but I figured I would give them a try as most of their cakes on display looked pretty good and I figured I couldnt go wrong with the cookies.How wrong I was.I expected some decent sized cookies but what I received werent much bigger than Oreos. Not wanting to judge them based on their looks, I tried a bite. Rather than a soft, tasty cookie.. it was as hard as a rock without much taste. I had asked the person at the counter if this is how they were supposed to look and taste and was more or less told yes.The cakes and torts there look pretty good but are also fairly spendy (it is Downtown I guess). After the sad cookies, I dont know if I want to gamble on spending more for a cake or a tort and getting whammied.At this point, it looks as if this location has a sign that says Closed until further notice.

Love this bakery! Yummy smells draw you in. Authentic breads, crispy toast rounds, fresh flaky croissants, delicious cookies and pastries. Their dark roast coffee is a great go-with for any of the bakery. For the holidays, dont miss their gift-able peanut brittle and cookies. The best treats, though, are the beautiful and delicious artisanal cakes and cupcakes. Perfect for a birthday or any celebration. Hit of the party!

Just walked out with nothing but frustration. Made a special trip, because they are Wuollets. Walked in, employee looks at me says nothing. I look over the cupcakes and wait. After a few minutes, another customer walks in. Employee proceeds to serve them. I pointed out that I was already waiting. I order two birthday cupcakes, and ask for Happy Birthday to be written on one of them. Employee says, I dont know how. Im out. If you want to be a premium bakery, act like it. But I will not pay premium prices for basic service, poor service at that. Frustrated and disappointed ☹️.

Ordered 3 pies. One was late getting made and delivered separately. The rush to get it to me caused the pie to spill out of the tin and into the box.Sad days, right?WRONG! They immediately replaced my pie and thanked me for my business. A+ customer service.Pies were good too.

The driest, worst donut I have ever had. If ever Im in that area again I will try Cafe Donuts & Ice Cream across the skyway, which has awesome shakes by the way.

I purchased a fruit tart today (large one for $48) and I was disappointed that the kiwi on the tart was hard as a rock, it actually crunched when people ate it. For $48 the fruit on the tart should be ripe. Some pieces still had the peel on it too. I could have made one just as nice myself for much less cost and with ripe fruit.

We were celebrating a milestone at work, and had a very specific decorating request that we thought for sure would somehow be wrong. Woullet decorators didn’t let us down and got it perfect!Only knocking down a star because the prices are expensive and the actual cake had a saltiness to it that I wasn’t expecting. Not sure if that is the typical recipe or if maybe they threw a little too much salt in. Either way, the cake got devoured.

I love the cupcakes here. I just wish they can be open a little longer.

The longed hair blonde lady gives the worst customer service, she acts irritated, does not greet or thank customers. The location is convenient for those working downtown that need last minute birthday cakes, this is the reason why I’ve been to wuollet twice in 10 days the first cake vanilla and strawberry filling was a huge disappointment in taste. I will not recommend mainly due to the attitude of that one staff.

The selection of pastries is awesome and delicious. The frosting on their cupcakes and cakes is sinful. All around a dangerous place to go.

Ive just found most of their treats way too sweet for me. Cupcakes have been dry and bland, with hard frosting.Their coconut macaroons and apple turnovers are worth a try.

I went in today with a coworker to pick up a birthday cake for which my boss had placed an order and made a partial payment. She had later called in to make changes to the order which cost extra so she promised to pay during pick up. When we arrived to pick up the order with the remaining payment, the employees couldnt find any proof of payment. They called into their center(whatever that is. Maybe the head store?) but still couldnt find proof of payment information there. The employees started asking us when our boss had placed the order and when and neither ofnus knew since we were only told to pick up the cake and make the remaining payment. We tried guessing when she may have come in and how she paid. We told her that our boss had met with a man working there around lunch time. After 10 minutes of searching for proof, the blonde female employee starting being rude and started accusing us of lying. She said you see why Im skeptical of you right? You keep changing answers on me. It would be nice if you could actually show me you made the payment so i know youre not just saying this. Then all of a sudden she remembered working the day my boss had come in and confidently told us that she remembered having a call with her later and that she definitely had not paid. We called our boss and asked her to text us an image of the receipt to clarify this (mind you, she was in an important meeting - the only reason we went to pick up the cake.)While we waited, she continued to tell us that we have to make the payment again to take cake. In the mean time we got the picture of the reciept from our boss. While she was going on about how we are trying to basically con her into getting a cheap cake (its a $70 damn cake, we can afford it. We only need $10 with extras we added).We showed her the receipt as proof of payment and she apologized saying shes embarrassed and she would like to stand up for her coworkers. So she basically put all the blame on the coworker that wasnt present and didnt own up to her behavior. Then she quickly walked back into the back room so she wouldnt be answerable to us. I have never been through a more rude, demeaning customer service experience. At least train your employees to be polite and respectful, let alone to not make assumptions without knowing all the facts. They have definitely lost our companys business.

The cake was pretty good but I would say it was over priced for what it was. The writing I had done looked like the person doing it had a shaky hand or something as it was a bit tough to make out.

Great customer service, great prople. Highly recommended. I am from Romania and I ordered by phone a birthday cake from my girlfriend, everything was perfect, and the delivery was righnt on time. The lady that I talked with on the phone did an excelent job.

Cupcakes good but some of tge staff dont know how to talk to certain people they act like they dont ubderstand what you saying this has happened several times .

I like Wouletts but often times their cake doughnuts are not cooked all the way through. :( There is nothing like biting into a cake doughnut only to find gooey, uncooked dough in the middle.
