These people are either completely incompetent or they do not care at all. Probably both. The card readers on their machines malfunction continuously. Youd think after having service requests for the same machines for the same reason week after week they would eventually make changes. Idk, maybe install card readers that work properly? Maybe machines that do not date back to the 1970s?Im frankly sick of wasting detergent and my time loading up the machines, then having to take it all out again unwashed.

Absolutely insane theyve managed to stay in business with their horrible customer service, ancient and constantly broken down washers and dryers. With incompetence like this it seems this wouldnt be a hard business to jump into because I doubt counmach would be much competition.

If you have 1/2 hour to be on hold give them a call. Then when they do answer they wont know the answer to your questions. Call elsewhere.

Poor customer service. They take 3 weeks to reply to an email. Theres no way to follow up on your refund request. The machines dont get repaired either.
