Staff are nice and friendly, especially Catherine.Food is good, i recommend the maple waffle.The place looks nice and feels comfortable to sit it.Prices are reasonable.A good place to have a quick breakfast.I will definitely be back.

Good drinks and a small selection of sandwiches/bagels to choose from. Food isnt that special, but the coffees are good. Friendly staff too.

Pretty darn good! They open at a convenient time... Early in the morning. Theyre really friendly and efficient. The Supernova Bagel sandwich is quite good! They offer a broad array of very good bagels. Just about anything toasted with butter is extremely delicious. Particularly the garlic bagel.

Fancy and spacious place offering Caribou coffee and bagels. Service was prompt, and the place was very clean. The place wasnt very crowded as we went on a weekend when there werent many students on campus. I would go there again!

Decent drinks. Unnecessarily insistent on ejecting a seemingly homeless person this past afternoon that did not seem to be causing a disturbance. The barista bickering with the individual about whether or not they bought something was what actually disturbed my meeting and drew my attention to the situation. I didnt catch the whole conversation but I bought the individual a coffee and apparently some respect from the establishment. Sad times. We need to remember our privilege. Starbucks had some blowback and growing pains related to this issue. Please dont repeat.

Prices are bonkers out of control. It takes forever to toast a bagel.

The image of the google maps ground view is a bit old; you can get bagels and coffee at this Caribou/Brueggers. On the caribou website its actually called Coffee & Bagels Harvard & Washington. The bagels here are good and the service is quick especially since theres always college students coming and going. Its a bit noisy though not a place for sitting and being quiet (unless you like the noise). Nice space though and coffee is good too. No problems.

I love the staff here! As an LGBT+ person I feel really welcome at this particular Caribou, plus theyve got meal food. Gets mega busy sometimes, but thats to be expected considering the location. Theyve been adjusting for the high traffic with more staff, too.

Really slow service. There was 5 people in the restaurant and it took way too long to get 2 bagels with Peanut Butter. Love your bagels, please just pick up the pace. It’s been slow a couple of times now. Thanks!

Love the convenient location and that i dont have to go to nasty Starbucks. However the service is trash. An employee told me i couldnt reload my Perks with her in the store because she didnt know how to do that... not my fault. Then another associate came over and she was explaining the issue to her and mumbling under her breath about me and rolling her eyes. Girl bye. Youre the one who didnt know how to do something so simple. Next time Ill just go to the Stadium Village one, at least there they have competent and friendly employees.

Edit: Despite emailing the address that has been left in response to some of these reviews and leaving this review over a month ago, Ive yet to hear back from anyone regarding these chronic cross-contamination issues. Since food safety is apparently such a non-concern that I cannot get a response, Im taking my rating down to 1 star. I havent visited this location since posting the review, and do not intend to until I hear that these issues are being addressed. Original review below:While I am thrilled with the convenient location of this store, you may want to avoid it if you are a fellow vegetarian (or have any food allergies) and are in the mood for a sandwich from Einstein Bagels. There are very severe cross contamination issues - to the point where Im pretty sure they would get written up during a health inspection.I do not eat meat and always just got an egg & cheese bagel. My past 4 visits, Ive had to pick pieces of bacon out of every item on my sandwich. Every time, the prep counter appears to not get cleaned at all in between orders despite being filthy with bacon/meat crumbs and pieces of food left behind other orders. The knife they used also doesnt seem to get cleaned in between cutting sandwiches, even if prepping a vegetarian sandwich after an order that contains meat. The last time I ordered, it appeared to be a slow enough time that I dont feel like there was any excuse to not wipe the counter - especially since they do set down things like eggs and cheese directly on top of those crumbs.I have also submitted feedback to corporate and really hope this changes so that they actually implement policies to avoid cross contamination. The staff are always friendly and Ive never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for service - the cross contamination issue is the only thing that frustrates me about this store.

Get double eggs!!

Every time Ive gone the service has been horrible, and only once in the last 6 times has my drink (basic crafted press) been made correctly. The location is definitely convenient, and its a nice study spot if you can manage to find seating, but the service is very disappointing.

Not my favorite flavors but the service is good.

The staff was great and the bagels and coffee were fantastic (by nature, bagels are fantastic, but they are above the normal standard).

I think this is one of the more thoughtful coffeeshops in town. Nitro on tap. A bar stool area. A walk up window. They have growlers. They also gave a sweet patio. They just need a liquor license and they would steal my heart.

Nice location and space but the service was extremely slow. It was only moderately busy and it took over 20 minutes to receive my bagel sandwich. Bruegers is just down the block and you can get the same thing if not better in 2 minutes. They recently opened so Im sure theyre still working the kinks out but I would definitely avoid it as of now

I have been to this Caribou twice, and both of the times Ive waited an unbelievable amount of time (over 30 mins the first time and about 15 mins this time) to get my WRONG order. I ordered three untoasted bagels each time; the first time they gave me the wrong bagels and the second time they didnt ring me out properly, said I had only ordered two bagels and when I asked to just ring me out quick the suggested I get in a 10-13 person line, after waiting for 15 mins. I have never written a negative review before, but I guess there is a first for everything....

If you have ever been to a Caribou before than you know what to expect.

Great people and great coffee, but the Wi-Fi is terribly slow. Download speeds are in the single digit kb/s. Its hard to download PDFs and its impossible for video or large files.

I’m generally satisfied with but got a creamy stuff on a coffee cup, feeling uncomfortable to carry on. Please check your hands before you deliver those.
