I purchased the purple and gold Someday shirt for my dad on Fathers Day. It arrived late (through no fault of Northmade). After reaching out to customer service, they offered to ship a replacement for free and followed up after I decided to wait it out. USPS eventually delivered the shirt, so Im glad I waited, but their team was great to work with.Not only is the shirt awesome quality, but I was very impressed with their customer service. Two thumbs up. SKOL!!

I have been impressed with all 4 Northmade orders I have had. None have worked out better than the sweatshirt I ordered for my son this Christmas. He really liked it and I was impressed with the quality. It made it easy to shop local and not sacrifice anything. The site is awesome, user friendly and such a cool selection of products make it easy to come back.

Great experience with a new to me company! I realized I had entered the wrong shipping address after I had placed my order. Reached out to Customer Service and got a fast response and they updated the address on their end. Fast shipping! Will definitely be shopping with them again!
