Bought a new blemished battery from Reliable one day before the great winter vortex of 2019. My car (2013 Ford Escape SE) had not started twice in the previous week due to the weather. On a 27 degree below morning, after purchasing a 700 CCA battery from Reliable, my car started like a charm. Great prices. Although I had to pay to have the battery installed, it was still a great price. A great deal, and great customer service.

My girlfriend called me to tell me they helped her out with a warranty on a battery that started leaking a little. I had to send her on my own because Im sick right now and Jim treated her with care, and helped put in the battery .thank you all for making a stressful situation easier on the both of us .
