Elianna is fantastic to work with. At times I have to be patient with getting information that I need, but its not because she doesnt care. This place puts out a ton of kitchens in a month and they do their very best to accommodate my needs. Great product and great pricing!

Okay selection, prices are a bit much. They doing could sort the items a bit better. For instance, all the countertops in one place or sinks in one place. But theyre strewn all over. Some items were dilapidated beyond usage. If you go, you will most likely walk back out without anything.

I used GEC per the recommendation of the guy that was demo-ing my kitchen. We visited the store and it was fine. They were perfectly nice. We paid for them to be assembled. Upon delivery and install, cabinet doors were so warped it was visible and they wouldnt line up. Spacing between the drawers were different, and 1 of the drawers wouldnt work at all. We had ordered pull outs for the base cabinets, which was missed. I was under the impression that all drawers were soft close, but come to find out the pull out drawers you order as an additional piece are large, bulky and not soft close. We reached out to get the warped pieces and drawer fixed, and it took forever to get it figured out. Yes, Covid has caused everyone to be delayed, which we are more than understanding about, but there is a severe lack of communication. I still dont have a working drawer and followed up for the 3rd time 9 days ago...no response. Its expected that I drive all the way out there to pick it up. Their product was faulty, I should not have to drive 1.5hrs with both of my kids, under 5, to get new brackets. Super disappointing. We were excited to support a local business instead of big box but that comes with risk if the company is lacking quality control, organization and communication skills.

They had the cabinet style and color I wanted and quick delivery as well. Really easy and fast to work with. And great prices as well!

Found GEC Cabinet Depot on Craiglists and I thought I give it a try since they were local and were the most affordable around. Called in first about the cabinets that I wanted and Jason on the phone on was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cabinet that I wanted. They even offer another small discount on top of their affordable price if I went in to check out the cabinets as a first time customer. I decided to go in and the whole staff was very helpful. Jason showed me the cabinets that I wanted and I was very impressed with the quality of the cabinets at such a great price so I decided to purchased the cabinets that I needed to remodel my whole kitchen!! Overall, my experience was great with GEC Cabinet Depot. They value customer service and they were very knowledgeable. Recently had decided to remodel my kitchen and a friend had referred me to this cabinet shop since this is where they had bought their kitchen and vanity cabinets. The sales representatives were welcoming and had provided me with a great price while even giving my husband and I a little tour to the back to show us how the cabinets were assembled. I had decided to go with the plain white shaker cabinets and could not be happier with how it had turned out! It was a challenging experience assembling, but the end result was well worth it!

Found cabinet store online and went to check it out since was local. Ended up getting their Polar white line of cabinets along with a dark shaker as my island to go with it. Got kitchen cabinets assembled and delivered to my house. Very easy process here and quick turnaround time since only had waited 2 weeks total! Will definitaly be back with next flip!

Really loved the quality and pricing but getting any service for small issues with assembly and adjustments has been like pulling teeth with no sense that they are interested in the least at helping. Great product, horrible service.

Very unfriendly weekend staff and not helpful. We were the only customers there and they didnt even acknowledge that we were there.

I had a long ordering process, and although the guys that worked there were really nice and ultimately, very helpful, I would not recommend.I bought a full kitchen here, though I looked at Menards and Ikea too. These cabinets are made in china and none of the doors go together perfectly. The hinges are the absolute worst thing ever made. Now, youre thinking you could just get new ones? Wrong. The way they go together makes it damn near impossible to change to new hardware, even if I wanted to spend the time to do it.Ultimately, GEC did help me stay within my budget, but after having them for a while, I wish I would have gone with something else.
