Staff was very pleasant. Prices are a bit high. I didnt care so much for the ham and cheese sandwich, however the chorizo one was fantastic. That would be my recommendation. Its on the skywalk level so very easy to access and there are places both inside and outside the location to sit.

Consistant long wait times and dont have any of the holiday or seasonal flavors. If all you want is plain coffee youll be fine. Anything else go to Starbucks across the street. If you go in during non peak times thinking youll get in & out fast youre mistaken. Staff will be huffy for you bothering them.

One of my favorite C&B locations because the staff is so friendly (Blake & Megan and all of them really) Plus I swear the bagels at this location are baked to perfection and taste better!

I was a loyal customer that came to this store practically every morning when I arrived a work. I asked them to grind a bag of coffee that my wife brought in from out of town and they refused. I used to be a barista and we ground other companys coffees all the time because we were in the business of bettering days and customer loyalty...something that this store needs to be trained on. Instead I took my bag of coffee over to the Starbucks across the street and the ground it up for me...with a smile. I also bought my morning coffee from them and will continue to do so. I will now bring my loyalty to this Starbucks location instead of Caribou. Dont be penny wise pound foolish, that is bad business.

They took away dark chocolate so they lost a star. Good bagels!

This is my favorite Caribou...they have more tea choices at this location. At one time they even had the dry loose teas that you can steep yourself to buy in bulk. I am not a tea person but one loose tea they had tasted like apple cider with no sugar. And their sandwiches are better than most Enstine shops I have visited.

Got wrong coffee size and then the right size was not the right order. Not piss off but bit disappointed. Possibly due to lack of attention to details.

Ive tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but they never fail to let me down each time. Good luck trying to get a quick cup of coffee in the morning between 7:30-10:30. The management team is inept and the staff are poorly trained. They recently did construction to add an express coffee line. After it being open for maybe a month it was shut down and remains shutdown. Ive talked to employees to find out the reason for the shutdown and they say its a staffing issue. How hard is it to train someone to enter Small, Med, or Large coffee into the computer....? this Express lane would greatly improve the efficiency of the store but like I said, the management team is inadequate. I will not be returning until they sort out the long lines and wait times just for a cup of coffee....

Basically everyone from Wells Fargo comes here on their break. It is a great place to grab a coffee. Quick and friendly staff.

This newer location consistently gives bad service. I try not to go there but every once in a while, like to have a bagel. There is a breakdown between the cashier and the bagel preparer. I ordered a bagel and was standing there, only 1 other customer, and the lady asked me what I needed. She hadnt even started. Then she gave it to me untoasted. I asked for it to be toasted and she told me no, that she had already buttered it. So, another worker took it from her and toasted it for me. They also were rolling eyes at the other customer. It could be all these young punks with no customer service skills, but it is almost always a trip going in there. Hopefully, soon we will have a Starbucks which will be a breath of fresh air. Someone isnt teaching these kids customer service, and it sure wasnt their parents. Very sad.

Food and coffee are great but the service often leaves something to be desired.

In the Skyway, great space and good coffee. Can be really busy in the mornings, but the line always goes quickly.

If youre just getting coffee, the experience is five star. Sandwiches on the other hand take up to twenty minutes.
