Bought a wool comforter during pandemic times and the customer service was fantastic. I highly appreciate the new safety protocols with appointments and contact free delivery. Plus I had a minor change to my order and it was incredibly easy and painless to get it taken care of after a quick call. My order was delivered within a few hours and I couldnt be happier with it.

So happy this store exists in Minneapolis! They carry a lot of Coyuchi products, which Ive always found to be high quality and great value for the price. I also really like the approach to sales during covid; you can schedule a 30-minute block to shop without anyone else in the store or order online and they will deliver locally. Excellent customer service.

Purchased their most expensive mattress and it is already failing. Bought latex because of all the pro-environmental aspects and was comfortable in store. I imagine they get a new mattress for store often enough and tout the 20-year warranty to ensure your buying quality. This is not the case, there are no returns accepted and just left buying pieces in hopes you get something that works. Don’t buy a latex mattress and don’t buy their rhetoric. They can sell their pitch, but that is all you end up buying. I will be making a lot of dog beds for local shelters.

Weve had a mattress from Moss Envy since 2013. Its held up better than any bed weve ever owned, and the customer service is fantastic!

The organic mattress we bought at Moss Envy is a luxury and pure pleasure. My wife loves it, she sleeps like a log so do I. The incubator for adults ( also children :) ) . A purchase we will never regret. Highly recommended !!! I forgot to mention, the people there are very nice.

We bought a wool mattress topper for my sons not so comfortable twin bed at Moss Envy. This topper is a GAME CHANGER! I end up falling asleep there and not wanting to leave! Love it and love the store and staff! Check them out.

Love this local gem! We have purchased 3 mattresses from Moss Envy (love my organic mattress!). The owners were so helpful with my selection. Ive purchased everything from clothes, make-up, candles, dishes, jewelry, organic bedding. Love having a local place to go where I can look before I buy!

Fantastic store near Lake Calhoun! I buy almost all of my jewelry there (always locally made or free trade) and when I wear it, I always get compliments. They also have great kitchen, baby, and bed products!

I am really impressed with the very high level of service by the entire Moss Envy staff as well as delighted with the product selections. We purchased our bed, bedding and pillows - all natural latex based, and we have had the best sleep ever!The Moss Envy team is extremely knowledgeable about their products and the benefits of the natural materials. Knowing my head is not immersed in synthetic materials while sleeping is a relief in and of itself.I could not recommend Moss Envy higher as I truly believe they are absolutely the best in town for natural bedding/beds as well as very fun home decor - and they provide the best customer service imaginable!!!

This shop is so cute. Its well stocked with unique items that I can feel good about purchasing. The merchandise itself is a little spendy, but not overpriced. I compared the price of an item I bought in the store with the price for the same item from the manufacturers website and it was actually cheaper in the store. You can find something for everyone on your list here (including yourself!). Really friendly staff and owner, too.

Cute store with lots of hippie-crunchie items. The baby section was about 4 shelving units worth of items. A couple brands of cloth diapers, some earthy toys, Cute. Maybe not worth the visit for only baby items.
