What an awesome place with the absolute best customer service! We needed a trailer axle. They had the one we needed on hand and welded the spring perches on right away. We were out of there in under an hour! Cant thank them enough!

Im not sure where to even start. They have a huge inventory. We walked in and there was a lady behind the counter that was eager to help immediately and she was incredibly knowledgeable. Then we had questions because were looking for an odd brake hub. So this guy came out of the back that is and absolutely wizard on knowing what parts you need and just by looking at what we had he was able to identify it they had all the parts we needed at an unbelievably low price. I absolutely recommend it.

Needed a Brake booster and Master cylinder for a 1976 F250 4x4 Highboy.Paul was able to track them down for me no problem.

Finding a shop that can, and will, resurface old motorcycle rotors is near impossible these days. These guys made my heavily grooved 43 year old rotor look new again (and stay within spec). Same day service and notably cheaper than a new aftermarket rotor for my ‘77 XS650. Friendly staff as well.

This place carries parts for most models and parts I couldnt find anywhere else. Sensors,filters,framework they carry everything. I was shocked with all of the inventory that they had to offer. The staff Id really friendly and more then happy to answer questions and help find whatever I may need.

Decent prices. Average grade on parts. However when they advertise for drivers they must specifically state that they want the slowest humans in the metro area.Downgrade: the guys answering the phones need to do a better job of asking info on vehicles and pulling parts.

Prices seem to be okay for wholesale but good luck trying to get these people to pick up any cores. They charge $50 for a caliper but then $90 for the core and then they wont pick them up no matter how many times you call. I think we need to take our business elsewhere because paying $140 for a caliper because they cant pick up the core is pointless. Read other peoples reviews and talk to other shop owners, I am not the only person to have this problem.

AN ASSET to our city. After trying to track down brake parts, none of the local parts houses had anything but the spring kits. I spoke with a gal on the phone and they had EVERYTHING I needed in stock, and ready to go when I showed up (I didnt tell them I was for sure coming to get the parts). It was also about $160 less than mail order. OVER HALF THE PRICE of what I paid at B&E. They are re-surfaced my flywheel in a days time. Old school customer service and employees that know what they are talking about. Well done. Im impressed.

Doesnt Pickup Cores without charging. Also, It is like pulling teeth to get someone to show up. They have no problem taking your money. I still purchased several parts a month but they lost all my business over a couple of dollars. Poor Customer Service. Try US Tire & Exhaust or Metric instead.
