Excellent Deli. I am there for the deli twice week.

My go-to Asian supermarket but the vegetables always seem to be old & growing mold. I love the pre packed papaya & raw laab though.

Nice little deli with papaya salad, tri color, chili paste, usual drinks, and fried beef ribs, pork ribs, duck, chicken thigh, sticky rice, reg rice, steam rolls, etc . Also has grocery that sells typical asian food and groceries.Update 11.1.21Stopped by for papaya salad. Container says $5 but I was charged $6. When I pointed this out to the girl cashier, she just says oh theyre $6. Should probably change ur pricing machine to reflect whats on ur price tag. This is misleading for customers.

I grew up not far from here, I had a recommendation to check it out and get egg rolls. They were amazing . Great store in general

Good selection, Good prices, helpful people. The sausage is wonderful, and they have some things that other stores dont. I highly recommend this store.

Great Deli section, Amazing Papaya Salad! A Large amount of Sticky Rice for $3.

Kinda upset with the customer service. Called at 9:30 ish am to order a large tray of steamrolls for a party, Came to pickup at 11, and we got a “sorry we forgot to make it”. 🤦‍♀️ Please find a better solution so you guys wont “forget” next time.

They recently put out Pre-made Papaya Salad and it’s honestly the best quick fix I’ve had in awhile. I’m addicted now.

Ladies at the deli were kind of rude and didn’t seem to want to help with hot food orders. It was like I was annoying her when I asked for food but she was just walking around in the back.

The roast pork is sold at $6.99 a lb. The meat is dry. The steam rolls arent that great either, sold at $4.99 a pack. The roll itself is thick, I dont like that but others may. Has small meat portion, similar to the ones sold at Hmong Village and not much flavor.All in all, the food is overpriced compared to other Hmong delis, especially for lower quality. The customer service could definitely use some work. There does seem to be a good variety of items.

Super convenient when I want to get fresh herbs, spices and something special for dinner, and dont want to hope CUB has a good deal. This place really DIES have good deals. A deli too, but you have to get there 1st thing if you want the most variety.

The employees are very kind and helpful, if you cant find what you need theyre always willing to help find what you need.

Their deli is hands down the best. In my opinion its some of the best food in Minneapolis. Their bahn mi is amazing. Its a sad day when theyre sold out. Their pork ribs or sausage and purple sticky rice are to die for. The super spicy sauce is SUPER spicy but SO addicting. Wash it all down with a ginseng soda. Its a great hangover cure! I love this place. If you havent eaten at their deli you havent lived.

Great variety of Asian canned goods, snacks, fresh produce, meat and seafood.

Personally i will buy non perishable items or every now and then the archera only because the store smells bad by meat department so havent realy baught any other meats i guess

I came for the ready to eat sausage. Food, dry-goods, and produce are pretty cheap here. The sauces and ready to eat foods at the counter to the right of the entrance are awesome. I got a few things and would definitely go back.

Every time I go do my wic voucher here. Most of their milk or yogurt is overdue. Its no longer good. So please always check the dates on the milk cartons before you buy them. Their hot food be over price and very expensive.

Always have one cashier which makes a long line, they should consider having 2 cashiers when they already have 2 stations. ALSO, some/most food/items are expired and doesnt get cleared off the shelf. If they get audit they will get in serious trouble. Otherwise, they have everything a hmong household would need.

Always the same few cashiers when I come in to visit. Just shows me how hard these people work and how loyal they are! The food in the deli is only alright to me but I love how they are consistent with the variety of food they have out. Very kind people. Thank you! Generally clean store and always have everything Im looking for.

I usually order my steam rolls and egg rolls here. Love the stuffed wings as well. Thier whole pig is not so bad either. I recommend this place so far for the food catering.

Hmong grocery store, that sells hmong herbs. I ran in last 10 minutes prior to closing, they still helped me with last min shopping. The workers were young and naive but nice. Great place, I would come again.

Good convenient little Asian store. Owners are very welcoming and the staff is kind. They dont have the best prices but pretty decent compared to bigger stores in the metro. If you are looking for Hmong specific ingredients this is a great place to start.

They have a lot of organic vegetables. Homemade pasta and other things.

It can’t be just me but I rarely hear a word of gratitude from some of the cashiers. Girls, I know you can speak English so how about a simple “thank you” after you ring your customers up? I also noticed they don’t bag your groceries for you. Is this a Minnesotan thing? On a plus note, the old folks working the kitchen are much more friendly, even by Hmong standards.

Friendly people they have the best produce at great prices... and they have the best variety of ramen style noodles. I buy their hot food when I dont feel like cooking its awesome and theyre the only place in North Minneapolis that consistently changes their reverse osmosis filters for their water system

Good deli foods. Egg rolls and banh mi are excellent.

General grocery store has almost everything you need for daily task. The down side I give a 3 star due to there prices; some products are just simply overpriced but cant say can shop here. Sometimes if you are close by or need an products in face peace it just worth it to purchase then tried to beat it to a local walmart which is 10miles away.

This is a Great Neighborhood Business to get all the ingredients for Asian Cooking! Fresh produce! Very affordable prices.

We heard of this deli who cater party trays. We decided to cater from them and we were impressed. We order chcikch wings, the fat noodle stir fry, and pork belly with Chinese broccoli. All were really good and decent price. We will definitely order from them again.

Decent asian grocery store for a quick shop for asian food and grocery located in the middle of north Minneapolis... but fresh meat and produce can be pretty limited... 4 stars because they usually always have my favorite sweet banana leaf wrap rice stick and usually always tastes great.

Nice place to shop. They have nice selection of both local and international products. Prices and services are very decent.

This is a great place to get any items for Asian dishes. I made Som Tam and other Thai dishes thanks to this nice shop. They also have prepared food sometimes, though I have never purchased it. Staff are friendly.

While this place could be a little better organized and cleaner, overall the selection of food was incredible for a neighborhood shop. Lots of things you cant get at a Cub, or even a Whole Foods for that matter. Friendly staff, too!

A small grocery store that sells asian food and grocery. It can be hard to find a parking spot.

Its awesome, food cooked on sight, staff is helpful and you can pretty much tell where everything is at, highly recommended.

Price increased drastically when the son in law took over. $7.99 for case of water, $2.99 for 2 liter pop, $2.99 pop, etc. and the seafood fridge got a very big chain on it.

Im never going to their store again, this is just a warning so others wont get food poisoning like me as I am writing this. Their food is cheap because its almost over due or is over due. Ive bought food and it always tastes weird or gives you a sick stomach. I thought it was the cold season but just today i got food poisoning from eating their raw larb, they left it out for days and every new day they put a fresh lable on it indicating that it was made fresh. But since its raw, it could have been prepared in an unsanitized way. Plus, the cold fridge provides the best condition for the bacterial to thrive. They dont care about the food they serve nor the people who eat it, they are not sanitized. Also, their banana blossom restaurant manager Tony is disgusting, as Ive been told from a friend who worked for him before, Tony would make the bubble tea or any drink that is ordered, he sips a taste on the cup that is about to be served to the customer. This isnt a personal vent, it is a personal experience.
