They are knowledgeable and helpful. Today they put our large order together on short notice and even helped us load it. They have been consistently above and beyond our expectations.

They have any clay supply you could imagine! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service! Staff are potters and have 1st hand experience with most of not all of the products. I was really impressed with my visit and will be ordering with them from now on.

A great place for Clay products. Only complaint is customers who take up a lot of time asking the clerks about techniques or firing procedures on their personal kilns while the rest of us are simply trying to buy a bag of clay... Turns a five minute trip into a twenty minute bore.

I’m an art teacher from Northern MN. I order clay from this company every year. The staff is excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. Service is outstanding. I’ll continue to do business every year. If they are busy it may take a while in the physical location.

I had an issue with my kiln over firing and posted a question online for a little help, as I am a newbie when it comes to pottery, the staff responded to my question and was able to help right away. What a great team! They were friendly and experienced. They offered a solution for under 20$. I was worried that my kiln repairs would be much, much more. I am so happy to have the team at Continental Clay Company as a resource.

Very slow to ship. Ordered for the first time at another ceramic artists recommendation. Placed order for kiln hooks on 11/30 did not receive notification of actual shipping until 12/9. No communication of delays. I wont receive the package until the 12th of December. 13 days from time of order. First and last order.

Staff is always very helpful, and typically they have what I need. I buy highfire clay, woodfire clay, glazes, brushes, etc. Plan to spend some time here, there are many glazes samples to look at, and lots of tools. They also have a whole bunch of pottery fro local artists on display, and the entryway has an area for people to advertise items for sale, kilns, racks, wheels, etc.
