Wonderful experience!! John very efficiently gave us a wealth of great information about the differences in futons, of which they have a very wide selection! Excellent quality mattresses and futons in a family-run business, which we like to support! Thanks to John, we walked out with everything we needed, all available to bring home today! Stopped by today, John gave me a great deal on a mattress, impossible to find anywhere else (and I looked around). I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress and/or bed. Shop local! Many times local stores will have better prices and products than the big chains, and unbeatable customer service.

The showroom wasnt super large, but they have more inventory in back. Custom orders can be fulfilled in 2 weeks. Its an awesome store with super helpful and laid back employees. He felt more like a collaborator than a salesman (i.e., he really cared that I was getting a piece that matched my decor). No pressure to buy. But I will be making a purchase next week. And Im very selective who I give my money to.

Bought a Queen size mattress and frame and had it delivered all in one day.I love my new bed with the pillow top. The owner worked with me and everything went smooth. Great place to do business, highly recommend

I drove across town to shop here on a Sunday – their website and door sign said open at 11:00. At 11:20 no one was there. I called the number and a guy says uh sorry, Im running late. Be there in 10 minutes. I wont be back.

I had a good experience with sleep concepts. I needed a mattress to sleep on and needed it fast. John took me to the warehouse to find the perfect full size mattress for me one that would fit in my jeep. The price was fair and he even helped me load it also he had a perfect table and chairs that worked great for the kitchen in my small apartment. He also has a store where my hometown is in La Crosse and I do have a rental there where I can use his services. John is a good guy who will treat you right.
