The service director, Terry Rehm, is an absolute jerk... My car pulled to the left after I got my front strut replaced here. The service department wasnt able to fix the issue after three tries. The service advisors confirmed that problem persisted on each test-drive, and told me that they have had issues with their alignment equipment. After the third drop off, Terry spoke to me very rudely and tried to convince me that there is no problem with the vehicle. I asked Terry to test drive the car with me, to which he responded by email... We would not be able to correct a condition that we cannot verify. We noted this with the last two visits. Of course, you will not be able to the verify the problem if you refuse to test drive the vehicle!After Terrys inability, incompetence, and discourtesy, I called Acura Customer Service... They promptly set me up for a service appointment at Luther Bloomington Acura. Within a 5 min test drive, the engineer was able to confirm the problem. They did an alignment and got me back in my car in less than 2 hours.

Great at getting to you and prying at your financial ceiling. If you are looking for someone who is a typical dealer, Andy is the guy. Also hungry to sell you the car and not much talking point besides pushing the sale.0/5 for morales. Came in 11/13/2020 to look at the Rav4. Test drove it and everything looked fine besides the rear view mirror and some scuff marks on the front bumper. Paid down on the car but couldnt wait for the finance guy (been waiting 30mins to 1hr) since there was only 1 and I had to work at 6pm.I decided to come back Saturday 11/14/2020 at 11:30am since that was their earliest time to check financing. Came in, didnt like the finance options and decided to use my bank loan. My bank closed at 12pm, so I couldnt get the check to pay them for the car until Monday (11/16/2020) at 12pm.Here is the reason I gave him a 0 for morales. After signing everything and walking to the car, I looked around the car 1 last time to check everything. Andy and I both looked at the rear passenger bumper and I was confused at the scratches and scuff on the bumper that was not there when I came in 11/13. From his body language and the way he reacted, he seemed surprise too. Being the dealer he is, he stated it was there from the first day I checked which is BS. He even tried to make it seem as if I was the delusional one by saying yeah it was there from the day I test drove it. If I made a fuss about the small scuff marks in the front bumper so why didnt I bring up this massive scratches and scuff in the back bumper? I stated I would buy a bumper from the toyota store and just replace it. He stated oh dont even need to do that, its plastic so just sand paper it and it will be like new.I just stared at him for 30 secs and took out my phone to take pictures while he walked back in. He told me to give him 5 stars before he left but I cant do that if he didnt earn it.Still bought the car since the engine is great and the transmission ran great with no whining noise. If you are looking for a typical dealer, Andy is your man since he only has his talking points (financing, great manager, $250 off, oil changes/wash). If you want someone who cares about your satisfaction and dont try to fake excuses about damages they made then he is not your guy. Thats my experience here, other may vary.

I am writing today to let you know about my experience with your service department. It was my first time there and I had planned on just an Express oil change. Joey was my first point of contact and he set the tone for the whole experience! He greeted me and lead me through the whole process. He was exceptionally polite and eager to make sure that I understood the pricing and what to expect as far as my wait was concerned. He lead me back to the guest area which was clean and well equipped with beverages, snacks, tv and internet. He left me there only to come back about 15 minutes later to let me know what the technician had found. Everything was very good with my 2018 RDX but I was due for a couple of fluid changes and asked if I wanted to do them now. I explained I only had planned to stay the hour for the Express. This would have taken an additional hour and a half. He then offered to let me use a vehicle and come back latter if that would help. I was pleasantly surprised and agreed! As it turns out, I had just passed 30k miles and these fluids were part of that checkup. I appreciated Joey’s ‘creative problem solving’ by offering me the car! He was very customer focused and made it easy for me to choose to spend the extra money and time on maintaining my vehicle.When I came back, another service person helped me to the cashier, got my car, unloaded my groceries from the loaner to my vehicle. I forgot her name but she was excellent also - friendly, looked me in the eye when she spoke to me and seemed genuinely interested to help this transition go quickly and smoothly. Very bad customer service, wrong information provided by customer service. I was told that i can walk in for oil change when I called to schedule an appointment but they refused to help me with oil change when i was there at dealer. One of the guy told need an appointment as soon as i get there with out even i was being greeted! This is our third MDX and are very happy. Nothing too fancy about it but the basics are great. Decided not worth paying extra money with other car makers just for a fancier inside look. It is roomy and has great features. Excited about the Apple Play feature the most! Hopefully will be as reliable as our other two.Our salesperson was Tyler and he made a sometimes stressful situation very smooth and positive. He was not too pushy and really listened to our needs. He was honest and did everything he could to give us the best deal and give us a positive experience. Our trade in value was a little bit of a battle but Tyler was a positive advocate .We left we a new car and feeling really good about the experience thanks to Tyler.

I called days in advance to bring in my car I even have your notification to prove it I showed it to Gordy to! who brings In a car at 1030 in the morning on a Monday without an appointment? you guys are comical! We purchased a 2010 MDX from Pat C. about a month ago. He was so great to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and in our price point. We had researched MDXs, but they also had a couple of other SUVS we wanted to test drive. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Pat had greeted us, listened to what we were looking for, and had us on a test drive 10 minutes later. We had been to a couple of other dealers, and the customer service was not anywhere near what we experienced at Buerkle. We would absolutely buy from them again.

UPDATE:I purchased an Acura MDX back in April. Shortly after, we began having issues with it. Abnormal issues that don’t generally occur in Acura’s. My vehicle was in and out of the service department for months and with lack of communication from the service department, it made the entire situation worse. Although the vehicle was under warranty, it was a huge inconvenience especially since they gave me a car in place of my mid-size SUV.After the 4th time of my vehicle being in the shop, seven weeks straight, I decided to meet with the sales guy that sold us the vehicle. When I explained the situation, the only thing they could “do for me” was offer me a trade in with $500 off any vehicle. He was very stand-offish and even flat out told us not to speak to a manager because they will do nothing for us.When we ran the numbers, I’d be losing at least four thousand dollars in dealer fees, taxes, etc. PLUS would have to pay *at least* six thousand more on a different vehicle due to limited supply.After four hours at the dealership, we decided to say our goodbyes, cross our fingers and hope that the service department would fix my vehicle soon.Because of the world we live in, we took it to google reviews, my 5 star review sat right below my now 1 star review, detailing our process and how we felt like we were being treated regarding the circumstances.We received a phone call from the General Manager the very next day. He sounded sincere in his apologies as he told us how they dropped the ball in every aspect of our dealings and he wanted to sit down and go over options.The GM offered me three different options.-Buy the vehicle back for every penny I had into it and walk away (minus MN sales tax)-A dealer credit for the full amount that I can take to any dealer of my choosing. (I wouldn’t lose out on sales tax that way)-A trade in at the Acura dealership with the full amount of money I had investedUltimately, I chose to take the money and run. While the GM was kind and genuinely seemed appalled at the behavior of his employees, I decided to take the loss and move on.I appreciate the solution Acura gave me even though I lost money on this deal. I wouldn’t say Acura makes terrible vehicles, just the one I picked was.You live and you learn.I just purchased a preowned 2018 Acura MDX on Monday from Wesley at Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I had looked at tons of different dealerships, whether they were Acura dealers or otherwise. This Acura dealership gave us the best preowned warranty available. Highly recommend. I hadnt planned on stopping but was in desperate need of a vehicle before the snow was flying. Andy greeted me as I was looking at the vehicles, showed me a few, let me take one for a test drive... When I told him I loved the vehicle but was pretty sure the price was a little out of range he said lets run the numbers and see... Lets just say I am the proud owner of a barely used 2016 Hyundai Tuscun! They even took my 2 trade ins without inspecting them! Very happy with the service I was given and will be going back when my other vehicle is ready for an upgrade! Thank you Andy!

While my actual car service was fine the customer service at the initial stage was terrible. The people in the service garage, where I dropped my car off acted as if they didnt want to provide me with a lender vehicle. Gordon was hesitant to give it to me to run the few errands that I needed too. His attitude turned me off and while I know I needed other services, I denied them, got my keys and called another Acura for the remaining services on my way home. Not friendly or welcoming and Im unsure exactly what he thought I was going to do with the lender car. I drove all the way from SLP to come to this specific Acura because I thought they were friendly, wont ever happen again

I was recently there for an oil change. They inspect the filters and found there was cat food in the cabin air filter. Apparently a mouse had been hoarding it from my bag of cat food in the garage. They wanted to charge me $40 to replace the filter and another $85 to clean out the fan area where cat food had now dropped. I said no (I can replace the filter myself in 2 minutes for a lot cheaper). I understand them not cleaning the cat food out of the fan/pump area, but what made me mad was they put the filter, complete with cat food, back into place. They could have at least turned it upside down to dump out what was in the baffles. They could have also cleaned out what they could physically reach with their hands. This would have been good customer service. I did not expect them to take it all apart since I had declined that service, but it was as if they left it as bad as possible just to spite me. After buying Acuras for 15 years and having them serviced there, I will not be back.

I had a very positive experience while @ Buerkle Acura working w/ Tyler Koens. He carefully explained all the Acura features, explained the leasing process, & answered all the questions that my son & myself had. When I came to pick up the vehicle, went through everything I needed to know to bring vehicle home. 3 weeks later, I came back to dealership & he put the new license plates on. Again, he sat down w/ me to go over new questions that came up after I had driven the car. He made me feel like all the questions were important & never rushed to answer them. Again, I left there feeling that Tyler had done an excellent job leasing me a new vehicle.

I cannot say enough great things about Greg Stoltman at Buerkle. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect - from before the sale to weeks after. If I have any issues at all I just call Greg. HIGHLY recommend working with him - he is so ethical, honest, and just a fun guy. We will come back!

Great place good people

This place is great! I found a Toyota Sienna in their used car stock and emailed on a Friday night! Dennis Andres responded right away to let me know the van was still available and was in great shape. The van was everything we were looking for. We dropped by on Saturday morning and Dennis met us there! Took a test drive and loved it! Offered us top dollar on our trade. We then met Dan Phillips the finance manager. He was equally as great! Went over things in detail with us and gave us many options to try and get the payment where we would be comfortable. Literally no sales pressure from either of them. Felt like they were truly just trying to help me get the car I wanted! Unfortunately, it came down to numbers for us and we had to pass and will need to wait until the fall to purchase. Not sure I will find another Toyota Sienna that has everything we want on their used sales lot when its time, but they will definitely be the first phone call to check! Thank you Dennis and Dan for spending the time on us! We truly appreciate it. This is what car buying should be like everywhere!
