The Health Patch has very knowledgeable, professional and caring staff. I have been taken care of, anytime I have gone up to the store or called, through the great many years I have been a customer.

Great selection of items, but terrible service. I visited the store a couple weeks ago for the second time and was amazing at all of the items they had to offer. The experience was ruined when the disgruntled cashier started to assist me. I was thinking of the exact name of what I was look for when she became very impatient. Her eyebrows, hands and shoulders went up into a shrug as I was given sassy side nod. After i annoyed her with taking a split second to think of the item’s pronunciation she took me to the shelf with the item I was looking for. I then asked if they had a larger quantity of the item and without skipping a beat, she gave me an emphatic “NO”. She wouldn’t even help me look on the shelf for another. Also off-putting was the constant reminder of the cost of the same items with a judgements attitude, as though I wasnt able to afford it.This is the second time I’ve been in the shop and the second time dealing with this. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time (like we all do sometimes) so I gave the store another shot only to have a worse experience the second time.I would love to be loyal and support this store but I can’t if this is how they treat customers. I won’t spend money when I feel like my presence is an inconvenience to the staff.Great selection but I will not shop there again.

This is a most wonderful place. From oils to a delicious lunch for work, they have it all. the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Recently, I was experiencing an earache with drainage and pain radiating to my throat. The staff directed me to an oil that she had used herself. After the first treatment ( administered to myself in my car in front of the store) there was improvement. I will always return to Nanas Paw Paw Patch for natural remedies.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about their products. They have an abundance of herbs and natural goods. I went in for some bulk herbs to try out. I bought it by the ounce to try and save some money just in case I didnt like the product. Ended up being more expensive than if I would have purchased by the pound online. The prices are a little high but its the only health store in mwc so it beats driving across town I suppose. Overall good experience.

Great place for my needs for chronic pain. They have a huge variety of different homeopathic herbs lotions and pills that assist in Wellness for your body.I get the Arnica Montana pills and the lotion here.Also they started carrying the CBD oil just recently.
