I called on very short notice to have a pre-purchase inspection for the usual things youd hope to find or not find when dropping big bucks on a car. They were able to fit me in almost immediately and had a very nice, informative, professional, and thorough man named Taylor help me and my brother out. He was seemingly looking at every nook and cranny to inform us on what happened to the vehicle and things we can look out for, parts/panels that were damaged or replaced, and did an emissions check for us on the car. I was and am very impressed with the service we received and the awesome availability we were given.

I originally got my bumper fixed here after someone hit me, and I called them up last week to get a quote to replace my headlights and replace the brake light bulbs for my car. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, I was recommended to go here through insurance when my car was rear ended and they did an incredible job, my car looked better than new. I had to go back a few months later for some minor electrical stuff and they got me in the next day, fixed it quick, took care of a few cosmetic issues, washed, buffed, and detailed my car for free. To retain my good reputation thus far (I think) as a son-in-law, I was hoping to find a body shop that could repair the damage to my mother-in-laws car to make it better than new. Unique Auto Body went above and beyond. They completely replaced and painted a portion of the front bumper, and nearby parts, within days and at a lower price than I anticipated. Took our Chevy Equinox here to collison repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job and charged exactly how much our estimate from our insurance company.Our car looked new and they even cleaned the outside and gave us an air freshener.Only one small thing was that one of the staff wasnt wearing a mask.Would recommend this place.

Unique in Midvale did excellent, high quality repair work on my car following an accident. The communication between the insurance company and Unique was great; I didnt have to do anything. I was impressed that Unique even did touch up on some minor scratches that werent part of the accident. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would have given 5 stars but I always had to initiate contact to get updates. They may have had staff cutbacks due to the pandemic, so Im cutting them some slack here. Id use this shop again and I recommend them.

I just picked my car up from Unique Auto Body in Midvale, and it looks as good as new! Chad and the entire crew at Unique are experts And complete professionals at what they do. I was in a minor front end collision earlier this spring, and had damage to the front bumper, side panels, and hood. They repaired my car extremely fast, (dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday), and the repairs are invisible (you would never even know the car was in a collision). The replacement parts are the highest of quality, and the paint repairs blend seamlessly with the factory paint. Unique Auto Body was extremely easy to work with (from the initial estimate, through drop-off and pick-up, and settling up the final bill). I’ll definitely be taking all my vehicles needing repairs to Unique Auto Body in Midvale. I would recommend anyone else to do the same!

I recently had a small mishap with debris on the freeway --- fortunately I only broke a few connections on the cover underneath my car. It was a simple fix (for someone who knows what they are doing) --- Unique was great to find a way to get my car in and get me on my way quickly. Fortunately I havent had a lot of reasons to stop by --- but the few times over the last 20 years or so has always been professional and honest. Took my car here for body and frame damage.They fixed the door and body fine, but ruined my abs and traction control wiring harness and missed a bent control arm, tie rod and strut.Can recommend if you ONLY have body damage, as they wont find anything else on their own.

I found myself in a very unfortunate situation with a totaled vehicle and no insurance assistance. It was devastating. A friend referred me to Chad at Unique auto and he immediately gave me an estimate so I had a direction of what to do. I couldn’t be more impressed by his genuine willingness to help and professionalism. It speaks VOLUMES about him and Unique Auto.

A freak hail storm did a lot of damage to my vehicle. My insurance company works with this business so I went there. They were friendly, considerate and very competent. My car looks brand new! They even detailed it! I would recommend them and I will work with them again if I ever need too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I went to unique about 2 weeks ago to get my bumper realigned because it had gotten bent up. I talked to a guy named chad and he told me it would be super easy to do and be about an hours worth of labor but they couldnt do it for a few days. No big deal but I had a work trip I needed to go on and needed my truck for it so I scheduled to have it done the next Monday. I arrive on Monday and they tell me they are just too busy to get it in and to bring it back Thursday, so I do. I went in today to have them realign my bumper and Chad was not there instead a guy behind the desk came out to see what the damage was and if he could fix it. He asked if there was anyone that I had talked to before about it and I told him yes, I had talked to Chad. He then said that Chad would not be back until the following week and that he wouldnt do it until he talked to Chad. I explained to him exactly what Chad had told me needed to happen but he still refused to work on it and told me to go back in sometime the following week. I then said that I do not want to wait that long and that I will need to take it to another body shop to have it fixed. Then he said Good, we dont want your business anyway!!! and walked back into his shop. I know that what I was asking was small and not a big ticket Item for them but to have the gall to say that is ridiculous. I hope that if you read through this whole review you will decide to not go to Unique auto Body.

My repair was small just rear bumper cover. They had my car a total of 24-hours, the repair was perfect and they also attended to detail that was not within the repair area(touched up small chips on the door edges. So happy I took a chance on these guys! They did a beautiful job on an exterior cosmetic repair–it looks better than new. I was even more impressed with the whole experience–They coordinated a rental when I couldnt get in contact with my insurance. And I was able to leave the rental car at Unique when I was finished. They make every interaction super easy and pleasant. (Even on the day after Christmas when no one wants to work). Would definitely recommend.

Your insurance is only as good as the collision center your car gets repaired at. In our case, Unique Collision Center out did our insurance company in customer service and product completion. I hope I never have to go to another collision center. But if I do, I will be happy to go to Unique again.

I am very picky about where I take my cars for repairs and body work. Someone had sideswiped one of my BMW’s and then the next day someone backed into the same BMW. I got into an accident and had my insurance take my car to these guys. They are amazing Chad was awesome and helped me get a rental car while he was working on my car and reassured me that thing were gonna be ok through the whole process and was quick to answer any questions I had. When calling in I did speak to some of the other gentle man in there and and they were just as amazing to deal with. When I got my car back the repairs on where absolutely stunning and high quality and my car runs pretty much better than it did before! Thank you Unique!

They are very nice and very professional

No quality control. Took my truck to get the passenger mirror replaced. Upon getting my truck, I could put my whole hand between the door and the door panel because they didnt put it back together right. The mirror had to be repainted because there were spots in the paint. Fine, I got the mirror repainted, the door panel put on better (not going to say right) but a couple of days later, I find this extra screw in the door pocket! The door now rattles pretty bad and never rattled before. I cannot recommend this body shop. Go to Daves just west of Unique, their quality control is way better.

I had my car fixed/repaired at Unique about two years ago after being rear ended, I went to go get a hitch put on last week at another place and they could not attach it because of some damage that got missed. I called up Chad and without hesitation he told me to bring my car in. He fixed it within 24 hours. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because it was missed in the first place. Chad is a great guy to work with... professional, kind and knowledgeable. Hopefully I wont be returning in the future, but if I have to we will use Unique. Great guys. Thank you.
