Just yesterday, I arrived at Apria store which was closed! However, Valeria, a respirtory therapy took her time to open the locked door and was a tremendous help to me. She show me how to take my new full face mask apart! In fact, Valeria has always been helpful and I am very thankful for her help!

I purchased my cpap from Apria about 7 years ago and now I need to contact them about the recalls. I absolutely dread it, based on my experience with them at that time. I see from the reviews, they have not changed.

My father was directed to this company via his hospital. It’s quite shameful what this company does. I have called multiple times to cancel their service because the equipment was no longer needed. There is rarely any response to my calls. At first they said I could not return the equipment without a doctors note but when they dropped it off I specifically inquired about the return process. I leave voicemails and I never get a call back, only messages from billing. They keep charging my father. He decided to pay out of pocket since his insurance was used up during covid and this is what they do. They left my dad a voicemail about sending a collector even though they have been providing neglectful services. They dodge your call unless it means milking more money out of sick people. Negative stars to this place.

This has been an absolutely terrible experience with the Apria Healthcare supply department. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea almost 4 months ago and an order was placed for a CPAP. After almost 3 months there was still no CPAP. I have called countless times with one return phone call saying they had shipped the CPAP. What do you know? NO CPAP. Eventually i get ahold of them again and they tell they are going to ship the CPAP. I waited 4 more days and still no CPAP. I had to leave town so i called them to let them know and they told me they will ship it immediately. I called them back as soon as i arrived home and they told they have to go through the whole process again to reverify for the fifth time plies they’ve mentioned it will take a week. I’m glad severe sleep apnea is not dangerous. Pause. Not.

I just left the Middletown facility, I found the entire experience very agreeable. The scheduling was a breeze, I needed a quick date as I’m going on vacation and they accommodated me. My technician, Renato was very courteous and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and left me with high expectations of success from my treatment, a great way to start.

As stated on other reviews, there really should be an option for zero stars. I have Insurance which would be a $100 co pay for supplies for the year. Supplies would be automatic every six months. The billing was horrendous. Apria would bill me numerous times throughout the year. 68$ here. 52$ there. 32$ here, 79$ there. Would happen for years. I would call up constantly and get zero help. Recently in 2019 I got a bill from early 2018. I told the customer service agent that this was impossible. He stated So youre not going to pay the $58? I told him no. Two months later I was contacted by a collection agency. There are plenty of places online and in other areas that have their billing situation on point.

If I could give it a zero I would. I am a respiratory therapist and can not get through on the 3 numbers provided to me by my mother. This is ridiculous!

I don’t even want to give this company one star !!! It’s an unorganized unprofessional company!!!! I am writing on behalf of my mother who suffers from COPD .. told her to go to another facility no one she be treated like that very uncaring staff !!! Take advantage of older people...

Not happy at all. Their customer service reps via phone are script readers and my local Apria office is terrible. Found reps disinterested in their jobs and they do not respond to customer service emails. The above situations have occurred multiple times. Looking for new CPAP Company

Rich is a professional, he was very accommodating and patient as we learned how to maintain and care for a trach for our daughter. It was much easier dealing with him than with the corporate office.

Customer service reps are very rude and unhelpful. The woman on the phone gave me an attitude and acted like I was bothering her just because I asked a few simple questions about what they were sending me. My issue was not even resolved and she couldnt have cared less, then hung up on me before I was even finished with the call. I will no longer be ordering my supplies from them.
