Employees very helpful, BUT it seem to bother lady at register & also said something to employee, afterwards only got directions were to locate items, but they COULDNT move. Not GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, you catch more bees with honey, instead of vinegar ( register). Gentleman who helped did an AWESOME customer service, till corrected.

I ordered balloons for the first time from this store and I was amazed that as soon as I did the order online I received a notification via text message thanking me for the order and giving me the tracking number for my order which I was glad about. I just received my package on the exact date and I just want to say that I am definitely ordering again from them! Highly recommended!

I left completely frustrated and will never do business with this company.What happened?Well, we were shopping for a non profit organization to provide Christmas gifts to children in Miami. We shopped for 6 hours, and had everything ready to make purchase. We had a budget and wanted to provide for as many children as possible, so I needed to do price checks. We were made to wait in line each time we tried to figure out totals for our purchase. Waiting in line is not the reason we left the store without buying anything.Normally, when someone waits more than 20 mins in line and they need a price check or add additional item you keep your position in line. But, really this is not the issue. It’s a little frustrating, yes, but not a reason to leave a bad review.When I expressed my frustration to the Sir running the order he told me I would have to wait. Again, explained we have waited several times in the line and we only wanted to pay. he said No you can wait. And, I apologize because I said to my wife at this point I want to go give the money to a different store. My wife said No, lets just buy here because we’re almost finished and it’s ok. So we waited. Now for the icing on the cake...Upon trying to complete order my wife apologized to the Sir for us being ready to leave and that we appreciate the the help and he said Don’t talk to me. My wife said please accept the apology and he raised his voice and said I don’t want to talk to you. I told my wife let’s go and at this point he said to me something that in return made us leave the store. I really have never left a review like this one before but I was asked to please explain... so I have explained.

The place is a warehouse that has not been cleaned since FOREVER. Although you could find cheap stuff for parties. Way cheaper than party depot. (Bring hand sanitizer with you).

Great wholesale stole but they didnt have what I wanted. Needed gift sets i.e. soap, lotion, cologne or bath gel, lotion, cologne that can be given to pre-teens or teens as a Christmas/Birthday gift. I have gotten them there in the past but they didnt have any at this time.

They could get more clean and organized. They should have some kind of cooling system. Its really hot inside.
