Love this location! Crystal is an amazing manager and knows how to run a business. Needed a Spiderman costume for my baby boy and she was very kind and presented me with similar products. Went home with a Hulk costume. The new store layout is beautiful as well. Will be coming back in the future!

Please, educate and train your cashiers to be polite and have better customer service skills.This is common sense, customer service is the reason people buy and come back. I think is their culture to feel entitled. Managers has a lot to do with this, their job for their store to be successful is to keep their associates on track with good training and customer service, to buy at Party City it should be an experience.I know Party City has a better selection in party goods but also theres some competition from other retailers that are less expensive. Just saying!!!!

You guys messed the “2” on the bday balloons. It’s only been 5 hours & it has no air now. Please have them trained correctly.

Amada the manager was great. She took her time and was able to help me with a purchase I made in another Party City. I was shopping for my daughters baby shower and I was able to save some money. She was very sweet and really wanted to help me. Thank you Amada!!!

Sign says grand re-opening....they should have stayed closed. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the majority of the merchandise is damaged beyond use. There were 3 staff members. 2 were working on balloons, leaving only 1 on the register and a line of customers so long, it went through the merchandise aisles. The girl on the register asked for the other employees to get on the registers but they were reluctant to help and after one finally did, she did so with an attitude. Well never be back to this location.

A store that shouldnt exist anymore. All a mess inside. If only you can buy your party items elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Cashier’s have zero attention to detail and they “forget” to put the stuff they charged you for in your bag.

Just one cashier, I make a line for 9 minutes , I paid at 8:18 PM and i get my 4 plain balloons at 9:11 pm. The water fountain was dirty and smelly, the bathroom is a shame, not suitable for children because it is disgusting, no toilet paper, no hand soap and dirt marks on the floor and walls. This place is Not for our Kids.

This is probably one of the worst party citys Ive visited. Its not only dingy and dark looking but also very cluttered. Theres barely any staff to assist you and usually one staff member in the register and one filling balloons. The line gets long immediately and every transaction seems to take forever. This is one of the rare ones that is just not customer friendly.

I havent been in here in a long time and I almost forgot how cool and useful this store is. With any party supplies you can imagine, PartyCity has it all.You can get very creative here, ​with all the stuff they have for either for birthday parties, graduations, bridal showers, weddings,promotions or any type of get together.We went to get a hairspray for my daughters costume and she knows that this store is the only one we can find it in almost any color.The young lady at the cash register was very nice and directed us to where they were.Prices are reasonable and it has a huge parking lot in the shopping center where this store its located.

I never received a confirmation email from my online order, I had to call the store to find if order was ready. There was no one in the designated pickup area. The orders were not in the pickup area, staff made me make a line like all regular shoppers even though I specified it was a pickup order. Whats the point of ordering and paying online if I had to make the same line as regular shoppers? Spend 30 min in the store. Very unsatisfied with the staff who did not seem to care for good customer service.

They need to train better the cashiers and stuff. Also, I was in line for 40 minutes and then some one that order online comes and not only skips all the line but they start looking for their order and the in store line gets delayed for another 10 minutes.

Came here for a curbside pickup but they wouldn’t even answer the phone. When someone finally picked up, said they would come outside but it has been 15 minutes. Have been waiting for 30 minutes or so.

I always seem to find exactly what Im looking for here. Now they even carry little gifts and LOL dolls. Its a One Stop Shop and things are reasonably priced. Some of the items can be found at a dollar store but lesser quantity and quality as well. Depending on the item its worth spending $0.50 to a dollar more for durability. its usually not much more of a difference in price than that.

Worst Experience , As a Business Administration Graduate and current Warehouse Manager my experience directly from the store manager yoko was unprofessional. unethical and disrespectful , I came across a coupon on the party city main website that I brought up to the cashier when ringing up my items who at that moment was very professional and very friendly and he then alerted me that the coupon unfortunately was expired , so at this point I asked for management , ms yoko comes in and I begin to explain my my situation and she begins to give me a hard time , I explained that I as a manager have come across price issues and expired coupons on my website and have to agree with the customer , I was very polite and instead ms joko laughed in my face in front of the other customers telling me i was wrong and that things dont work that way . My frustration is with the way I was treated was unnecessary and couldve been handled in a more professional matter .0

Everything you need for Halloween is here. Great quality costumes at good prices. I’ve seen some of the same items at other stores marked up at higher prices. Don’t bother going anywhere else, party city has it!

This store, namely the manager(s) is the sole reason why I will avoid party City at all costs. Natalia is without a doubt the most incompetent employee I have ever met. Shes rude and unprofessional, she made it seem like a bother to talk to her. I also noticed that she was belittling one of her subordinates. I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes because the employees kept calling Natalia for assistance to check out customers. It was so long I was able to watch a Hulu show on my phone while waiting. I should have went to the dollar store next door, it would have been a much more pleasant and cheaper experience. The rest of the staff was ok but if you have a leaders that cant properly do their job and keep order then of course it all falls apart. Never going to this store again.

Walked in to pick up 3 balloons. Waited a 30 minute line only to find out the ones I wanted were unavailable. Ended up with 2 balloons I didn’t even want and could’ve picked up at the dollar tree next door. Waste of time. Will avoid as much as possible.

Party city is too pricey and that particular store in miami looks like a bargain basement also seems like when u ask an employee a question about a certain item they seem to have an attitude like your annoying them. Maybe you guys need to pay your employees a little more than maybe as a customer I can at least get a smile and not attitude!

Very unprofessional and rude only two people working the store registers and floor I was waiting 20 minutes for balloons when I asked the girl Aneza where the manager is she replied the manager is in the office manager never showed up horrible experience cannot believe this store is still in business.16 people in line waiting while I wrote this review one girl name Aneza doing returns and balloons the other kid no name tag said he is strictly register.and told two customers he cannot help them because they were alone so again I asked where is the manager? Both replied “he is sitting in the back office I don’t know what he’s doing”. Hopefully some of the angry customers that had to walk out will write reviews as well.

When the Dollar store simply wont do, cough up the big bucks for the latest and greatest party decor.

Horrible customer service. Employees see you obviously looking for items up and down aisles, trying to reach up to get products and they just walk right by you and dont say hello or ask you if you need assistance. Only nice ones there are the cashiers.

This place carries a really big selection of party supplies, but its overpriced and understaffed. I mostly come here if I need balloons or a specific color of tablecloths, plastic plates and cups.

It never fails, every time I go to that location on a Saturday, theres an absurd line because only 2 cashiers are working and doing balloons at the same time. Not the location to go to if youre in a rush.

I cannot understand why so many people shop here as it is not a pleasant experience.Perhaps they need some competition.Hardly any employees means long lines to pay.

Outstanding customer service! I bought all the things I needed for a bday party at this location and had to return some unused items. However I was afraid they wouldnt refund me bc I didnt have my receipt.After going to another party city where they didnt help me much, I returned to this one and Jean Paul took great care of me. He went the extra mile to find my original receipt in their system and refund unused items. Never going to a different location again.Nice to shop with the peace of mind that the staff will make the pre and post party an excellent experience.

Worst place ever! Five cash registers, only two open. The line stretched all the way through the end of the aisle. It took me one hour twenty minutes to buy my stuff.
