This place was the best until they hired new employees. They did the same thing in less than two weeks and I go weekly. THEY RETURNED MY PACKAGE.And today the employee hinted to me that I was lying and that he saw in the camera when I picked it away. When I asked Destiny to speak to him directly, his response was that he was too busy and couldnt attend me. They transfered the call to customer service and it turns out that these inefficients employees returned my package and the package is in the truck to be ship back to the shipper.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I ve been going there for years and not only have I never had a bad experience. I have always been helped by employees whenever I had trouble using their machines. Very surprised by the 1stars..

I had an amazing experience with Jordan, sad that the lady did not allowed me to take picture of the beautiful store inside. Jordan was super kind as soon I arrived providing me with the best service. I will come here again for sure, thanks for treating customer as part of the fedex family. This location is on a safe location, next to a delicious bakery and near others great places. FedEx has millions of customer worldwide. It is understood if they go a bit slow. Thanks again fedex for always succeed my expectations

Slow as heck! Its not their fault though, they should have another lane open. Everything is organized, clean, and in order. Last LAST time I was there I just walked in and got helped. Its pretty nice, employees are nice too.

Brought in a prepaid label box and was refused service. They wanted me to buy one of their boxes because my box was a reused box. The box was fine and sturdy nothing wrong with it. Went to the Walgreens and they took it no problem avoid at all costs

Im an artist and I frequent FedEx relatively often for some pretty random projects or big print orders. I have to say that every time I do, the staff really help me figure my life out lol. Between professional suggestions and helping me get the lowest price for quality work, I find myself coming back for the quality, prices, and mainly for the therapeutic staff who calmly and unknowingly grant me peace of mind.10/10 - would print anything here.

Ive been to this fedex location numerous times and the staff has always been efficient and courteous. The store itself is very clean and pleasant. Yes, I find the items for sale there to be a bit overpriced (this is a full service center), however, to those people who are saying its a rip off, Id like to point out that no one is holding a gun to your head to make you buy anything. As for their shipping prices? Theyre slightly higher than USPS. I suppose you have to weigh the importance of convenience over saving a few dollars. All in all, its a pleasant place and usually you can get in and out fairly quickly. Unlike the post office, its open till 9pm and unlike UPS its conveniently located.

This office didnt accept my box supposedly because it was not in good condition. The box was completely fine, old looking yes but it was a very sturdy used box, taped very well.Literally this person working here didnt think so. They Just wanted to sell me a new box for $18, really? A box the size of a desktop pc for 18?

This office does not accept competitor packaging or boxes with any brands on them. Manager said they only accept double corrugated boxes and they will deny or repackage your item. I send prepaid item and often find myself with double the amount I paid for originally. The manager makes up their own rules for the office. USPS boxes are not allowed because they are too thin (double corrugated) , irregular packages are not allowed or you must agree to a manual labor surcharge. Box must be in a box shape to be accepted. When I spoke to manager she told me they know who I am and talk amongst each other when I come by also she said I should avoid their office if Im having so many issues only with that office and look for a different location. I ship over 30 packages a month thru fedex so it a huge inconvenience but Ill take the risk of dropping off my packages at a walgreens onsite to avoid a negative situation.

And a couple of other people at this location are very helpful to me. Dont be afraid to ask for help. I love Eduardo for all his help and making me feel welcome. Be careful of this particular office. They are starting to charge for boxes even if you have your item packaged securely, in order to gain more profit for their store. One of the most evil practices I have seen in business in a long time. Ive used them for years but will use them much more infrequently. What a shame to rip people off.

One of the worst Fedex offices I have ever been to. Ive been waiting for more than an hour for a simple packaging. The employee barely speaks English. I had to wait till his supervisor comes back from lunch to get things done.

As a field service engineer, this site is very good and efficient! The staff is courteous and helpful! Theyre WIFI is great there too, and this site is close enough to a sub shop thats got great food!

Horrible service the staff that works there made me purchase a new box when it clearly wasnt neccesary. My box never arrived to the location. They also had horrible attitude. Will not be using fed ex again, this was suppose to just be a drop off return.

They didnt ship out my box because it was repacked? It was a perfectly good box it was just used once and you wont take it? Why does every other location take it and you dont? All you had to do was place a new label over the old one, but that was too hard apparently. New Management New Rules.... So what youre saying is that the new management is retarded. Idiots.

Five star to the young ladies at Fedex today that help me and my family they were three regular employees were very rude I believe she was new in training she’s a young African-American lady thank you so much but for the rest of the employees were awful oh well that’s why I stopped going now thank you .ps there were two guys and one older lady in the 30s very rude

Worse experience here ever no one greeted me no one asked if I needed help i spent 30mins here just to print one sheet of paper Grace eventually helped me out while I had issues with the printer it beeped very loudly deonna looked at me pulled out her phone & went outside the whole time I was this she had this nasty unpleasant look on her face which made me feel very uncomfortable or even unwelcomed this experience had inspired me to buy my own printer

Gave me a 2 hour warning to pick up my package or it would be returned to the seller. I called and asked them to hold it for one more day and would get it in the morning. Said they couldnt and to call customer service to have it rerouted back to my house. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, that it i didnt get it within the time frame it would be sent back to the seller. Frustrating that even customer service couldnt help.

The only reason theyre not getting a ZERO is because its not available. These people let me sit down and waste half an hour before letting me know the laptop stations werent working. Wasting my time and laughing about it. Hope this place closes soon, kinkos went to s**t once fedex bought it.

HORRIBLE.Twice now this location has got it wrong and Mo says he will call you back, but does not. I dont like having to chase bad business people to do the right thing. Twice now this location has made me and my staff look like fools when the chips were down.I would suggest finding another vendor. This location is understaffed and even tries to suggest that their errors are yours. My only error was relying on them.

Good afternoon. Not serious and professional. Alert the user. Deliveries to Mexico. Initially a box of approximately 88.90 pounds of 24x24x24, containing gifts in clothing, footwear, toys and school supplies, they turned into two small boxes loaded with what the customs officials in Mexico decided to pass up. Sadly, the cargo stopped at the Apodaca airport in Mexico on October 7. A FedEx official contacted us to report that the used, 12 packs of 48 Crayola crayons of wax colors and the 12 boxes of graphite pencils, could not pass through customs regulations. Neither does a 12-pack of party balloons, purchased at a $ 1 store. As he explained, they could not pass used items either. He warned that the rest would happen. He requested a letter of authorization to separate the cargo, assist in customs procedures and the opening of a customer account to collect expenses. He offered to give a good deal, so that the return of what would not happen would not be so expensive. Surprise; the amount was something like 260 $ to which I explained that I was worried that it was almost half of what they had initially charged me for the original cargo and that it was a lot and it was better to leave it in customs. It seemed strange to me that the items that he described would stay cost so much in return freight, they had been bought in a $ 1 store and it was not so much. But, always thinking that it was what was used and what was already described above. Surprises continue; I believe that the official in charge of FedEx in Mexico, decided to consider everything as abandonment and what finally reached its destination was rudeness, abuse and disrespect to anyone and a vilely orchestrated impudence, we received two boxes that together do not weigh 30 pounds. Childrens coats and new womens shoes disappeared, childrens shoes with new music and lights, very beautiful but it was not enough for them to let them continue to their destination, they considered it better to leave it abandoned. They also let 2 of the 12 school scissors that were sent pass; Those were abandoned but I am not sure why, 3 of the Leon King markers of the 6 that were sent, either because if they managed to pass some and not others; 2 out of 12 calculators for school use, without understanding why, new womens and childrens clothes disappeared but some used ones were allowed to pass; according to used it was not possible or that was the criterion; But they did miss a used horn that was sent to a relative and used childrens games that, thank God, reached the hands of La Niña who waited so long. The truth is written and not believed. One thing is to respect customs regulations that, although they may be different in each country, are respected and quite another is to keep quiet in the face of a shameful situation of abuse by customs officials and irresponsible management of FedEx managers.The charges were never notified and were made locally, to those who received and never to whom I send the cargo.Important. Follow up practically daily with the international FedEx customer service, for the peace of mind of mistakenly thinking that I was with a serious company and that they were representing me in my interests, by giving them the responsibility not only of transfer but of representing me in the Customs papers.Users please check the regulations and consider this case before deciding on your transport agent.

I left there and beaten less than a block found a UPS store and in less than five minutes did it all for less than half the price it would have paid with Fedex.In this store of Fedex I lost almost an hour and in the end I could not send some documents.
