I had bought a portable scanner that was defective. The manager Renee was extremely helpful and understanding to my needs. She promptly to care of the issue and resolved the problem. More stores should have managers like her. Her attention and willingness to help and serve customers is what keeps customers coming back to the store. I know for me she made the difference between me coming back to this store or not. Thanks to her attention I will gladly visit this Office Depot frequently.

I just want to say Thank you to Maria, Kelly and Ilya at store #35 for really going above and beyond. My grandmother just passed away and we were having difficulty locating somewhere that could have her funeral poster ready in time the way we wanted it. They really went out of their way to make it happen. On behalf of my family were so grateful.... they saved my grandmothers funeral .... AGAIN THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!!!! I will always now choose Office depot over any other store... you have a customer for life!!!!

Absolutely amazing service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance by a very polite employee. I needed black ink for my HP printer, and it seemed out of stock. The same employee voluntarily offered to check the back, and he found what I was looking for. If it wasn’t for him, I would have walked out with nothing.

Took a desktop for repair. Was told the the motherboard had burned and the repair would be above $500. I let them know of a known problem with this specific computer where the Sata cable burns. Technician said when the cable burns it also burns the motherboard. I ended up having to buy a new computer so my kid could start virtual school. Nonetheless, I took my old one home as well. Opened it up and saw the burned Sata cable, ordered it from Amazon for 14 bucks, had it home the next day and replaced it in less than 10 minutes. Computer is up and running perfectly again. Im glad I didnt listen to him and didnt throw it out. Its just a shame I ended buying a new one from them as well.... so now I have 2 computers.

This place first time here The associate Victor was amazing he didn’t hesitate to help me I was with my baby of only 1 month, he did all the job for me and he even gave me a Flash driver at no cost the manager should consider to give him an increase or put him in charge of the store. He was really nice.

Dont use their paper cutting service. I took my nice quality, specialty paper to have it cut professionally for a project. Well, apparently they knew the blade cuts at an angle and after they cut a good chunk of it I got the Oh, my bad, I forgot to mention the cuts arent exact so the pages wont be the same size.

After a couple of months I havent been in this store, I found they have complicated things and for worse. Now you cant ask for the last person in line, but need to send them a message that I didnt succeed to do. Spoke to a cashier who took me to one of the printing section employees and she had a list of clients in a handwritten list and I had to write my name on it. This is the time I have waited the longest to print 2 pages. Also noticed they have increased prices. On the other hand, I also saw an old man wanting to send a fax and the employee told him to do it by himself. Noticing the man didnt know how to do it, a lady who was also waiting went there and helped him to use the fax machine. Think there is a lack of personnel (only two). A client who was ordering something very specific stayed more than 40 minutes dealing with one of the employees, so only one employee was calling people from the line. A friend of mine says in cases like this Why make things easy when they can be difficult. I think it applies here.

I changed to Staples. I usually use printing services. At Staples I have found much better service, not so weird way of receiving and dealing with clients when you want to print documents and, very important, prices are lower. I used to visit this at 137th Ave. and the Bird Road stores and in both I found similar situation.

I went to PC Repairs and I was attended by Jordan, this guy is so kind and professional as a technician and as a consultant too. Thank you. 100% recommended.

Customer service in-store is a joke; there were less than 10 customers in and it took me 2 laps to get a workers’ attention - nowhere to be found. I had to search Amazon for reviews in my phone to buy a printer because there was ZERO customer interaction. The cherry on top is that I needed to get an item that I was told was “apparently” behind a counter. Instead of a clerk simply reaching out to get it while I was at the register, I’m made to go out, lose my cue space, NOT find the item and then get dead silence from the register when I told her I didn’t find it. Unreal.Printing staff can make a long waiting line out of a mere 2 people, not to mention the self-service printers are pathetic; attachments not showing up and previews not even allowing for expanding image sizes or putting 2 separate items without them getting stacked on 1 page.Prices are average at best; one of the printers I saw on display was literally nearly 3 times the price on online retailers and it was being shown as a “clearance” item on the display. Please. This chain of stores has always had a bottom-of-the-barrel service quality, but I swear Office Depot gets worse every time I visit.

The Reason for the one star is I just went there to do some printing ask some one for help he show me the self service machine but no one tells you that machine was out of order I stand there asking for help no one pay me any attention, so left for staples across the street and they welcome me and help me so fast I was impressed never going back there again customer service lousy.

Every time I go to this place, the wait is way too long. The employees seem to have no sense of urgency. My last visit was to the copy department. I was the only person in line and it still took a long time to be attended and then to be told that there were no more papers to make the copies. I went to Staples across the street and was wowed by the great service.

First time, I did not enjoy going to Office Depot. First, after I was waiting for 15 min to print, somebody told me that I need to text to be in the line. After that, I only heard “no”.. no, we can’t, it is not possible, we don’t have paper’s color, size, texture, laminate and no no no ... whatever I could say, they only had to say no. It was frustrated .Finally, my idea was NOT possible. My idea finished in their “possibles”, we have to change everything to adapt at their possibles .. nothing special!I only wanted to create a sketchbook to paint with a photo in the first page. I went with my own paper but it was complicated for them. They took white pages, added black spirals and create it. It would have been easier, economic and more pages to buy a sketchbook and personalized the first page. Exactly Same result !!!Anyway, thanks for trying to improve the service but it was late, I only wanted to finish and leave .

I spent hundred of dollars at this store each month because I liked the products but I finally decided not to go to there anymore. The staff were not helpful and very very rude. Every time I asked a question, they would act like I was bothering them. Should have stopped going there sooner.Wonder if the manager takes this customer service thing seriously..or does he/she even care?

Ive always liked the store. Its a little smaller than it used to be but it has everything I need. The parking is very good and its very well lit. The people here are very helpful.

Will drive past this place to go anywhere else, and pay more if I have to. Long lines when there should not be,employees have no clue and just dont seem to care, customer service is nonexistent. Dont waste your time with this location!!!!!!

Except for my cashier they acted like they couldnt give a damn...item way too expensive...didnt have optional brands or suggestions for my specific need ..it is a must have item in my business...and I m exhausted trying to find one ...Walmart was out but carries a better one w tabs for $18 vs theirs w/o tabs for $52...cashier found a coupon 30% off but it was still $37

Calling to the print department is nightmare. I was in line 10’ and when the call say Hello twice and hung up... They need more training... training... and Training....

Worst customer service , stood in line for 20 minutes, I was then told I had to jump through more hoops by texting something to get back in line, People standing around texting looking confused. asked counter person why cant i just have one page printed, she answered its better for your business, I dont have a business just need one piece of paper printed. fell on deaf ears left . Called the manager Liosbel Moyz explained the situation I was upset he hung up, the customer service agent on the other end heard him get confrontational with me and stated she was going to escalate his unprofessional manners. all in all dont waste your money or time going to this store. I hope they get a decent manager in this store maybe things will change. Liosbel Moyz is just an arrogant little man tough guy on the phone , well see!

Worst customer service. No staff to assist customers. The one cashier was the only visible employee, waited in long line to ask one question which she did not know the answer to. She pointed to the electronic dept and told me to look for another associate and ask him because he had a radio. I finally found a floor associate after about 5 mins, had to chase him down, said excuse me 3 times before he even acknowledged me. I asked him if they carried a product and he didnt answer, just pointed to the copy paper area. When I told him that I looked and didnt see the item he just started walking and using his radio. Another associate showed up while talking on his cell phone & told me we ran out and they both walked away. No other communication, no solution, nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service..will not return to this location

I usually come to this office depot when i need to print something quickly and some times to buy office supplies and the staff is very nice and always offer to help

Strong armed invasion of privacy.I have a PDF file on a thumb drive that I wanted printed. Only if I down loaded their App and allowed them access to my GPS location on my personal cell phone would they call my name to even discuss the print job. The manager was unwilling to manually take my name and call me once all the other customers, about 5 of them, were assisted.

This is a somewhat smaller Office Depot location. It can be very busy with long lines during back to school shopping days. Still nice and clean with pleasant employees.

Horrible!!! Ordered desk online for homestead store because it said 2 desks available. Well after paying, I was contacted and they didnt have the desk, they said they refunded me..byt still waiting. They said they had a desk at the Kendall store, so I drove 45 minutes to that store. Indeed I did get the desk, but after putting it together the holes were drilled wrong and the drawers dont even go on or slide in due to manufacture issues. I will never buy from office max/depot again..and will never waste money on crappy office furniture. Think twice!!!

RUN!!! Charles is the ruddest store manager I have EVER dealt with. This store is not organized. Things are placed in the wrong place and you pick it up thinking thats the price of the item. Then there comes the rude store manager CHARLES and gives you an attitude like its your fault for not checking the bar code. Ridiculous ... NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! Id prefer to go to STAPLES which is right across the street from you!

Unprofessional staff! Yesterday I tried to print my artworks (drawings in illustrator) for a school. The girl told me that I couldnt print it because I dont have copyright to print it!!! They read me the copyright policy in loud. My drawings were very basic.

Ordering online is terrible. The website says itll be ready within an hour. Two days later and the 2 page print job was still not ready!!! Ridiculous. They need to do some serious training or hiring.
