A positive shopping experience at this OfficeDepot. I found what I needed and the staff at checkout was polite and helpful.

Needed a specific item and no one in the store spoke EnglishHow can you hire a staff in the US and not one person can hold a conversation in English. I couldn’t get the item I went there for because no one knew what I was saying. Disappointing and alienating.

Best experience ever, employees were so nice and worked so hard to make a bad experience turn into a wonderful one . We ordered on line at another location and after waiting two hours were told the product was out of stock. We called this Doral location 25 minutes before closing and they took care of us ... we got our product and I will Always use this location even though it’s much further from our home . Thank you to the entire Team ... great job and customers for life

The worst experience in costumer service I have ever had.

I have to say today its a happy day. Got my ipad.air 2 repaired. Arrived via FedEx to my work. Honestly I was hesitating spending 200$ to fix the screen or buy a new one. But they had a promotion running of 25%off. Also after talking to Bryan B. and his manager Olman, I felt to go forward fixing it. I did my homework as a consumer, searching prices around on google webs and all were about the same. What made me feel more comfortable and my iPad will be ok its a well-known store its been open for years. Thanks again for taking the time listening and explaining. Definitely a great store to fix your gadgets! They sell extra warranty too for your repaired items.

Pretty terrible experience. Went to print one sheet of paper and I was told I needed to sign up via text to enter the line. After providing my name the response time was to wait for 20 min! Ask if it was possible to just log into a computer and self print and was told both printers were down for over a week. Will not be returning

Leticia is amazing. I have no words for what an amazing employee she is and what a great asset she would be to any company. I sent over an order to print without realizing the store was closing early. Despite being the only employee in her department and with a ton of customers at the time, Leticia was able to help us! I would definitely recommend you ask for Leticia.

Very dissapointed with service, i called to see if they had an item and the you g man argued that they did. Not carry in store only Only, i went to another office depot and since i needed 2 packs of paper i asked if anyone had they saud this store had 2 EVENTHOUGH the employee said no i took the time to. Come to this store and sure enough they had the photo paper 13x19, when i explained to the manager on duty it was like talking to the wall, i Hope real Manager read comments and educated employees on customer service

Every time I come to this store to print 1 paper I have to wait over 20 mins in line. They are soooooo slow and non efficient at all. They need to hire more personnel to move these lines along.

Great experience. I needed to select a printer toner and Jose was very helpful giving me options and picking them for me. All staff at the door and the register were really nice. Good job!

There was only 3 people waiting before me at the print © section. But I wait one hour for getting 6 pages laminated!! One hour !! Wast of my time ! They were working super super slow! Please train your employees better and save everyone’s time

HAROLD was the name of the person that helped me at the print & copy in this Office Depot. A B S O L U T E L Y best customer service EVER!!!!If this person is not a manager I really hope he gets a Promotion. He was absolutely detail oriented, nice, listened to my needs and got the job done in less then the time that other office Depot did. Every person that works in customer service should be like him.

I Give this review mainly because manager Mr. Marazzi is extremely helpful, straight to the point, knowledgeable, and understanding. Not the typical service in Miami. I am very happy about this. I believe that the copy area needs more help or personnel which is maybe outside his hands.

You have to chase and beg an employee to help you. The worst customer service I have ever seen . I will continue to do amazon. Dont have to drive park and then beg for help. No wonder brick stores are closing. Its the employees fault. They should be grateful when someone walks in the store and be courteous and helpful and provide service as these people are paying their salaries. Never again.

Has basic office supplies. Good for quick in and out if you know what you want. Store seems very dreary and not a place you want to visit often. Then again maybe that shouldnt matter since you are buying office supplies.

Poor service!!! I went to this location to get 2 papers printed. Waited in line 25 minutes before being assisted, finally when it was my turn there was no apology offered for me waiting or anything. The attendant (Ana) very dryly just asked what did I need, When I advised I needed a document printed she very rudely said I needed to email it, I advised her I text it to the number on the board she stated thats only for the line and pushed a paper over to me that had an email address for me to email. I then expressed to her why theres no sign up that indicates this as now I this is more time wasted, she just walked away as I struggled to email it due to lack of cellphone service she got inpatient and told the other attendant to assist me. Finally the email went through, the guy printed them but not to my liking - since I spent so much time already there I didnt have the extra time to reprint. smh Ive never experience such BAD service!!! THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY PROVIDING THE MOST SIMPLIEST ACT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They tend to have everything I need mostly. I just hope they work on the lines during heavy seasons like school starting, but if they dont have something theyll get it for you. And the printing services guys work quick and are very helpful.

This morning I went there to print 10 normal copy black and white. After wait 30 minuts in the line they said just sent the email you will get a code and then you print by yourself. Ok I sent the email 4 times and I never got this code. I ask for help and they just said send it again. Thats so incredible. This people works so slow they dont want to help and they dont care. I left and I went to fedex office. They made it in 1 minute. No line. This office depot is sooooo soooo bad.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!THE OLD MAN WHO WORKS THERE AT THE PRINTING SITE DONT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK.. HES RUDE, NOT A COSTUMER SERVICE ORIENTED PERSON, LO mismo le da 8 que 80. Made my recently experience very disappointing not PLANNING to go back this location any time soon they need urgently a training for the employees. RUDE !!!!

The print center is terrible!!! They take a long time to get to you even though there is no one waiting and once they do help you out, and someone else comes they ditch you and attend the last person to arrive. It has happened more than 3 times already. On my last instance there were 3 guys and it took the three of them to help one person out and they completely stopped helping me and went on to helping someone else out once they arrived. I dont recommend this location to print or buy.

The office depot in Doral is terrible, the 2 printers are not working I have to call somebody and they cant fix it, service is horrible I think everybody is new because they are so slow, OMG... Never again, I prefer to drive to another location.

Thanks to Cassandra (Casey) this continues to be for me the best store for printing service in whole South Florida. I live 3 minutes away but I work driving all Miami-Dade because my job requires me to be half of the time on the road. I stopped in 3 other Office Depot and Office Max, Bird Road, Kendall, etc. They kept rejecting me for a job a needed that Casey helped me on a while ago. I had to end up stopping by before going to work to see Casey in my Doral store. She is unbelievable smart, she is jso knowledgeable, oriented, charismatic, and has the best customer service and patience ever. I hope she soon can be the trainer for the rest of the printing staff at other stores that do not know how to work and kept saying sorry we do not do that. Please make Casey a Area supervisor and trainer if you want to keep growing your printing business. She is the only one who knows what she is doing in many stores I had to stop. Way to go Cassey! I will continue doing business with Office Depot in Doral only because of your excellent and fast service.

It is rather warm inside. Their prices are quite high. They placed a item on sale on the self with another similar items and you would think that all things are priced on sale. But no! You have to be careful. I had to go back into the store to get my credit.

It used to be my favorite store unfortunately, but now I will have to change to another store....so unwelcome environment, not enough personnel to ask for assistance...and if anyone comes, you receive attitude...then dont work on Sundays...I love Office Depot, but so disappointed for this store at Doral..

It is good place for scan and print.A4 print rate is 0.14 cent and scan in usb rate is 0.25 cent. There is employee to assist.

They have horrible customer service, I called for a simple question and was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes. Called again and was given attitude. They didnt even offer the service. As for store visit, obviously its the only one in Doral but if you dont mind driving I suggest going to another location.

Worst customer service ever! No recycling for non-members and 10 ink recyclings per person? Why do I need to fight to ask for recycling my used ink cartridge? I brought my used cartridges to request recycling them since they told me it is possible when I purchase them. However, the clerk said I cannot request it since I am not a member of Office Depot! And she also limited number of recycling items to 10. I argued for a while then she accepted them with anger. Worst experience ever!

Do not use there mail dept. One of there employees stole a federal document I mailed out with credit card number, then tried to use it... This people suck!
