I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there arent many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didnt try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. Im pretty happy with my purchase.

They have EXCELLENT customer service and do a fantastic job making sure they fix your problems. I called a head of time and told them what was wrong and once I walked in the door I was greeted and helped. They went out their way to make sure I was satisfied plus my scooter had no more issues. I would recommend they to anyone I know and everyone with a scooter! Great job guys and thank you for everything !!

Its a great place to buy a scooter. Theres a varied selection of models in their showroom, from ultra portable to long range. They also have open box models that are discounted and that you can test ride. Most important, they perform repairs and offer discounts on services. I dropped my scooter and broke a hinge, and they repaired it in less than 24 hours.

I want A scooter that have a long range , very powerful motor., and lots and lots of fun. first of all the guys was amazing. They don’t pressure you to buy anything they let you sit and choose . if you’re not sure which one you want.. and they did not answer your questions up to your standard. You can always take them out for a test ride. I have been looking for a while for a Great electric scooter ,doing my research Reading other people comments about all the different electric scooters that are out there. Some of the horror stories of shipping package is damage. I decided to go local stay in my hometown. anything goes wrong with it I can always take it there . Get it serviced and keep it well-maintained. For me that was the big part of my decision. I have two daughters I’m quite sure when they ride mantis they’re probably gonna want one , which means I’ll be seeing you guys soon. Thanks again guys my commute to work is now fun …

Great scooters, i own two now. the wide wheel pro and the phantom. i loved the wide wheel pro till i got the phantom. now the phantom is the best escooter in town. its too fast. great shocks. great ride. can go off road with the phantom. amazing escooters. now my wide wheel pro is more for easier transport.since it folds down. much more compact and lighter than the phantom. the phantom is pretty heavy. i can still lift and put in trunk. but its big.

Love the Scooters we purchased. Lots of help with purchase but not so much after purchase. Had a few questions and delivery issues with the accessories I purchased. Getting help from customer service was poor at best. Several phone calls and emails and still took over 24 hours and never could reach someone by phone.

Purchased an Inokim OXO from these people, an almost 3000$/40MPH scooter and received it without any brake fluid in the hydraulic brakes (no brake function at all) Did some research and seems they have received complaints about this before, how is it still happening? Where is your quality control and customer care? Youd think a reputable company would want to avoid a possible lawsuit? Maybe theyre waiting for a customers death to act on this? Avoid Fluidfreeride for your own safety!Will be recommending anyone I know to stay away from Fluid Free RideSince this review seems to have gathered much interested I thought I’d post an update for those interested.Hydraulic fluid issue was resolved following week by local Inokim shop for a cost of 40$March 31 front motor stopped working, cost 467$ to replace at Inokim dealership even though Inokim claims to have a 1 year warranty.July 2 folding mechanism snaps while in motion, causing the stem to partially fold down and resulting in a crash while operating the scooter on the street.

I recently bought a nami burn e form fluidfreeride. When I got it there was a wire that was sort and it affected the steering when you walk it. Fortunately Jay from fluidfreeride reached out to me and helped me solve my problem. Works great now. Super happy with my nami viper. I needed help with the brakes of my WWPRO, called the number on their website and received a callback from a team member, Juan was super friendly and provide me with the steps to follow, even make sure I was heading in the right direction. When I arrived, Edgar welcome me and that was great cause It make me feel as if i already knew him. I explain the issue and also ask for extra help cause I was traveling the next day…It was late in the afternoon and the mechanics were gone for the day, Edgar make sure first, if the issue could be solved at that moment, it wasn’t, but he and AJ, make sure I get my scooter repaired and delivered to my home early the next day! Now that’s service!!!AJ called the next day to confirm, I was going to receive my scooter repaired in then next 30 min which I did!Man, what a service! If anyone is looking to buy a scooter, buy it from fluidfreeride! You are not only getting a scooter, but the backup of a very responsible and professional team that will solve any issue you may have.Thanks Team!

The review is only for the companys shipping/selling policy, NOT the brick and mortar business itself.This place has a bad shipping policy. I assume they signed an exclusivity contract with FedEx Ground or something, as in, they will ship to Mainland USA, Mexico and Canada, but NOT to the US state of Hawaii. I have a scooter which they sell (but didnt buy it from them directly, as they wouldnt ship that either, but its heavy so I understand), and all I want is a kickstand for the thing, which I am unable to find anywhere. Despite my willingness to pay for it AND shipping, they wont ship it to me. Or FedEx Ground wont. It even states on their website Shipping for free within the continental US and worldwide for a fee. Ok, Hawaii is part of the world, if not the continental US.....I think they are locked into some contract with FedEx that prevents them from using USPS, but it seems ridiculous. If I ran a business and someone in a US State wanted something, I would do what I could to make the sale and ship it. God forbid someone has to walk to the local USPS and mail it. Of course, this issue wont affect the vast majority of customers. My review is just for their shipping policy. Like I said, I have found it almost impossible to find this kickstand anywhere else, and they appear to be the sole US re-seller. I paid $1299 for a scooter that sells in China for $450 (go to Alibaba.com and search for WideWheel Pro), and now I cant even buy a kick stand for it....awesome.

I googled this and no manual indicated such a warning. I emailed customer service with a link to someone who solved their E-10 issue by changing the magnet and I asked for advice and tips for solving the E-10 problem. They said I needed to get a new controller. I purchased and INSTALLED IT MYSELF (I am not handy).This did not solve the problem. I asked customer service they said hey not our problem, you asked for a new magnet (when I asked for advice on fixing the E-10 issue).Then they said you have to send your scooter to Miami and it costs $200 both ways. Very baffling, no instructions. I call Miami many times, no one ever answers. Finally I listened to voicemail which said I could text. YES ! I got a response.They texted and told me to go to Fed Ex to ship my scooter. I took my scooter into to local Fed Ex they said they I cant ship from their and that Fed Ex does not ship scooters b/c of the lithium batteries.I text customer service and they say, ok well arrange for pickup. GREAT!Then you texted and said pickup is arranged for today See label attached (NO LABEL ATTACHED and NO PICKED UP ARRANGED)Then they text several more times without a label.They have no history of their texts and each person starts brand new with a different and more confounding answers.The saga continues ...

Well I had tow different times John was supposed to call me to discuss ordering the Nami Burn Scooter which is over 4k and twice he didnt call like he said. Here is part of the convo. Very bad customer service. I cant imagine missing two appointments with one of my customers and not even letting them know until after the appointment was missed. WOW!! Beware and read their reviews. Went there today to test out some scoots, and man those high end badboys are a problem!!! Was able to test out the new Wolf King, which should be out soon. Disclaimer: this is first time I rode a scoot since I got rid of my old gas power Go-Ped Trail ripping monster. Have had a blown out Achilles since that time, and found I LOVE the big, sturdy decks on those Wolfs....and the pickup!?!?! Are u kidding me. 😳 almost bucked my 225lb butt to the pavement with all that torque!! And, sorry Im horrible with names, but the young gentleman helping me was a great representative of the company. Very accommodating and friendly. Not sure if hes a manager or what but if not I recommend him. Ill definitely be back to purchase my new wolf with them.

Buyer beware. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a $2000.00 toy scooter. READ THEM. I would have never bought a scooter from this company. The entire purchase process from start to finish was a mess. They don’t pick up the phone, or email you back for 48 hours. What if I need a repair? What if I have a question? There are plenty of electric scooter companies on the market. Don’t buy an Inokim.

If your living in Miami Dade / Broward area and in the market for from a variety of 5 different E Scooters Model ranging from beginner to the fast Extreme Rider. Then you have no reason or excuse to either hit up there website if not walk in. Julian is the CEO and his team know the business. Very welcoming and inviting. This is a showroom place you can go in person without the fear of being pushed to buy anything. Definitely not that type of atmosphere.. They will answer any and all questions without hesitation. Highly recommend Fluid Free Ride.. walked in last week with every intention to put money out for a pre-order Mantis and to my shock They had a Mantis Pro in the showroom which I had zero expection that I would be leaving with a Mantis Pro.. Ive put over 280 miles on the fluid horizon scooter for commuting. I dont have a car and its been a real game changer in my life. Ive had a couple small issues and the company has been really helpful helping with parts and repairs. Everyone knocks the scooter for where the charging port is but you are supposed to charge the scooter when in the folded position and its super reliable and easy to travel with

The scooters like they sell for the most part are legit, however I recommend you buy from Apollo or urban machina if you can. You might want to buy local at your scooter/bike shop and avoid fluidfree ride for their terrible customer service and quality controls. Not worth the headache.

I contacted them regarding helping me fix my scooter. I am a handy person, have removed the wheel from my scooter, and all I need is for them to help me place my solid tire on the rim. They would not help, saying we dont work on this type of scooter. I am not asking them to work on a scooter, I am asking them to place a tire on a piece of metal. Ridiculous how little support or help is available in the PEV world.

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had trying to spend my money on a product. The communication was seriously just awful. Ive been trying to buy 1 of thier demo model scooters for well over a week with little to zero communication. The communication I did get was a mix or lackluster responses like they hadnt even read my messages. After all that time I was told to make an appointment and did. I asked repeatedly if they had the scooter I was looking for in stock and got a yes each time. The day of my appointment and after pulling out $2000 in cash (because they only take cash) and driving more then an hour. I then received a message saying they didnt have any in stock. But oh they did have a demo I could ride! Oh how nice of them. Im truly disappointed I personally had to do all the work to throw my money at a company thats doesnt seem to care either way.

Terrible. They dont back up their own products. Bought a scooter on Offer Up. After using it for 2 months, the scooter stopped while I was on maximum speed, making me fell down. Called them, and they didnt want to see my scooter since I didnt buy directly with them. After insisiting for months, I brought the scooter. They checked the scooter and said that the model was discontinued and there is nothing that they can do. They didnt have any spare pieces, and couldnt not identify whats the problem (mentioned that could be the battery, but they were no sure). I complained that they didnt have any parts and they said that they just buy it ready from China and rebrand with their name. So, they are not a factory. I complained that the scooter has their name and the answer was: its the same of going to complaining of your GM car at a Toyota Dealer.So, be aware that if you buy a scooter there, when it gets discontinued, you will not have any assistance. You will just throw is scooter on the trash, like mine. Lost $300 dollars. Trash.

I stopped in looking for a scooter around $300 that would do about 18 mph and get around 20 miles range. After they graciously let me try out the scooters that I was interested in, I ended up getting one of the best e scooters I’ve ever riden. I can go almost 30 mph on my scooter and lasts about 25-30 miles in range! Absolutely love this beast of a scooter from Fluid Freeride!

I would love to write a review on the Fluidfreeride scooter but unfortunately I cannot. What I can review at this time is their customer service which has been rude and unacceptable by any standards. After placing an order on June 28th for two scooters we were given a delivery date of July 3rd. That date came and went and we have been in touch with FedEx on several occasions since then. After working through their process the item was determined to have been lost by FedEx and we were instructed to contact the company to file a claim so they can reship the item. Apparently this is standard practice in cases like this.At this point we contacted Fluidfreeride with the expectation that they would help in getting our lost scooters replaced. We couldn’t have been more wrong. After reviewing the order we were told that since we did not select the shipping insurance option upon checkout that we were essentially out of luck. I was told that “you don’t understand” and “it was only about $10 dollars and you should’ve bought it”. First off, this is obviously not helpful to us in any way. Second, we do not recall seeing this option upon purchase. After reviewing their site today we do see a small toggle option on the shipping screen. I suppose it is possible we may have missed this at the time. Regardless of whether we purchased a third party insurance or not, the interaction with Fluidfreeride was awful.Now we’re out $1,500 and the likelihood of receiving the scooters seems low. I’d like to be able to update this review with a positive outcome but after today’s experience I won’t be holding my breath…

I ordered a Horizon scooter online from Fluidfreeride over 7 weeks ago, for which I payed over $850 including shipping. I was in contact with customer support who assured me the scooter would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Ive been trying to get some updates from the company on the status of my order but since the last two weeks they have gone totally non responsive and havent even replied to my last four emails. And even though they told me that my scooter shipped several weeks ago there is no record of the scooter shipping, something Ive confirmed with the package insurer. So, at this point Im down over 800 bucks and with nothing to show for it except for a feeling of being ripped off and disrespected by this company. This is by far the worst online shopping experience Ive ever had and I cant believe they can treat a paying customer like this... So, think twice before you order from these guys as you might end up without both your money and your scooter.

I bought a Mantis Pro sight unseen from FFR. Prior to the purchase communication was excellent. Recently there was information regarding a potential issue with the primary bolt in the steering head. FFR contacted me (this would be 6 months post purchase) to let me know that they were sending a replacement kit... everything needed included. There was also a link to an installation video. The part swap was a breeze and I truly appreciate that they were proactive on keeping my Mantis in proper order. And good grief, that scooter has crazy torque, even at the middle setting.

WOW!!! I can’t say enough about my experience at Fluid Freeride in Miami. The nicest, most knowledgeable, and friendly people I’ve ever met.The owner, Julian has a passion for electric scooters and a talent for satisfying his customers.Here’s my experience:So after extensive research, I found Fluid Freeride because their scooters are some of the hottest ones available right now. I say available, but they are selling like crazy right now and hard to find in stock at times.Anyone looking for an electric scooter online will quickly find Chuck Temple at electric-scooter.guide.Chuck has been covering electric scooters almost since their beginning and his wealth of knowledge in them is beyond reproach. He has a reputation in the scooter business for honest reviews, and straight talk. He also has a tremendous talent and passion for it.In watching review after review on electric-scooter.guide, I kept hearing about the Kaabo Mantis Pro, the hottest scooter out, with a sort of cult following, and this company called Fluid Freeride.As I continued to research, I started finding interview videos with a man named Julian, the CEO of Fluid Freeride. So I searched Fluid Freeride, and found more videos where Julian was discussing the lineup of scooters that his company sold, and other videos of him riding those scooters in and around Miami. It was at that point I realized that they were a Miami based company and I looked up their address. Their hours were a bit weird because of COVID-19, but when I knew they would be there, I stopped in.Meeting Julian:So as it turns out, they have a really nice little business. On one side of the building they have their service and shipping operations, and on the other side they have a nice showroom and offices. I mistakenly walked into the service side by mistake, but the super-friendly service tech quickly guided me to the showroom side where I was greeted by the nicest person I’ve ever met, Julian. I told him that I wanted a Kaabo Mantis Pro, and he happened to have a demo unit sitting right there with a nice discounted price as well. I told him I wanted it, he said great, but he wanted to prep it for me, and asked If I wanted to wait, or come back for it. I told him I’d wait, and he said, come on, I want to show you how I’m prepping the unit, and also show me around a bit of the service area as well. I had my daughter with me, and we were loving the hospitality and the experience of it all.After just a little while, I was on my way home with a new scooter. Upon arriving home, I checked my email and saw that Julian had emailed me some tutorials and information about the scooter so I’d have it if needed. I mean wow, the attention to detail and follow-up was just unbelievable. Never had I had such an amazing customer service experience.But that wasn’t the end of my amazing experience with Julian and Fluid Freeride. So after returning home, I started packing for a road trip that I was about to take, and started to realize that as amazing as the scooter I bought was, the size of it was going to be an issue. I have 3 other scooters to load into my car for my kids and wife, and that doesn’t include the bags of luggage that have to be loaded as well.So coming to the realization that the scooter was too big for my needs, I returned the next day to Fluid Freerides and saw Julian. I was a bit nervous and embarrassed about the whole thing, but the minute I opened my mouth and started explaining my situation, he gave me a comforting grin, and told me whatever I needed, he would accommodate. He said, even if you don’t want to buy anything else, I will fully refund you, no questions asked, I just want you to be happy, and find the scooter that works for you. I was speechless. You just don’t find people and places like Fluid Freeride everyday. People that genuinely care about your happiness over their business making a sale. How awesome is that?Well I ended up leaving with a Mercane Wide Wheel Pro at an unbelievable price. I am so happy I found them and you will be too! Thanks Guys!

This place texted me when i had an item in cart asking if i need any help. I told them I was trying to use a coupon as it had advertised $200 off for preorder deal. They responded back telling me the coupon isnt working and give me another coupon for $50 off instead. I showed them a current screenshot of the item that clearly said Preorder now for $200 off and they basically ignored it and just repeated themselves saying we have a $50 coupon available now. I continued to ask if they could give me the advertised price as it would make it possible to purchase the scooter and they just kept saying its no longer available even though they had the same amount available for preorder. Later on i go back to the site and they change the advertised discount, obviously because they realized they messed up but didnt want to honor it. Looks like this company is more interested in avoiding discounts than making a sale.
