This dealership didnt have a markup over sticker price and gave me a discount from the Costco Auto Program. Other dealerships wouldnt. Salesperson Andrew Taylor was very helpful and even delivered the car to my home after hours.

It takes long time today to do an oil change, and they didnt do external complimentary car wash. Price is higher at Mazda, I would expect expect express car wash as other dealerships did for my cars. Staff is nice.

The mechanic Jorge Lopez was great. After making an appointment online, I went and saw him told him the issues my that my car was having. With other mechanics telling me it was a computer issue. But Mr. Lopez found out was really going on with car the day after I left my car at the dealership and fixed it that day as well. The service is quick and efficient and they left my car running better than it was when I gave it to them. Mr. Lopez thank you, I appreciate it.

Everyone here is soo nice and helpful. I never have to wait too long because everything is done quickly and efficiently. I went this morning to get my car serviced and I was prepared to wait a while. I even brought my laptop so that I could work. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call about an hour later telling me my car was done. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I have purchased two vehicles prior with Mazda of North Miami and have always had a beyond amazing experience with our sales representative. This time unfortunately, my experience was awful to no fault of our representative. After a few days of communication via email, I was quoted a price at 7:30pm. My family and I arrived at the dealership the following morning at 10am. We test drove the vehicle and everything was great. Our sales representative returned advising the same manager had now reversed his offer and was quoting us more than $4,000 over what he had just offered the night prior. The vehicle was still listed on their site for the lower price as well. However, due to lack of inventory on the lot, I feel the manager was opportunistic and pounced on the opportunity to over charge for the vehicle. After sending several referrals over the years and being a loyal customer, Mazda of North Miami has lost one. Dont bother pre-negotiating because its an obvious waste of time.

The service technician was very courteous and helpful even gave me a loaner but overall was not very happy with my service . I had service under my warranty and I had to negotiate the labor costs . My warranty company told me labor costs in the area was $110 an hour and Mazda was charging me $170 an hour so after talking with them they gave me a $20 an hour discount . It’s so sad to think my parts were around $192 and labor was over $600 .I had to pay an extra $149 for the labor cost. Is this really what the dealers are allowed to do ? Very disappointed in the costs. I always like to take my car to the dealer for any big problems that need to be done so it is done right but will rethink it next time.

I’m not sure all the items listed in the manual (according to the maintenance schedule) where performed. For example the manual states that tire rotation, lubrications of hinges and locks, fluid levels and refill, linkages, among others has to be done every 5000 miles. This items were not listed in the maintenance work specs done to the car. I called today to ask about this, they offer to call back, but no call received.

I’ve been with Mazda as a lease owner since 2019. Andrew is always on top of his game! I went through ny first lease term and he stayed in communication with me and if I called he never forgot my name or voice!!! The Mazda team is warm and I’m excited to enjoy my new lease term with my 2021 CX5!

Second car we leased from Mazda North Miami. Entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. Took the time to show the vehicle features and go over the paperwork.

Got a quick call back after the initial contact through the Costco car program. Despite (same-day) appointment and assurance, none of the two cars booked for a test drive were actually in stock. Associate was not available either. We agreed to talk about prices with another associate while the model we wanted most was supposedly on its way. No Costco negotiated price sheet was provided until we insisted. There was lots of haggling and we were shuffled between three associates when negotiating a price. Manager later refused the quote proposed by associate. Car was then not available anymore. It was suggested we buy another bigger model instead.Issues were brought up to a manager. A special quote to make it up was later presented but was still not really special. Besides there was no stock and no ETA could be given. We bought our desired car at another dealership for a better price and less haggling. We feel we lost our time in those long hours at the dealership and then later managing follow-up emails.

I received a text a few weeks ago to schedule my first complimentary service on my new car I leased in March 2021. I called last week to schedule the appt for this morning at 1030. I was told at the time that it would only take 30 minutes so I scheduled a doctor’s appt for noon. When I arrived at 1030, I was told by George the service consultant that the appt would take 2-3 hours. This was totally unacceptable. I rescheduled the appt to next Wednesday but I doubt I will go back. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Thank you
