This was my first pair of Louboutins and I was a little overwhelmed when I walked into the store. Mario was extremely attentive and helpful - he guided me through the whole process from sizing to fitting and made it a truly remarkable experience! Highly recommend him and looking forward to my next pair!

Fantastic Boutique with amazing products and offerings! Attended a great event here recently with DJ, catering, and great security staff. Valet outside was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the event. Will definitely be back for shopping in the future. Perfect place for insta photos as well. Can’t wait to go back when the next collection is released.

The good part was that I was able to walk right in on a weekend. I came in, a couple came in and then right behind them was a family of 4. The two guys working at the front gave all of us a luke warm greeting and then after that never asked any of us if we needed assistance, needless to say everyone walked out within five minutes.

I was purchasing 1 Chelsea boot, and a high top sneaker. Taking time trying the shoe size and selecting the right color. The gentleman helping my wife and I start getting impatient because he wanted other customers in line outside to come in. He said “ we have to start ringing you up because of the pandemic we can’t keep customer in the store for too long” I called him out on it and immediately got turned off and didn’t want to continue shopping at that specific location.I made sure to share my dissatisfaction and disappointment to the manager and decided to not purchase the items and went next door to Christian Dior bought shoes and purses for my wife.I do not recommend anyone to go to this location as the staff is rude and not trained to be patient with the clientele.Do not attend this location

A very nice boutique with friendly and helpful sales representatives. I always get great customer service and the quality of the shoes is the best. I wear my shoes almost everyday and they still look as good as day one. They are comfortable and, of course, get lots of nice compliments.Mario, and the rest of the staff continue to give excellent customer service, and the shoes I’ve bought here over the past year and a half still look great!

My husband and I are new to the line and have to say Edgar at the Design District location has made every experience wonderful. The first time we went in, we felt right at home. He took his time to help us try on several pairs of shoes and pick out the perfect pair.For Christmas this year, I wanted to surprise my husband with a pair of shoes and get some wedges myself. I didnt think they would have them in time and I spoke to Edgar TODay and he said we should have the shoes today. I AM SO EXCITED he will have them for Christmas and my wedges are on the way! Wow beautiful store. At first I had to wait because of their new rule and was getting upset about the long wait but their security Ace was very helpful keeping me and my wife there with great conversations until it was our turn, hes the best. And sasha was our sales associate and she was amazing and very helpful. Ill sure be returning and bringing friends back

Great customer service! Every staff member in the store was very helpful and attentive. Their expert advise enabled me to buy my fiance her Christmas gifts with ease and confidence that she would love them. BTW she was extremely happy.

Purchased shoes here back in Dec. We waited for over an hour total because we were constantly ignored when we tried to get a size. Finally found a pair that I liked, and while the store associate convinced me it was the right size and it would feel better once I walked around, it never did. And of course once you wear them you cannot return. Overall extremely poor service and snobby staff. The CL store in Atlanta is much better for this being a “flagship” store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took around 30 min to get to try on some shoes! Nothing like nyc locations. Plus after my purchase they forgot my dust bag! It’s something small but how can you forget? GO ONLINE BETTER EXPERIENCE than this store.

A very nice tall sales man helped me find 2 pairs of shoes that fit perfectly. I went with a friend who I was shopping with, got 2 pairs for myself, and all the employees were really nice and patient. I didnt want to try on another size but they insisted just so Id know. Very good service, very good quality, and I get stopped and complimented on my shoes everywhere... its a little embarrassing sometimes.

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FROM HELL. I bought shoes as a surprise for my daughters mother birthday which lives in Canada. When the shoes were purchased this store did not have the correct size in stock therefore assistant manager Edgar said they will send a courier from their warehouse to deliver it at my business the next day. When the package arrived at my business, I immediately shipped it to Canada. I received a call the same day the shoes were delivered to her in Canada that the shoes appear worn. She sent pictures immediately. I was at disbelief that this could happen at a high end store. When I received the pictures, I called the store immediately to informed them that they have sold me worn shoes. When the shoes arrived back to me, I brought them back to the store with my receipt. I was really upset because Edgar initially refused to exchange the worn shoes he had sold me. After insinuating I will elevate this issue to Corporate Office he exchanged the worn shoes he had sold me. While I was about to walk out of the door after the shoes were exchanged, I realized on my receipt the shoes were exchanged for a half size bigger. At that time, I remembered my daughters mother saying if I can get half size bigger than do so. While about to leave, I cordially thanked Edgar for exchanging it to a half size bigger because I had forgotten to ask that while he debated with me about exchanging the shoes. With my final receipt in my hand, Edgar said that he cannot give me a half size bigger...he has to exchange for the same size. I could not understand why when they are all the same price, and it was not company policy to exchange for same size. Didnt understand why I was treated that way. He then walked away from me without explanation for 20 minutes, I stood there patiently. With my receipt in my hand, I decided to leave because I was in-between work and waited so long....also didnt know what I was waiting for. When I walked out, Edgar came after me and asked me to come back in. I said, ok lets go back in, but I want my refund since he doesnt agree with exchanging for the half size bigger and not giving me an explanation. When I walked into the store, he said he will call SECURITY and also said he will NOT REFUND my money. I immediately said I will call the POLICE and I did. The police came in immediately and I explained what had happened. After hearing Edgars side of the story as well, the police officer was puzzled and asked what is the problem with the customer having the half size bigger and again, he couldnt answer. The officer said they cannot enforce the store to refund my money. I said I dont have an issue, I have my receipt in hand and I was out of the door with my exchanged merchandise and Edgar came after me. I want to leave and be left alone without Edgar harassing me about the exchange. The police officer told Edgar the transaction was already complete and he cannot stop me from leaving with my merchandise. Please be careful where you spend your money. NO BUSINESS SHOULD GET AWAY WITH TREATING A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. I will never buy there again and I have filed a complaint to Corporate Office.

So refreshing when someone is pleasant, and good at their job! Under the wire, I called 5 minutes before the store was scheduled to close this afternoon, in search of a specific shoe needed for an event this weekend. Thankfully, the sales associate was more than helpful with locating, and processing a mail order for me!

I had returned to this store because previously I had a great experience with a blonde woman that works there. Unfortunately, this past Sunday I had the worst shopping experience with a different girl that was helping me. She seemed like it was a chore to provide service and I couldn’t have felt more rushed to try on shoes. Another employee had to ask me if I needed anything to drink and placed me in an area that was more comfortable to try shoes on. While making the payment, she did not hand me the bags, she put the bags of shoes I purchased on the ground. Didn’t even wait for the receipt to print, and left for another girl to finish the transaction.I ended up going to Jimmy Choo after where I had a much more pleasant experience.If I had a more pleasant experience here I probably wouldn’t have needed to go to another store to finish my shoe shopping.

The quality of the product is just as poor as the customer friendliness. Salesmen weren’t looking for solutions but made it seem like it was my problem. My Pigalle pumps were already damaged after 2 hours of sitting!

I have been to this boutique three times, and each time I have had a very positive experience. The associates were incredibly helpful. On two of those three occasions, there were other people in the store who were complaining, loudly, about the service. They were addressing each other but making it obvious that they wanted to be overheard. Some customers seemed to be expecting the associates to bend over backwards to kiss their feet, and made such expectation clear. The associates were in no hurry to help these people.In other words, my experience has been that if you are polite to the associates, and do not walk in with an overinflated sense of purpose or entitlement, the associates are incredibly polite and helpful. As in most areas of interaction with people, expect to be treated as you treat others. Be kind to others and they will be kind to you.

TRASH!Went to the store the Saturday before Easter Sunday to get shoes as a gift from my guy only to find out they were closed at 6:40 with a sign on the door and employees ignoring us knocking on the door.You close at 6pm before a major holiday and dont announce it AFTER a customer calls for shoes that have been put on hold at 2pm!? Come on now.. Im a big Louboutin fan.How disappointing... I had to travel all the way to Aventura Mall where I usually get my heels anyways they always treat me right.

MARIO and the other guy i dont know his name he looks like he is hispanic and had brown eyes are SUPER NICE. I dont understand why this has such low ratings, PESTY WOMAN ARENT ALLOWED. The two guys made me feel great, their kind words and realistic suggestions made me appreciate them. Size didnt fit, I was told the will stretch and they didnt, not very honest sellers ... They care more about commission that helping the customer, there policy is only 14 days to exchange... At Nordstrom they have 365 days to exchange your shoes... Sad to believe that headquarters are so unfair to loyal customers. Will never buy them from any of their own store or online. Very poor customer service.

I bought shoes yesterday, my brand new shoes lost all the red bottoms, and now look like they are falling apart!The company will not let me return them, and they say they can only send them for repair.After spending so much money on them, this is so not what was expected!!!

Staff was rude. I went there looking for a specific model of shoes for my wedding and asked the sales man if they carried them (he was an african american guy or at least his skin was dark) and he had the audacity to tell me those shoes were old shoes. He said and I quote those are old shoes, do you want old shoes or new ones? His comments were really offensive, terrible attitude. My fiancé was there with me and was also shocked with his answer... and I dont know who that sales man thinks he is but I decided not to pay attention to him or buy at that store. Definitively not the experience I was looking for...

I absolutely loved the nude red bottoms but I equally loved the world-class service that was provided. My fiancé took me to this store on my birthday last week to purchase my very first pair of Christian Louboutin pumps. Store associate, James, was extremely helpful to my fiancé over the phone the previous night with arranging my surprise birthday shoes. James put the shoes aside (as promised), and greeted us with a big, warm and welcoming smile upon our arrival the following day. James educated us on the style and quality of the shoes, and made us feel very comfortable in our purchase. We also met store associate, Mario, who was also very courteous and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate both young men for having been so friendly and professional. The doorman/ security was also a very nice gentleman. In addition to the exceptional service, the store was beautiful and clean! I wore my new shoes to brunch that same day and received numerous compliments! Im sure that I can buy CL shoes in other upscale retail stores but Ill return to THIS store next month for my 2nd pair!

I always intend on getting one pair and end up with 2. I already have way more than I should in my collection but I love them so. I have to make a trip in person but I fear once im actually in front of these ladies surrounded by all the beautiful red soles I will be lucky to leave with gas money home. lol

I visited this CL boutique on a recent visit to Miami. This was a planned stop on my trip b/c I knew Id be buying my first pair of CLs. Upon entry into the boutique no one seemed to be that helpful. Ill reserve my thoughts as to why that may have been. At any rate, after a once around the boutique I made my way back to the front counter and told the two SAs that I was there to buy my first pair of CLs and would need some assistance. Immediately, my experience changed. Mario was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for me and interested in ensuring Id leave happy. He told me not to rush, but to take my time and take it all in: try on as many styles and sizes as my heart desired until I found what made me happy. I did just that. I tried on a few styles unsuccessfully before he brought me the Corneille which Id ultimately end up buying. He also gushed about the fact that there was a sale going on, and I just so happened to fall in love with a pair of those as well. He was also kind enough to let me take a picture inside the boutique (typically forbidden). All in all, after they realized I was there to shop, I had a great experience. I told them Id be back for my wedding shoes. :-)

We went to Louboutin in Miami Design District to buy a pair of sneakers. The salesperson named Tru was perfect with us, unfortunately the size I needed was not in stock.She therefore offered to order them and receive them the next day. Perfect, I accept the proposal to settle them before receiving them. The next day promised the sneakers are in store but Tru is off that day. One person already welcomes us differently because the sale is already concluded, the manager of the store avoids us, great atmosphere ... after trying on the right size, it turns out that the shoes hurt me on the kick. With good will I ask to try another model to see the difference but same problem. From that moment there were no more people to help us, advise us… it was difficult to get reimbursed and finally leave alone in the store… a little light in terms of service… too bad you lost a customer and a pair for my wife…
