Stay away ! Go anywhere else. The guys upfront -they are nice but just handle paperwork. The mechanics in the back are hostile and incompetent. I was yelled at twice.

I have taken my TORO mower to Ace three times over the years. Prices are very reasonable and service is pretty fast. The standout for me at Ace is Steve at the front desk. He is always so friendly and genuinely interested in providing the best advice and service to customers. Steve is always happy to answer questions, provide service updates, and is honest and straightforward. A true standout in this town for great service.

Great customer services, Great prices. The manager Lazaro is a good sales personnel. He knows how to sell because he knows what he is selling and very knowledgeable. Plus, he hears what we needed. We will most differently go back to buy one of the chainsaws too. Anything for tree services or landscaping will be there.

Ive been a customer of Ace Lawnmower over 15 years with no issue but 3 months ago my Ryovi timmer got carbonator issues and i decided to take it to Ace to get fixed. I payed $20 for the inspection and they said they would call me back with a report and the price of the service. I ended up paying $85 plus the initial $20. After this i used my trimmer twice and the gas tube went bad. I went back to Ace so they could fix this gad tube for me. Once again i was told to pay $20 for the isnpection and they gave me a call back telling me to pay once again $85 for the carbonator that i had hust gotten fixed with them. At this point i got worried because supposedly this was a new carbonator and this was not the reason of my visit. I asked to get my machine back and just bought a new machine for $143 at Home Depot with 2 year warranty. I noticed in my old machine that the carbonator they replaced was never a new carbonator but an used one. The owner came out and told me himself that i could get a new carbonator which makes this even worse. He knows his employees are putting old carbonators in the machines and he is willing to offer me a new one to cover up for them. Im really dissapointed in the service i received and i encourage everyone to stay away from them and make sure to double check yours machines. I RECOMMEND looking for a new machine instead of fixing your old one.

After dong a lot of research I found the chainsaw that I wanted and decided to go here to buy it because it was cheaper then Home Depot and the had the best reviews. The store is clean and well stocked for a small store. Steve was the one who rang up my sale. He put chain saw oil, gas to start it and then brought me outside to go over how everything worked and to ensure it started. Try getting them to do that at Home Depot!Great experience. Thanks Steve!

Most helpful mower repair shop in the SW area. Went to five stores around the area and none would help me unless the part i was looking for was the brand they were carrying. Definitely will come back to this place for all my future needs.

We came here to buy Troy-Bilt parts for our riding lawn mower. they didnt have the part in stock but they could order it and have it in the next day. We went ahead and ordered it and picked it up the next day. It really helps when you come in with your model number and serial number and they can find the part right away. Its even more helpful when you can find the part number yourself which I happened to do. They were able to get me a price within 20 seconds.

I live in broward, and needed a blade for my edger. Someone recomeded this business to me. I called and was told they had the part. I drove about 35 minutes each way. When I arrived, i was told they dont carry the part - 45 minutes prior they said they had it. The person didnt even appologize.

These guys are the best i bought a Encore Fuzion 34 from tropical lawn mower it had a minor issue one steering dampner was bad tropical told me thats normal and i knew that wasnt normal so i called Lazaro at Ace lawnmower right away he told me bring it in he fixed with warranty and i was out the door in 30 minutes i wish i would have known he sells encore mowers if not i would have bought the mower from Ace they are great they have my business now for sure.

Honestly its disappointing, the mechanics they do is change parts for new (thats what they tell you !!!); the safest thing is that they clean the carburetor and they charge it for new, even the Americans here in Miami do the same as the Latinos, thats why we are as we are, and thats why when they have to go to the doctor they are going to flee with the same form they make to their clients😀😀.
