Its almost impossible to believe just how friendly a staff in a store in America today can be so friendly and willing to help. Its almost scary. Ace always has everything I need and its hard to believe that such small stores can have so much. I went there for a few auto detailing items and they had just what I needed. I had also ordered a couple of small buckets online and they had those ready when I got there.

Thank goodness for Ace hardware. If you are looking for particular items, like I was..metric machine screws, forget about home Depot. Not only they do not have it but also there is never proper help. Ace is the exact opposite. There is an informed and knowledgeable person in every department.. unfortunately the one near my office, in Miami Beach, closed. This was the first time I went to this one and the experience was very similar to what I was accustomed to , quick help and exact item I needed. Now I have to return the stuff I bought from home Depot..

This location has the friendliest attendants, but the one who always gives me that extra sunshine works the register and so that you know exactly who she is she could pass for Kelly Rolland with no problem. This young lady is always kind, attentive, smiling and not to mention hella gorgeous. They dont have any accurate knoledge of the products they sell

They didnt have exactly what I wanted, but close enough. Im pretty sure the smaller hose clamp will work, but if not, I also bought a bigger one that I know will work. But they didnt have the smooth inside clamp and the clamps with the holes are limited to a certain length.

Live in Miami Shores and this place is the best. 5 minutes from the house so easy to run over there and avoid the whole Biscayne Blvd Home Depot headache. Jaime runs this place as a true neighborhood shop. Always someone to help you find what you need, they carry Benjamin Moore paint and a good source for sandbags and supplies in hurricane season. Really pricey but very convenient

Due to a medical reason I needed to use the restroom. And they refused saying that it was broken. When I asked where do they go to used the restroom. They said they go to out to the street. Clearly these people did not want my money, so I simply took $600 had to buy in painting material and paint to Home Depot. Home Depot didnt have a problem with me using the restroom.I suggest you also take your money some where else. Until they learn to treat thier customers like human beings. This is my opinion which is protected under the First Amendment of the United States of America.

Love this place for two main reasons!1. Theyre actual handymen/women!Home Depot employees know where EVERYTHING is in their store once you all for it. ACE employees do one better by not only finding you what youre looking for, but they consistently suggest a tool or method that can do the job much better than how you were originally thinking.2. They remember you!Nothing like walking into a store that feels like an extension of your own tool shed. These folk are on the ball when it comes to building relationships with their customers! Thats what turns a customer into a client! No way like the Sykes ACE way!

This place reminds me of how stores used to be....Friendly people who seem to truly want to work here, personalized service, lots of selection. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful saleswoman named Dominique who gave me a big smile and asked if I needed help. I replied by telling her what I was looking for and she immediately responded, Those items are in aisles 16 and 17-- let me call someone and get you some help. By the time I walked to aisle 16, a very friendly and helpful man was there to assist me in getting my items. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Super Place, super staff. I will be back!

Went to go buy windows at the Ace hardware on the beach they were around 10.00 each but over here they were almost 20.00 each the owner took the price down to 11.00 after calling 71 street Ace now I have been waiting for 40 minutes for them to cut 5 Peaces of glass. Now I asked for a tape measure to measure the glass and the guy said I should have brought my own tape measure because he took so long I didnt trust his measurements
