Really bad service the lady give you a nasty attitude and when you ask the price for a gun the guy will tell you “ buy what you can afford “ as if I didn’t have enough money to buy it. He tells you with a nasty attitude. Not the customer service I expected. I been here before 4 years ago and bought 2 guns with the same guy. Will not be coming back.

Straight to the point gun shop. The staff which I think consists of two people has always been professional and straightforward which is what I like (Im the kind of person that doesnt have to like someone to do business with someone) But I prefer to do business with someone that is honest and to the point. Which is what I get from Pantera. So if your looking for a clean transfer to an FFL or some accessories or a new firearm I would recommend this business.

I called in almost by their closing time and they answered after one ring which lately it’s been a mission to get in contact with a store. I asked them how much they charged for removing the sights (the two stores I called cost $20 to remove simple sights from my g19 slide that takes 2 min) Sean offered to do it for me and it was fast quick and wonderful... he gave me advice on my Glock 19 that I plan on taking. All in all this was an amazing visit! Will definitely be back!

Never been bc i havent ever lived in the Doral area but this is the preferred location for the people i know who live around here. All give it an A+. Eventually Ill make my way down and update this review.

This place is great, first made the mistake and went to Florida Armory (that place was price gouging central) what a mistake. Glad I found Pantera much better prices and customer serivce

Knowledgeable staff with detailed customer assistance, from pocket sized self defense blades to rifles. An extensive choice of firearms and accessories at competitive prices. Every time I go in there to get ammo, holsters, etc., feels like I’m visiting family. I highly recommend for the the every weekend competitive shooter, to the first time home defense novice buyer.

What an amazing place to buy, the owner has tremendous knowledge, super professional and he gave me tips for my next purchase. He also does concealed weapon permit on Thursday. What a great place, will be coming here from now on.SAM the HULK

Best Place ever !! The layaway helps me so much purchase any gun I want. It’s not like most stores that only give you 30 days to fishing paying off your gun. I took over 3 months and was so easy to pay off.

Pantera Guns is a great gun shop, the prices are fair and the staff are friendly (I bought two firearms from them today). Listening to some of the staff talk to other customers, its easy to see that these people are very knowledgeable about firearms. I read a previous one star review someone gave them for writing down their name wrong on a receipt, what a ridiculous reason to rate the shop so low. Ive been to several gun shops in South Florida, Pantera is one of the best! This is a great shop for new and experience gun owners, you will be treated fairly here.

Walked into the empty store and inquired about a firearm, the whole time the owner never looked me directly and half-answered my questions while scrolling through his computer. This went on for about 10 minutes until given the lack of respect I decided to walk out. Very sad because I would have bought the firearm I wanted there if not for that disappointing customer service. If you want to be disrespected this is the place for you.

Good selection, friendly, but above all, knowledge staff. The place is located in a corner, not easy to see it from the street, but once you enter the mall its all the way in the back towards the right.

I have never felt more at home walking into pantera, every time I walk in Im greeted by the best shop in the business, I have been shopping at pantera for a long time. From stripped lowers and parts to off the wall questions regarding a specific part my experience at pantera has been exceptional. If I could afford to go by every week I would, but every time I walk in I see something new or learn something new. Sean keeps every customer updated on an current recalls regarding firearms and is always willing to answer questions regarding any product he carries. Pantera has a fantastic storefront and if you want something not currently in a display case or on a shelf just ask and in a few minutes it can be ordered just for you. I entered to know the process of acquiring a weapon and to know them and they even let me manipulate them (without a charger obviously) their attention was magnificent, I only know that I will return to buy my first weapon in this place I have visited other sites and none with the attention that here offered. By the way, I dont speak English very well and I was attended by a very friendly man who speaks Spanish. He gave me all the explanation and gave me alternatives on different weapons. I can only say thank you and soon I will visit you to acquire my weapon. I highly recommend this place
