For this part of town where everything is small and cramped its nice to have super spacious supermarket.Large fruit section, floral section where they even make arrangements for you. Cooked food cafeteria style to take outImpressive seafood.Many items with no prices ie the orchids at entrance and few other food items in standing turnstile stands. Most employees do not speak English if you need help but cashiers do.

I come here from time to time for the salad / hot bar. They have cuban dishes like boiled yucca. The meats look good to. Some of it you can self service unlike whole foods. In terms of population, this place has made a significant step downwards from before the pandemic. Hopefully it picks up. Anyway, usually a good stop for my purposes

Hit or miss. In terms of selection: Sometimes they have everything you want. Other times they have almost nothing. Same as the line: sometimes you end up waiting 25-30 minutes. Other times its like 5 minutes. Doesnt matter what day or time. Just seems random. Prices seem a bit high too but surely the location plays a role. Good luck!

Great location, nice employees, safety warning though, remember to drive in thru the coral way entrance, not, the 32nd Avenue entrance because the lot has deep large pot holes. They should fix them its a safety hazard to people walking and cars. UPDATED: The parking lot is being repaved, 😊

Do not recommend. Selection is good, prices are a little high. Plan to spend at least 20 or 30 minutes standing in line to check out. THEY HAVE NO SELF CHECK OUT. You WILL be stuck behind 5 people with full carts who all insist on reading their receipts and arguing with the cashier before leaving. They have like 12 check out aisles and only ever staff 2 at a time. Would take nothing for them to replace 2 aisles with 6 self check out kiosks and solve the problem... but I guess that would make too much sense.

Wen a buy my food they put it is a transparent container. It wasnt a hot meal at the time I didnt realize it until I got home. and when I was eating a little piece of food I cut my palate. I almost choked please be careful where you serve the food. That can be seen on camera where they put my food. I was calling to the store but no one answered the phone. Carful people to this container.

Everything we want is thereClean and well organized

The lines are always ridiculously long at all times of the day and the PoS systems seem really outdated - the cashiers cant manually override the age restriction for alcohol in those cases where you have literally any other form of ID besides a drivers license, which apparently is the only one thats able to scan. So they have to call a manager which can take a while which already makes the long wait times even longer. Self checkout systems would go a long ways. The cashiers though are really helpful and nice, so the fault lies more with management.

Id give zero stars if I could. I only come here rarely and its across the street from me. Worst grocery store ever. Always huge lines and too few registers open. I wont make this mistake again. You can never just run in quickly even if youre getting one item. It will always be at least a 15 minute affair - and thats if youre lucky. Drive out of your way and go elsewhere!

Very nice store. Extensive deli and bakery, large clean and diverse produce, very nice fresh seafood and meat departments. Very competitive pricing. This is my go to store for weekly shopping.

Last time I was in this particular location was well stocked and clean.I have been shopping the store on Key Biscayne for several months, still their best managed store, after having some issues a few months ago.I shopped their store in the center of South Miami last week and it was the worst grocery shopping experience Ive had in decades. Dirty and completely out of stock produce section.

Ive reviewed the grocery store; lots of everything. But let me tell you about the liquor store. Clean, good priced. I can find the mini me bottle of my cooking and cocktails needs. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Kudos!

A good major regional supermarket. They have nearly everything, including wine and, in an adjacent store, distilled spirits. There are several other major stores nearby, on Coral Way.

The selection is great including the deli. A few of the managers are a bit rude.

The worst Winn-Dixie ever. It doesnt matter what time of the day you go, there are super long lines to pay..they have so many registers, yet they always manage to have 3 open at the same time. Everyone is always complaining and nothing is ever done. I love 3 blocks away and I rather drive to Publix than make those huge lines in Winn-Dixie. Management needs to change in this place. Until then no one in my family shops at this location. Horrible experience each time we went.

Long wait time due to understaffing. Only 2 registers open in the middle of the day.

I previously rated this location 5-star, but had to change it today. The seafood attendant was cleaning the floors, and instead of washing his hands prior to serving customers, he decided to just put gloves on - and he did that after separating the trays with his bare hands (he was just mopping the floor beforehand - eww). I had to walk away. Hes gonna get ppl sick like that! Que asco!

Quick, fast and cleaned inside the store.However the location where this windixie store is. The parking lot to the side has many pot holes, and people who are driving to look for parking need to watch out so they will not damage their cars.

I came here on a Tuesday 3/16/2021 afternoon with my boyfriend and our dog. We were happily shopping when an employee approached us and told me that I have to wait outside with my dog because, in her words verbatim, “sniffing the pastries”, as she showed me a picture, taken on her cellphone without consent, of him standing next to me LOOKING UP at the pastries, calm, not jumping, not barking. Kindly I apologized and stepped out, although I was very annoyed. After stepping outside and waiting for my boyfriend to finish paying so he could watch our dog, I went back in to inquire for this employee’s name and said picture to be sent to me. She was nowhere to be found. Mind you, he is a service dog. I am very displeased by the customer service here and the attitude they give their paying customers.

Paeking is full of big holes, I mean dozens, mall or plaza management is careless, windixie could have tons of business if is wasnt for this issue. Its veen going on since 2018, no improvement. Good luck going in and out the plaza without a flat tire or broken shock absorvers.

One of the biggest and nicest Winn Dixie Ive visited. Ample parking, a liquor store, and well run. I used to avoid Winn Dixie stores, now they are my preferred! And I am a fan of a lot of SE Grocers products... Especially the sriracha potatoes chips.

This store needs better management. On a steady decline over that last few years. I saw a mask less man today and supervisors walking by him. Nothing was done. Protect your customers or wind up on the 11 oclock news.

Worst Customer Service. This location needs some major improvements on customer service. Every time I go it seems to get worse. Unbelievably terrible location. Too bad cause the hot bar is amazing. Its like the employees hate their jobs. No one cares your there. You can see the look in the employees face when they see you. Oh no, not another customer. Will they ever go away.

Crazy long lines and their flan was not sweet at all

Months ago the oldest of my girls told me: When she is there (Cafeteria area), they treat me very badly, she is rude and speaks very harshly to me. I believed that my 90-year-old girl was very sensitive and exaggerated. TODAY I CHECKED THAT HE SAID THE TRUTH. You sell old products or throw them in the trash? because the employee in a very bad way said that she was closed and there were things on her shelf and no closed sign. I would never recommend anyone eat at the cafeteria here.

I love winn Dixie but this place is a mess. People not wearing masks, cashiers that are slow so you have to stand in line for what seems like forever, no social distancing and aisles that are very packed with product and dont allow for much room to get around people. I will not be returning to this Winn Dixie and everyone else should steer clear as well.

As with most all Winn-Dixie stores in and around Miami, this one in Coral Gables was large, clean, well-stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Poorly stocked, poorly managed. Have store special in ads for thier particular store for product they never receive during the week that it is advertised.Management says she cant order it in for pick up, even if ordered by the case, does not offer a rain check, and is not willing to check the computer to see if another store might have it stock.All in all very disappointing Ive given up shopping there as its often a waste of time and effort. Ill give my money to chains that deserve it.Oh and by the way if you do go dont come in the entrance off of 32 Ave as you will lose a wheel in the potholes, there are so many its impossible to miss them.

I wish the hot deli department had more options besides latin american. Literally the only other options were all fried foods besides the whole chickens & wings. They had 5 different rice options though. A little variety would be nice. Some veggies would be amazing. Just a thought.

As many customers we always like to shop at the place that offers best service, prices, etc.Lately I haven’t been able to receive great service and products from this grocery store. As I’ve personally seen staff being belittled and made accountable from their superiors for having long lines (not just at this Winn Dixie but most) they should change their priorities and make public safety one of them first. I ask that management redirect their focus from shortening check out lines which for the most part is impossible. There will always be lines for services. As customers we wait to pay, we sit in traffic all day. Waiting is part of our daily routine therefore I do not understand the need of management to solely focus on check out lines. What they should be worried is that their cashiers are talking among themselves in front of clients, that bathrooms haven’t been properly maintained and that many meat and medicinal products are expired or without any expiration date. I do not think anyone would appreciate to buy expired meat or getting home and realizing that the bottle of multi vitamins they bought are expired. I ask that management take this issue seriously as it does affect public health and that they stop picking at the smallest problems that customers could care less about. I’ve seen management staff at many Winn Dixie locations running like chickens with their heads cut off because there are 3 people in a line. Instead they should focus on making sure that the problems they have in stock are up to date. Particularly in this store located in coral way I noticed the high amount of products that were expired or simply with no sell by date.

This store is bigger and more variety but the customer service is horrible, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had some sort of problem with them helping with something. The managers are either hiding in their office and if you call for them they never come, or they are standing around doing nothing. Once there was an old lady with a broken arm, I asked the manager if she could get some help the manger walked away saying she would find someone and she never returned and no one came to help. Why wouldn’t she just help herself?? The managers are lazy, and no one in this store cate or knows anything about customer service. I hate this store and I get so disappointed when I go here. They need to clean house and get people who know how to run a store and knows anything about how to care for their customers.

Was a customer came back bcoz the clerk charged extra item. The manager didnt know how manager this situation. Making feel bad the customer. . . We understand mistakes happened. The cashier told the manger she didnt charged a wheel cooler. Its was a mistake But manager didnt want to take cashier opinion. Manager wants to make longer and go to cameras . Parking area is clean and carts are not all over the parking. The store as well is very clean and organized. The deli area was fast. It has flowers, seafood, nice size wine area. I was very pleased.
