It gets nerve wracking when you have to choose selections to customize your sandwich on the spot, but today, my experience went beyond my expectations and I can only feel grateful.Maria helped me prepare such a beautiful, tasty vegan sandwich despite not having gardein available. She was patient, funny, and really helpful with finding the right ingredients to make one of the best sandwiches I ever had in my life.The amount of patience and cleanliness she put in to help me cannot be explained with just words. They let in too many people at the same time, the capacity is not according to covid guidelines. Every time I stand in line, some skunk breathes in my neck or simply when Im picking out watermelons another skunk lady will breathe in my ear.The hot bar is another story, even rats in the New York Detention Center wouldnt even want to have a piece of this.I said what I said, greetings Johnny.

Great variety, selection and taste! Their ready-made food selection is perhaps the best I have ever seen. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Their coffees and teas are also really good. There’s also a large space to eat and relax which includes microwaves to heat your food.

Whole Foods generally does a good job at being healthy, but the vegetables at their hot food bar are always way, way, way too salty.

Other than the fact that they have 26 different type of soups, patisseries like France or Italy, different food cuisine on the open bar, they have everything else too.I think this branch is by far better than any Whole Foods that I have been to.I think they need to export their bakery section to whole foods in Austin. I was having a good time shopping here with my family, until I reached the check out section, after purchasing my items one of my two peaches fell into the trash can, so I asked the worker next to me if it would be alright if I could grab another, she said yes, so I went to grab my other peach, when I returned she had the other peach in her hand, so I asked If I could get that back since I paid for both, she then told me why do I want the one in her hand if it was bad, I then explained to her the peach that she held in her hand was perfectly fine and that the one that fell into the trash can was the peach I was replacing, for some reason she didnt understand me and refused to hand me my other item, I felt embarrassed and frankly a bit profiled since she happen to be staring me down the moment I reached the check out section, never has this happened to me before and I do not intend on shopping here again, watch out for this whole foods unless you want to be profiled.

I LOVE this place! My friend introduced me to it. They have an awesome deli section that you can order sandwiches from. You get to choose from literally dozens of cheeses, hams, turkey and chicken. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you so much Whole Foods Market! Cheers for more customers.

Now that there are way more incentives to visit this place since Amazon took over, I find my self spending more of my grocery shopping in this supermarket. Not only that, but many times we visit just to have breakfast or dinner from their delicious hot food area which no other supermarket even come close to. Guaranteed that you will find something to satisfy any craving. I visit more often and always target the specials, which as a Prime member you also get an extra 10 percent off them. This ensures that in the long run, I keep my spending to less and my savings to more. You will find mostly everything here although not most of the brands you are used to so it takes a little to get used to. Other than this, I really enjoy coming here.

This whole foods has a great inventory and is well organized. The restrooms were a little dirty and it was super crowded. Their vegetarian section is bigger than most.

The entire crew are courteous and friendly. Every time I visit, the shop is always fully restocked and they never miss out on any items. The place is well maintained. Hope they always follow health protocols for COVID.

Best place to get groceries on a budget! Im able to buy my Bang energy drinks for only $1.28 each (usual grocery stores are $2 each). They also have a great bulk section where you can get granola and other great items for super cheap. I make my grocery budget stretch by shopping here.

Whole foods has changed their tomato sauce its not the same, I used to like their pizza. They have removed their stone ovens also. Their price point is good but the pizza is not the same . Would not recommend them anymore.

When we came into the shop, the staff was so welcoming, and they even assisted us in finding the items we wanted. It was all brand new and very inexpensive in comparison to other sites. Its a definite must-try!

They have nonchemical, as well as something in between, connoisseur treats. The meats are excellent, as is some form of product. After wandering around this shop, youll think twice about eating out all the time and putting your appliances to use. Ill certainly come back here the next time. Terrible location. Tough to access. Garage parking only. Not easy and traffic in garage backs up.Escalator to ground floor broken.Store layout difficult. Drinks are found in no less than 5 different locations throughout the store. The other Whole Foods in South Florida have much better logical interior layouts.No sign for restrooms. Access to the restroom also very difficult and tight when people are sitting at the counter of restaurant eating.Also not paper towels in restrooms. No they didnt run out - they just don’t offer. Have they not seen the studies showing how dirty throes air hand driers are ?Just felt like a poorly thought out mess.Extra star because it is Whole Foods and I love the offerings and a loyal customer. But this one is just a big Fail on this physical location and layout.

This is the Whole Foods with the most variety out of the ones in Miami. The hot bar features international and soup sections. This store can get pretty crowded and finding the right parking garage can be tricky since it can be confused with the public parking tower entrance around the corner.

This grocery shop is near our place, and it is full of stocked always. They sell from household needs to our necessities. Their products are always well-organized. They have the friendliest and helpful staff here than any other grocery shop in the city. For that reason, Id make sure to recommend this shop!

Very easy to walk to. Great fresh groceries and organic produce. The Paninis and sandwiches are an awesome deal. $8 and definitely splittable. I recommend the Pollo Saltimbocca. The staff are all very friendly and even when its packed you get through the line pretty quick.

When I checked the storage of my groceries, it was out of stock. I immediately went to this nearest grocery store. They were very orderly and systematic in their process. Decent sized store with ample aisle space and a good selection of products. Hot/ready made food are now more limited and today I had an unfriendly staff member make my sandwich. For ten dollars, it should be properly assembled but it wasnt. It was tasty though. 😋

Be aware of the ground beef, so disappointed with the meat they have for sale, it was packed on 11/18/19 sell by 11/19/19 once I opened the meat 30 min after the purchase on the same day it was smelling really bad and horrible color, so I thorough it away. They just basically put the good one on top and the old meat under, very bad thing 👎👎Update: I didSend the email with my info and they just reply “thank you for the feedback “ 👎 so why you guys wrote that here if you are no gonna help??

Crazyly crowded and too narrow of a place to go back. Beware of the underground parking which can be a hazard on those majority crowded days. I will skip this place and go to Publix for better prices and better parking next time.

Went in on a Wednesday night. A bit of a madhouse... Parking is close by but paid. Lots of people with their dogs inside the store, which made it even more crowded. The hot bar/salad bar was a hot mess! It was only 7pm in a crowded store and the food was mostly gone, or dried out and sad looking. I had trouble finding the things I needed. I’ve been to Whole Foods all over the US, this is, like most of them in a Boujee part of the city, but the store wasn’t well managed. I wouldn’t go back

Absolutely incredible experience! The young gentle man Brian was EXCEPTIONAL in his attentiveness and was very warming and welcoming too all of my questions/concerns. He alone made my experience very memorable and unforgettable. The entire establishment was very clean & elegant with respect to how heavy the flow of customers was at that present moment. The young gentleman Jason was absolutely very friendly as well and wrapped up my experience at whole foods to being the best yet.Appreciate all the staff and employees. Definitely have a good thing going for them .

Pretty big Whole Foods in the middle of Miami downtown which is surprising. I guess parking is free. Shop also includes their food which you can make dinner of.

Freshest healthy foods

Like a lot of local people who live in this area Whole Foods at 3rd Ave, Bay Front, Miami is the closest supermarket to shop. Really little competition, Publix is 17 blocks away. It is somewhat expensive and Amazon has not had much influence in reducing prices. Their products are wide ranging but a lot of basic items like paper towels-12 rolls, are lacking. One is forced to purchase a single roll or packet of two at exaggerated prices.Their staff are generally polite and helpful but if you have a complaint Customer Service is not on your side! I argued about the deal on cold meats - 30% off for Prime members, which was not given. You must have selected the wrong product, only Applegate items are on offer. Then why place other than Applegate items, salami for example, in the fridge cabinet if not to confuse and extract a higher price?Another complaint on the following day concerned concerned Pizzas which were advertised as a special deal for $6.99 but on the lower shelf, cheese only pizza;s had a price label of $2.99. Sorry.. says Customer Service, but that price is for Meat Sandwich, we removed those items out of the cabinet yesterday. Then why not remove the price label? To confuse and extract a higher price? The manager arrives and resolves the problem, You can have the $2.99 price, how many do you want at this price, 10, 20... Sarcasm enters the affray. Ill take three I replied, not particularly interested in more than the one I bought.Give it to Whole Foods they are generous with the complaints. But you get the impression theyre buying you off . They have forgotten the slogan - The Customer Is Always Right!!! The staff and the various managers in the store are unappreciative of complaints, pressure them and you get your money back. It would be nice if one time you got an apology for the confusion they cause. Possibly the reason why 99% of their customers never complain.

Fantastic, uplifting experience. The variety of products was amazing. Friendly Staff, Immaculate store, Highest Quality goods. They even had the cutest Dwarf Banana plants, in addition to Guava & Passion Fruit. The vast variety of cooked foods, meals, pizza, pasties and desserts, exotic fruits and even exotic flowers like Ginger Lillies and Bird of Paradise.Id Definitely recommend this store, even just for the experience.

I love Whole Food Market, I live just a few steps away...Unfortunately today, I got impressed.Your location at Miami Downtown, while we are handling our highest percent of Covid-19 cases in town, is not taking care about the customer, there is not social distance and don’t have a proactive and effective plan to approach our safety according to what CDC has announced on a global and local level.Very sad!

It is for people that have money to spend without regard to prices. Dont plan on much, but I still love to go and buy everything I need here. They offer some items on sale that is why I go after them on my next visit! This is a high-end food market.
