This is my neighborhood Walgreens and it’s great pharmacy in great selection of small groceries always works out also know you can get your COVID-19 vaccine here as well along with an appointment

I called 2 times concerning the Covid Booster shot, the lady that answered said that knew nothing about it. I asked her to please pass the phone to someone that I can ask, she hung up. I called again and she then placed me on hold i waited 26 minutes then the phone was hung up again. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME. This is unprofessional and rude. We are in a pandemic and information is important.

I got everything i needed. Quick in and out. Surprisingly friendly staff. Mask is still required here. Not too crowded. No waiting before you go in

Hire more people at the pharmacy, this is ridiculous.

This was the easiest and best pharmacy experience that I ever had. I called to make sure they had the drug I needed and they answered promptly and were informative. I pulled into the drive-thru, handed in my prescription and it was filled on the spot. It couldn’t have been better. Thanks.

I have called the pharmacy 4 different times and every time they have hung up on me. Plus the reason for my call today is they havent processed the transfer of the medication to publix. Thanks Walgreens my family member has been in pain all day.

Shame on managers for having 1-2 registers open most of the time. I’ve been to smaller Walgreens stores where there are usually double the registers open. Doesn’t matter the time of day or night be prepared to spend around 30 mins in the store

Today I went to my Walgreens close to me. But I really dissatisfied about today, I bring my son is only 8 years old and horrible experience at the cashier. Surprisingly two of cashiers one woman so rude and of lack of customer service that is worst on this store and his manager. Both are disrespectful and bad customer service. In the midst of this pandemic and the manager accepted people inside the store without mask and arguing with me when I asked why let people do that. And his associate the same answer. The customer almost had pants and with this kind of managers what we can expect later. There is no respect for other customers inside.

You can use these pharmacy only if you don’t respect yourself.

I had a good experience here when buying a card and ice cream for a coworker. The staff were moderately attentive while stocking shelves.

Normally I dont use this Walgreens but it was a fast in and out with the first Pfizer vaccine shot.

All I’m going to say is that this Walgreens is THE WORST ONE I EVER BEEN TO IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY!!!! Even the Walgreens on 62nd st and 7th Avenue in Miami has better customer service than these folks... THE ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED and TAUGHT THAT COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO EVERYTHING no matter what kind of establishment it is... I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK TO THAT WALGREENS EEVVEERRRR!!!! I only went there because it was convenient at the moment, BUT NEVER AGAIN will I go there....

Their pharmacy is the worst that I have ever experienced. There’s always a really long wait and it’s because they’re always talking amongst themselves.Back for review #2: still the worst pharmacy. They didn’t even have my prescription after sending me a notification that it was ready for pick up. Then told me they don’t have it in stock and don’t know when they will.

If I could give this Walgreens on 20th street 0 star I would!! The beauty consultant ARELIS was very rude to me!! She has the worst customer service! I asked her for help and she completely had a attitude! How can you guys hire someone like her?? I would not be coming here again

The pharmacy here was so rude. They saw me at the counter and wouldnt help me until I told them I was in a uber. I am starting to think that this area only care for their own kind. Im so tired of being labeled because of the color of my skin. Sad I must say

I went there today for the first time to help my mom print out pictures, the girl working at the photo was disrespectful, she had the worst attitude, while she was helping my mom with the pictures she touched the option for the pictures to be ready in an hour, there’s another option for right away, so i told her we needed them right away she said im not doing them right away im doing them over there, i told her you dont have to talk to me with that attitude, and my mom cant wait an hour and her answer was you are not going to come here and tell me what to do.. very rude, arrogant, I decided to talk to the manager, and she even had the same attitude in front of him, saying i was mad because she was not looking at me in the face, of course that’s disrespectful too but that was not the reason that i got upset, the manager had to ask her to calm down, he called her inside and you could hear her outside, no respect for customers or her manager, she should not be working dealing with customers, I was not being rude to her or disrespectful i just asked her to pick the option that i needed. Will never be back to this store..Please hire people with good attitude, that appreciate their jobs and are willing to help customers a give great service, because not everyone can defend themselves, and if she treated me like that I wonder how she treats other customers that will not ask to speak to a manager.

The ovetnight staff is very friendly and helpful. But the store is not coupon friendly, their system only allow you to use two coupons per transaction even if you buy more than two of the same item. If are a customer that use coupons dont go to any Walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens store ever. People check your receipts, because they will charge you twice for the same items, and they wont refund you the money, when you find out. Matter of fact, avoid that store. Jacqueline, the day shift manager is so rude, and she has a bad attitude. She thinks that she owns Walgreens. Because of Jacqueline, I will never purchase anything in Walgreens. I will rather spend my money where i am appreciated and treated with respect.

This store is pretty busy, they have a high demand, a lot of people like to come to this store, is a very convenient spot, staff very friendly, besides there are some beggars from time to time, nothing to worry about, this store has always good promotions, due to a high volume of customers, usually there is a little wait at the cashier line.

My visit was very helpful !! My prescription was called in and after confirming my info it didnt take long to fill !! Thanks Walgreens !!😎😏👍

Store is “rachet”-I was yelled at when I first arrive telling me to leave my bag. Lol, I guess every coming in has the intent to steal. I gave my bag and headed to the pharmacy and the line is 7 people deep and one person at the window. I call for back up, no apologies for the enormous wait-just a nasty look and at other times avoidance to acknowledge the customers.

Beware if your surroundings, alot of crime there always cops being called and bums harrassing outside. Atm always out of service and huge lines at the pharmacy. Save your time and maybe your life and go to another walgreens outside allapatha.

Do yourself a favor and dont even bother dealing with this pharmacy. They are not helpful, have an attitude, they left the phone on and all I heard was people making jokes and laughing.. no one cared about my health condition, they will make you waste your time. I had to talk to so many people and still havent even solved my problem which is something sooo simple!! I waited over one hour to vaccinate my 7 year old boy. After 1 hour the the Pharmacists reach over and let me know they will not be able to vaccinate kid andoffer me to go in two days (without providing an appointment confirmation). They were not clear to the reason. They were so overworked and understaff that seemed indifferent to the fact I had taken the kid out of school for this. This is a 3rd world country pharmacy.

In the pharmacy department there are many professional ethical staff and they do not treat the customer well, in terms of vaccines they do not help people to solve when they cannot use the app and again they treat customers very badly, they are pedantic and lack of cordiality

One hour waiting and when its my turn they tell me You have an appointment for the vaccine, hello, you couldnt tell me that for an hour youve seen me standing, its rubbish the attention

Horrible attention Ive been waiting outside for a while and when I play I get a woman with a gossip that she had already seen me, and perhaps I am a guess, for Gods sake, I live here, but I will never return to this pharmacy, what a horror

I just called the pharmacy and they treated me like a dog I went to give him the name of my mothers medicines so they could send it and the one who came to the phone told me that he was alone to call tomorrow he started screaming like crazy I told him What happened sir?
