Juliao is an excellent company. I’ve worked with them on various levels for the past 12+ Years and refer them to friends and family frequently.Yesterday my garage springs broke in Pembroke Pines. I could not get in and out of my garage. I called Juliao and they scheduled me for service the next day. I determined to have my motor replaced as well due to various issues with it, the sensors and keypad.Within 1 day I had new springs and a new belt driven motor with wifi, camera, sensors, key pad etc and all for a very reasonable price!Highly recommend!Office staff Giselle was excellent as were the technicians. They were timely, professional and quick in completing the job and cleaning up the mess. Everything was as expected and better!

Fantastic service, they were able to give me an estimate the repairs needed over the phone based on pictures that I sent them. Even better: they came next day, ran into a complication, explained it to me, and were able to finish their work same-day. Pricing was a great value, I am definitely recommending them to anyone for any and all garage door repairs. Extra kudos to Gisele (who took care of me over the phone) and Franco (their wonderful tech man).

Overall excellent, knowledgeable with very good attention to detail. Called for an appointment at 7am, arrived just before 9:00. Installed the appropriate springs for my garage door. The previous company I used installed smaller springs for my very heavy 8 foot high storm reinforced two car garage door.

CALL THEM FIRST! The night before Christmas Eve and their technician could have easily blown us off, but instead he fought rush hour traffic and came all the way out west at 6 PM. He was professional, knowledgable and very nice. He fixed the door within minutes and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Im writing because I feel compelled, and with great pleasure, to share my experience with Juliao Garage Doors.My home service company sent one of their service providers to replace my garage door opener. That company did a banged up job installing a 7 garage door opener on my 8 garage door. The home service company allowed me to find an independent contractor, and that is when I found Juliao Garage Doors. What a blessing!!!The office personnel was very attentive to my situation. Chris quoted the job to correct the bad job which included repositioning the opener to line up with the center of the garage door.Mr. Franco came out on time yesterday. He saw what needed to be done and took charge of the situation as if he was doing the repair on his own garage door opener system. His knowledge, professionalism, and great customer service were very evident as he worked very diligently and efficiently, going above and beyond my expectations. I recently contracted with Julio Garage Doors to install insulation on my existing garage door. My door faces east so on summer days it easily reaches 100° in the garage. I contacted Juliao on Monday and his team was on site for the work by Wednesday. His team was professional, experienced, and polite. The work on the door was completed by early afternoon and looks great. I have nothing but high praise for Julio Garage Doors and the entire team.

The reviews proved them to be a 5 star. I called Juliao Garage Doors for an issue i was having with the gates in front of my house. They were very helpful over the phone, called me a day in advance of my appointment, and the technician called me when he was on his way. My appointment was between 1pm and 5pm. He called me at 4:30, letting me know he was running a little behind and that he was extremely sorry, but that he was on his way, not once in his voice did i feel that he was trying to push my appointment for the next day being that it was late in the day. He arrived at my house at the time he mentioned he would and did not leave till he was done getting my gates back up and running. We need more companies and employees like this all around! My garage door was making a strange banging noise. Jacinto from Juliao garage doors came out to take a look. After such a thorough investigation (a lot longer and intense than I would have had the patience to continue), Jacinto discovered a piece of wood under a metal bracket that was banging against the garage door. He was determined to find the problem. I feel like most technicians would have just checked the wheels, track and spring. Once all of the important parts appeared to be working correctly, other garage door technicians might have just walked away. I was so impressed by the way Jacinto did not give up!! He stood so close to the door as it was going up and down over and over again to inspect ever facet of the door. He was literally covered in beads of sweat. But he was not going to give up. He finally discovered the culprit and solved the problem.We are also appreciative to Giselle for sending Jacinto so quickly. We can imagine how busy you are, so thank you for squeezing us in your schedule.
