Id like to first of say this business is very Professional! From the moment I walked in I greeted politely. Once asked what I was looking for they provided knowledge and feedback on Material and hardware I needed. From the front staff In the office to the truck loaders in the back I definitely recommend them!

I called them to make an order, and they kept me waiting for 30 min. Thats a bad customer service, they didnt even give time to say anything. They answered the phone and the guy said please wait a monent and he placed me on hold. I didnt speak to nobody after the 30 min I hung the phone. I will never called again.

After Hurricane IRMA my home in St Barts got very badly damaged and the entire perimeter fencing was destroyed. After looking everywhere for a reasonably priced high quality perimeter fencing I found Fence City. They were recommended by Certainteed the makers of Simtek Fencing now known as St.Gobain. I am from NJ and looked locally but everything was high priced. Fence City beat them all!! The most practical point of it all is that they delivered our fencing directly to the shipping company, Tropical Shipping. Manny our salesman was the best!! Hands down!! With this large of an order there are bound to be mistakes made and when they did occur, Manny was there to deal with everything in such a professional fashion. I had Fence City give an estimate on a fencing project. Not only was the estimate outrageous, but Fence City refused to give me any breakdown as to how it reached such an exorbitant price. If Fence City cant explain how it arrived at the price it is charging me, then how can I justify paying it? I have never seen anything like it, and naturally took my business elsewhere.
