Miss match bolts. They will say anything to bring you in and give you wrong bolts and make a sell. If u dont value your time just go somewhere else.

There was a very rude older gentleman who was at the door. He did not greet me or even speak. He rudely pointed at some machine and didn’t speak. Again he pointed at some thermometer on the wall and made a rude sarcastic remark without explanation. He then just walked away without helping me and began to gossip with another employee. Won’t be returning

I would give zero Stars if I could my visit was horrible first they tell me I got to buy over $10 if Im paying with debit card and then when I bring out cash to tell me I got to buy 2 times what Im buying to be able to pay with cash

I purchased a new safety harness proform f3 for a total of $454.74 I seen it for sale at several other stores for much cheaper $50 to $100 dollars cheaper. I called to see if they could price match it and they began to give me all these excuses why I can not return it nor can they price match it. It is brand new never used,Was a instock item hanging on wall next to four other harnesses. The women I was speaking to said her supervisor told her I should of done my research before I bought it from them. Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company and they will not get my business again due to the way they handled this matter.

They always have the fasteners that I need in stock.

Cant believe I used to buy fasteners at Home Depot. These people have 75% less prices than them. The only thing is you have to buy boxes of a 100. However. the prices of a 100 are so cheap that it comes out the same price as buying 25 pcs at home depot. I would only buy fasteners here. The adhesive spray and cutting wheels were more expensive than Home Depot. I will continue purchasing nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc... here from now on.
