In May 2021 I purchased a CGI window from The Window Professionals (Miami). I was told CGI was a top-quality manufacturer, and that was one of the reasons I decided to spend a bit more than other quotes. A few days after installation, I noticed cloudiness in both panes, but only when struck with direct sunlight. After 2 unanswered emailed attempts to The Window Professionals about my concern, Andy replied to my 3rd email. After verification of the issue by The Window Professionals, the faulty window panes were swapped out for new ones. The problem was not solved. That evening when direct sunlight hit the windows, the cloudiness returned. I contacted both Andy and Todd at The Window Professionals by email on August 26th altering them to the issue and suggesting that instead of replacing (again), that I receive a 1/3 refund on the window cost. After a were working on it reply from Andy, no action. Another email from me on Sept 20th. Again, a let me follow up reply from Andy and Todd at The Window Professionals. After not hearing from them, I emailed once again on Oct 27th asking for an update. This time, silence. I understand that refund and warranty claims can take time between a dealer (TWP) and manufacturer (CGI), but to willfully ignore a customer is shameful. 60+ days since my first request for a refund. Avoid The Window Professionals.

I write this review to help others avoid the terrible experience I had with this company, specifically the window “professional” Daniel Pages. Most everything that happens to us in life is our own doing. We either didn’t do enough due diligence, trusted the wrong person/company, didn’t take precautions, or a myriad of reasons. Its not any easier to stomach that when you engage any sort of professional, you just can’t just count on them to be competent, knowledgeable, or informative in providing whats necessary to help the customer make the best decisions.I built a successful and robust business making a complicated process consultative, informative, empowering, affordable. Educating customers so they can do just that.I was referred to this company by Eurowall. They make beautiful folding doors similar to La Cantina Doors. I gave Daniel the specs, what directions the doors needed to fold. He sent a contract. The first one was incorrect and had twice as many doors as we needed. (!) He corrected it. I looked at his drawings multiple times and they looked correct and as I had described the openings. I initialed and signed.I went to the showroom to look at windows. I walked up to a 3-panel horizontal roller window with muntins, “This is the one! I’m limited by historic in my neighborhood, but this should work! This provides some aesthetic detail beyond an ugly roller window.” Daniel came to the house to measure. We again discussed where those 3-panel roller windows and others would go, color bronze, possible manufacturing timelines with COVID lockdown.I received the proposal. Those 3-panel rollers were nowhere to be found. Daniel put regular rollers. (?!) I called baffled, confused. How could he make that mistake after all the time talking about what I wanted? He corrected. At least one of the windows was in white, the rest were in bronze. Another error that would have been my fault if not caught. As COVID intensified, (late March 2020) we thought of pausing the project. Asked Daniel if there was any room in the quote to come down. He said maybe $300. We proceeded with another vendor. Daniels window quote was 24-38% higher than other quotes! The exact same CGI windows from other vendors were 24% less expensive!By declining, Daniel condescendingly told me I chose the cheapest quote. He was no longer interesting in helping with another order. I was labelled as a “cheap” customer. I choose to buy folding doors that are up to 400% more expensive than sliding doors that most customers buy.(?) But I chose not to go with what appeared to be an egregiously overpriced quote from Daniel. The Eurowall doors arrived. Both were backwards, opening the opposite directions that we wanted. One of my contractors asked, “did they ever ask you which direction you were looking at the doors? In the industry you would know the standard is to assess opening from the outside looking in, not the inside.” I called Daniel very upset. Why would he not tell me that? Why would he not confirm what I wanted clearly and what the correct way to assess the opening is? He flatly said, “let’s look at the contract”. He didn’t care and placed all the blame on me. “Yes, the contract was signed, but it was incorrect because you put the door openings backwards. Yet another grave error made on your part, and the only one I did not “catch”.My fault for trusting a professional for basic of instruction and guidance. Daniel was unapologetic.Daniel made mistakes and errors at every step of this process. I am certain he never informed me of the door opening guidelines. This is not something I would forget.I can’t say that Daniel is a reflection of this entire company. What I can say is that they/Daniel chose to quote windows at prices wildly higher than the professional, attentive competition. He made significant errors at every step that the Customer needed to catch. These are unnecessary risksBe mindful of all of the above! Ill go with other vendors for future needs.

Didnt buy a thing from the guy because what i wanted was very specific but, he was still super helpful and even helped me with where i might be able to buy something (even though it cut him out). He ended it by saying to let him know if he could help more even though he knew he couldnt sell me anything.Just seemed like a genuine guy that is going to be fair. Would highly recommend if you need anything with windows.

We had found it difficult to find a reliable window supplier for our small construction firm. We are really pleased with the service, price and communication from these people. We have done 3 projects together now and I look forward to doing more. Super company and the boss is from Homestead so he must be a good guy!

Terrible experience. They are not professionals at all! Sold us three expensive custom made windows and after many complications, finally when they arrive, their suggested installer bail out. They were trying to convince us of installing them with NO permits!!!, which I refuse. They sold us an expensive product that can not be install properly because the measurements were taken too small as they suggested and without major renovations and engineering the windows will never pass inspections. I do not wish this for anybody. This is not a trust worthy company. It has been awful dealing with them in Miami and their main offices in Jupiter. Be aware!

We bought PGT Wingard impact windows from this crowd. The installation took forever, which was a minor inconvenience. But eighteen months after installation, two windows cracked, starting at the corner - one in the bedroom, and a clerestory window above the living room. Since the windows were still under warranty, we complained and an inspector representing PGT Wingard attended. His report, forwarded through Window Professionals concluded that there was no fault in manufacture or installation (what a surprise!) and that the damage must have been caused by impact. The clerestory window is only 10 x 30 inch, it is on the roof line and has a 3ft soffit overhanging it, so what could possibly cause an impact? To me it is obvious that the glass was cut too big for the frame, with inadequate gaskets, so that flexure of the frame on opening caused the cracks - thus a manufacturing defect. I will never use either this vendor, or manufacturer, again
