The guy that sale stuff count 4$ more and keep lies that the price that you see only if you buy a dozen. I live in downtown and will not come back to this store. Still without blushing. When i said what he is doing, he said its fine that iam not coming back. Not good. Stay away.

A massive, confusing disorganized mess of off-brand Chinese products and some other miscellaneous things that can generally be bought for cheap elsewhere. While browsing through the mess, I was rudely kicked out by the cashier without reason. The customer service here is really bad and the stuff that doesnt have a price next to or on it is probably expensive for the subpar quality.

TL; DR: Incredibly rude staff.I visited today 3-20-2019, around 11:30 A.M . I was looking to buy some tools, and asked for some pliers. We didnt even stay for over 5 minutes looking around when one of the staff told us that if we wouldnt buy anything, she needed the space to organize the merchandise (she wasnt carrying anything or organizing a thing) so she needed us to leave. After that the guy at the register told us that they were closing (yeah, different story) and that we could come tomorrow when we had anything to buy... so we told them that they wouldnt need to worry, because we will not ever come again.

I went to Miami for a quick business trip. I was only there for 2 days. I had some free time so I stopped in just to look around. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not find anything I could not live without but enjoyed my time browsing around. They have an interesting selection of things for sale.

I went into this store on 8-1 to obtain some things to send back to my sister in the islands.Was greeted by staff and they helped with everything I needed.The man behind the register was nice and even offered water on a hot day.WOW!What Store does that ??Prices are reasonable than any other store I walked to around the downtown Miami area.

Rude staff didnt let me stay for more than barely 5 minutes! With all the mess they have here theyre probably hiding drugs and laundering money in the back office... how else are they still in business with bad products like cheapy soap from China? Always kicking customers out too? VERY suspicious, the store front is just a decoy. This cant be a legit business, dont buy here!!

SUPER rude staff! I wasnt even able to see what was available because I was yelled to leave if I wasnt buying anything just halfway into the store. Everything is so hard to look, theres no space to move around (if youre handicapped or not skinny youll have a hard time walking in here). To top it off, I wasnt even able to buy anything because I got kicked out first. Why??? I dont know!

Quoted 2 different prices for the same item. One price quoted by the floor salesperson to have a higher price quoted by the cashier/owner.

Terrible place they put the price of $ 99 cents in large for a keychain and then they tell you that each one costs $ 5 usd, apart from that they STEAL they charge double taxes, the normal thing is that they charge 7% but they charge 14% of taxes !!!!!! They do not give you a receipt for the same reason because taxes are being stolen

Terrible place are thieves tell you a price and end up charging you more. I do not recommend buying there. And besides that they have such a horrible way of speaking they speak to you as if you were less than them, I really do not recommend this place.
