I had a very good experience with Diesel Pro. Their website is easy to use and their products are as advertised. Their customer service is outstanding. I worked with Luis and he was so patient while I sent a bunch of pictures to his personal phone and we were trying to figure out what parts we needed. It helped a lot that they are bilingual, as the mechanics I work with only speak Spanish. Translating mechanical parts is not always easy. They are highly recommended.

I Made an order that was only around $100. I received the parts earlier than expected. even though it was a small order I received a phone call from Louis at Diesel Pro Power to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. The Diesel pro power crew (especially Cesar) is simply incredible. They shipped a complete rebuilt kit for our Cummins/Onan current generator in 3 days. Pretty fast considering we are in northern Canada. We paid about half the price Cummins was charging us for the parts. We installed it ourselves and 200 engine hours later, its perfectly running. I HIGHLY recommend them for DIY people who want their stuff fast. Our engine code was not on their website so Cesar took care of us.

These oil seals were for a pair of Twin Disc 502s and they were quickly shipped at a fair price. They are high qualityNational seals and in fact the only ones I could find, but not the same quality double lip, double tin housing, OEM seals I took out.

First impressions matter. This company does not care about its customers - it cares about its bottom-line - period. I would rate Diesel-Pro with negative stars, if I could. I called for 6-71 injectors and spoke to Luis. Was promised that the product was top quality, 100% tested prior to shipping and ready for installation once removed from the sealed packaging.I received the injectors within three days of purchasing and I proceeded to have them flow-tested to ensure without a doubt that the injectors were 100% (as promised by Diesel-Pro) prior to installing. The last thing I wanted to do was pay for a mechanics time to install faulty injectors, then pay the mechanic again for re-work. I am so glad that I had the Diesel-Pro injectors bench tested prior to install.The results of the injector bench testing were:Quantity 6, Injector #5227245- Two of the 6 were found to have the male type Filter Caps. This particular Injectors requires the newer style female type.- Several Injectors had only finger tight Filter Caps with used copper gaskets.- 4 Injectors leaked down too fast.- 1 Injector had a bad tip, and did not atomize fuel properly.- These Injectors should flow between 113 and 119 cc at full flow. 1 flows at 106, and one flows at 108.Only 1 Injector was found to work as it should. Needless to say, I called Diesel-Pro and asked to return 5 of the 6 injectors and get my money back. I was told that they would not refund my money and the best they could do is exchange the injectors for other ones in their inventory.This is a TOTAL lack of ethical business, as they are aware of selling a sub-standard product at extremely top end dollar. They lost a customer and I will be spreading the word as best I can to ensure no one goes through these yahoos for any of their mechanical parts.Diesel-Pro = Thumbs Down!

What a ripoff! I bought a part in error that will not fit. They charged me 230% shipping fee from Miami to Clearwater. ( $26 - UPS ground rate is $11) Then to return a $30 product they are taking a 25% restocking fee... What a load of garbage!!!!!! So now to return my product will cost me $11 to ship back, and $7.31 fee. $18.31 out of my pocket to return a $30 part... Waste of my time for that... Will not use again.
