Really this Advertises is almost ridiculos, How you can said: (DOCTOR ENVIO LA POLIZA DE SEGURO). NEVER DOCTORS HAVENT TO SEND ANY INSURED POLICE TO NOBODY, CUSTOMER IS WHO GIVE (INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR INSURE, INFORMATION NOT TO SEND THE INSURANCE POLICY (RIDICULOUS).

Medenvios is a terrible corporation. Ive been complaining with them for over a year about my diabetes supplies. they say I take my reading twice a day, my doctor changed the reading to every other day. Ive been getting calls from them 2 or 3 times a week. telling me that Im running out of supplies... these guys dont even LISTEN to their customers.

As my father got older I needed to simplify his diabetes management so his Dr. recommended MedEnvios and I am glad he did because my dad is getting his testing supplied delivered to his house, on time and without any trips to the pharmacy or calls to me (his son) that he is out of testing or insulin supplies. I would highly recommend MedEnvios to anyone who is Diabetic.

Since I moved to Florida in 2017 I’ve been seen by the same doctor for my Type 2 Diabetes. My diabetes is under control with pills and I measured my glucose three times a day. The prescription to MedEnvios has always been the same for a Type 2 Diabetic.On the latest receipt of supplies I not only got the usual and more. I got syringes, new glucose meter and other items used by a type 1 Diabetic. I contacted MedEnvios and they told me that items where sent according to the doctors prescription. I then contacted my doctor who told me that nothing had changed and the had sent a script for a Type 2 Diabetic.Shame on you MedEnvios for stealing money from Medicare. I’m will make a point to contact Medicare to inform them if this situation.

My elderly father was tricked into their services. After he declined their services they started contacting me. After I asked to have my number removed I have been receiving dozens of silent robo calls from multiple numbers. Be careful doing business with this company.

I called twice to order couple medical devices for my brother. Their site says that they are open 24 hours a day, l inquired about those items but the lady who responded the call named Fernanda, didn’t even bothered to take the time to explain anything nor she wanted to listen to what I needed.Lousy service, and careless employees.

Get calls and faxes constantly harassing me despite telling them to stop. Refuse to work with them and would guard patients to avoid using them as well.

I was very disappointed and unimpressed with Customer Service! My fathers glucometer stopped working. When I asked if they could overnight the meter, I was met with a big NO! Because of medicare... we were previously with another company and in emergency situations the company would overnight the products, no matter where he might be at the time. In this case, the representative acted as a gatekeeper. Then I asked if she could ask the manager, and she too said NO. How does this make Medenvios great, when they worry more about saving costs than assisting an elderly person with dire needs, and asking them to wait 5 to 7 days!! This is not great customer service as some of the employees tout on this site.

I am having problems with the lady who answers the phone... She is very rude and she is not sending me my supply of glucose strips since 6 months ago... i asked her why and she is always blaming the doctor, I asked the doctor and he said he sent the rx long time ago... So who should I believe?

Worst diabetes supplies ever, don’t buy from them, it’s junk, the insulin pen is horrible, they won’t send one touch out, they are another rip off company! If you want to downgrade diabetes supplies go for it.

My mom ran out of supplies after waiting for her regular package and despite of having called several times to inquire the package was still not being sent. The rep told us after I pressed for an answer and solution that they had a billing issue and that I would need to go and pick it up myself today. My mother has suffered from other service delays and I tell her that she needs to switch companies if possible.

Terrible service over the phone. Whiny and not helpful attempting to collect personal information.

This company has called me 20 times since March 30. Five times today! We dont know how they got our number, but they will be hearing from our attorney.

I do not recommend this company to purchase medical supplies. My mother was a customer for years, and they were sending her alcohol wipes for injections and charging her 25 dollars for shipping without her asking for them. I called and they told me that they were going to eliminate the charge, months later a lady called me to give me classes on how to take care of credit and how debts are paid. It seems to me that this company is taking advantage of older adults by shipping things 8x more expensive than the price of the product over the counter, and should be reported for scam

Terrible management, they say they are a team, but they dont know what that is. Yves Salas the manager is a false and hypocritical person, she always says that she wants to help but in the end what she does is take you to the limit where you lose your job. Evelyn Rivera human resources person who must protect the interests of employees and is a puppet of Yves without her own decision. She believes that because she is a friend of Yves, she will survive that hell, but she does not know that Yves has no borders and that just as she subtly destroyed Mariela Espinoza, her best friend will also do it with her when she no longer serves her. They do not care who really serves or has knowledge, they only care about the ego they have, which is immense that does not let them see that there is someone who serves better than them. Policies and rules make and change them at your convenience. That company has no idea what its like to maintain a team environment and professionalism.

Being Diabetic is not easy but I am really very satisfied with MedEnvíos. At first it took a while to get the prescription they needed to be able to send me the products to do the tests, but really now everything comes to me when it comes to me and I am calm and my doctor is happy that I am doing better. If I can recommend MedEnvíos as a serious company, Thifanny

This company is a garbage! They sold me the wrong product and when I called them to tell them they blamed me and told them I was going to return them and they returned my money and they received it 3 weeks ago and I still do not receive my refund, I call them and they put pretexts that there is no one available in the sales department and they tell me that they are going to return the call to me and I just have to call them lies, I hope that they return my money and they are not thieves. I do not recommend it, they take their medication elsewhere.

I am proud to work 24 years at MedEnvios because it deserves all my respect and admiration, unfortunately there are people who come to work at Medenvios but when they cannot do their job correctly they slander the company and workers.
