Only 1 person taking care of customer service on a Saturday. Yes, she was pretty good and TRYING to be quick helping all of us there. But there was to many of us and nobody bothered to help her help us...

The pharmacy staff is the worst they make you stay in line for more than 30 minutes and they never picked my call! HORRIBLE ! You calling to know the status of your medication which is important no to know if they have oranges or watermelons at the store!!!

I was paying at one of the self checkouts when he asked me for approval from the store, when one of the workers named Marelis approached me and began to enter her code and check my bags, insinuating that I was taking one of the things without paying, I had I paid for everything but the worst was with the bad attitude in which he addressed me, my 12-year-old daughter was also with me and I find it very bad service to the client I think they should train their employees to deal with clients. very bad experience.

Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

This location 9191 w Flagler st Miami Fl. Most of the shelves are empty. The self checkout lines are Extremely long almost reaches to the back of the store never Enough shopping carts Deli closes like 7 PM I think it’s just ran by poor management. Other locations in the same area usually has. More merchandise and does not have this problem

On this trip I learned that the Customer Service counter closes at 7pm (it was almost 9pm)

It make me feel bad having to be the cashier at Wal-Mart, they dont pay me for that and it takes me longer in the line because many older people go through a lot of work in that process

Parking lot is a crazy house. There is always someone looking for parking spaces. Even dissabeled spots are occupied by people that can walk perfectly.

The experience was fatal, there was no employee at the cash registers, only the self-pay registers, I bought a TV and the employee was heavier than a sore on the tongue. What a bad attitude, its called I think Jacky. In the end, I left the cart full of products and went alone with the television that Jacky barely charged me.

Im a late night shopper so I dislike that this store isnt open 24/7. Theres enough population, no excuses. I also like buying clothing and Miami purses which this store doesnt have a good selection of . I prefer different Walmart locations. Only good thing is lots of food items and lines arent good but not terrible. Walgreens is open 24/7 and has some good clothing for late night shopping.

Today i received the worst experience in walmart. I am very disappointened. My family and I went to take pictures for passports. There was no one in the área so we had to wait because the Supervisor couldntoperated the machine. We wait for 45 minutes. Then appears thw person who was in charge of the área. Unfortainly he didnt know how to use it. We waste our time . Time that is unvaluable in this country . Please next time only say we dont have pictures. And make sure your personal is qualify.

Well I started my day out of town and in a different area this morning and I know I needed to do some shopping. So I said to myself let me go ahead and go to Walmart. So I going to Walmart and I am able to find everything that Im looking for and things that I need as well. Overall I am very happy with shopping here because its so much easier to be able to shop at one place and get everything you need rather than going to 10 other places and finding and making more trips going other places

Floors should been swiped... bathroom items shelves need more care. and stocked fully.i couldnt fine a bathroom set.with the color that I wish they are incomplete.

Never have anything in stock, alot of empty shelves, only 3 wheelchairs for such a high volume of people.

I was purchasing some toys for my child and needed some help at the self- checkout register because it wouldnt take my cash even though it was already programmed dor cash and debit card payments. It turned out that the register was out of paper to print the receipts. The hostess replaced the paper which was good but then reprogrammed it to card only and then told me that I couldnt use cash. After I expressed that I saw what the hostess did, she ended up taking me to another register and allowed me to get my cash and receipt, which was nice.

Decent supply of household items but missing a few food items e.g. no tofu at all, no scallions etc

Overpopulated, too many people in the way. Cant look at an item without someone hovering over you too look at the same thing. Other than that mess the prices were decent.

Everyone knows what this place but the best part is they have ample space for parking.Employees are way too helpful for customers and i like their no question return policy.

Note they dont take any form of mobile pay outside of Wal-Mart Pay. I never buy here so that took me off guard. Selection is decent but wasnt too impressed especially regarding the ice cream. My advice? Check the Fresco y Mas down the street.

They are pretty disorganized and are always missing items. Always have big lines to pay for your items.

I prefer the larger Walmart on 87th, but this one is walking distance and good for quick stops. the shelves were stocked well. the store was clean. customer service in this area in general is lacking and this Walmart is no different. good prices that cant be bear so Ill continue to shop there but making returns here is horrible because again customer service is lacking among the local population.

Order 1 item for curbside pickup and waited 30 minutes after checking in before going inside. While inside the store waited in line at customer service for an additional 15 minutes to pick up my item that was sitting in the back. After complaining to the representative she said they do now have a phone system so they arent aware when customers check in. After finally getting my item I wanted to purchase something else. The first 3 employees spoke no English so they werent able to assist me at all. Overall horrible experience and will not be returning to this location

The checkout is a mess due to having self check out only. The lines are long. I understand its probably due to pandemic regulations but other super stores have it together much better.

Good clean Walmart with lots of parking and many restaurants nearby. This particular Walmart has many self checkout terminals which makes for almost no line every time.

This WalMart supercenter is very well stocked. Easy to find your way around the shop, and you can find almost everything that you need.

Walmart has closed most of the registers. Check out is now a headache. Only 4 registers open and the rest are self check out. Your at the mercy of the elderly and the others who check out items very slow. More than 2 hours to leave. Never again!
