Boy box stores never really disappoint me.If you don’t have room to buy in bulk, maybe not a bog enough family, these types of stores might not make sense.I find it worth it for the gas and wine prices a lone.They have great selection of brand name foods.I personally think they have the best meat to purchase quality wise in a Miami store.Remember to bring a few reusable bags!

The greatest company on Earth Ive been to Costcos all over the world. I love the employees and the aditude of the company as a whole. When it comes to the product it is top notch.

Good services, super staff, but since the Covid19 supply chain quality control for their products went down to zero, and prices when up 20 to 30%.My question is it still worth it to pay the annual fee and continue shopping at Costco since I need to go back at least twice a week to return some products ? I let you think….

I love Costco, have great prices and excellent Kirkland brand I would have given a 5star had not been for the all the shopping karts all over the parking lot, I don’t know maybe they were short-handed if personnel or they need to hire more personnel for the lot, because this place gets busy always

Always super busy, difficult to find easy comfortable parking, its in a shopping mall and there are always a lot of people looking for parking. Inside the store always super full. Long lines at the gas station are normal.

If you go to Cosco, then probably like me, you are looking for a good deal while walking on a clean floor and shopping around well-organized shelves. This cosco location satisfies that. The only negativity is the poor Cosco tire service. I had a flat tire with a nail in it and needed it taken care ASAP. I walked to the counter and was told to make an appointment on their website which was. completely full for 2 weeks straight. In common a sense, who plans to have a flat tire in advance? It should have been treated as emergency but instead I was turned away.

I fly 3 hours for my twice a year Costco run. Shopping at this particular location is also great. The staff is helpful. The selection usually exceeds my expectations.

It’s a Costco. Built new in an old mall location. Shares the parking mostly with a Home Depot so your usual weekend craziness. Other than that it’s a good one.

Drinks food what ever you need. Along with great prices.

I can always find everything in the quantity I need here. The clothing options are great too and they have a variety of shampoos. Kirkland brand items are great and their chickens are to die for (But my bias is towards the pizza).You find that a lot of the items tend to last you a long time its worth the price :)

Costco has Great products, and Great Customer service, once you locate an employee. Employee pride, for the MOST part, is evident by the fact that you will see the same employees for years, because Costco takes care of its employee, so low turn over rate, and does care for its customers. The one star 🌟 removal from my rating, is how Costco will carry a common item for a time, then NO Longer have the product, i.e. Paleo Bars, refill hand soap, and such. Perhaps NOT Costcos doing, possibly from manufacturer, But simply be aware and stock Up on what you like. 😉

Good prices but a Mexican cashier is rude and very impolite.

A bit too crowded. People dont respect social distancing. With that said, its your standard Costco you find anything you could need for your home and beyond. Theres a few Hispanic treats and a liquor store right as you exit.

Handicap electric carts are not available at MiamiCostco store. Te one by the Palmetto and 57 th Ave. They only have three electric carts “When they work” as told by an employee. I waited two hours for one t o avail because when the employee found me one the battery was so low it could not power the cart snd ove. Of course, was not workingI feel discriminated because I cannot walk the entire building, and shop for y own things. I feel the management is careless and dies not pay attention to clients like me with special needs. The employees tried to help me but there were no carts available

What was the point of the taste-test sample of food if they didn’t let you taste it? Anyway It’s too crowded and people look at you in a weird way

Lets start with parking, just arriving made me feel like I was in one of the Hunger Games movies. When going into the store, I felt like I was supposed to be in a hurry to get inside the building bc of the amount of people trying to get in, it was very chaotic. Once inside it was definitely overcrowded and not an environment in which I felt comfortable shopping in, especially during the this pandemic. After that mission I made the wrong decision of waiting in the self check out lane which wasnt self checkout at all. I had no choice than to wait for the employee that was supposed to scan my items so I can checkout but instead was talking to another employee about the upcoming weekend. The lady took so long talking I had to ask her nicely to do her job. Avoid the hassle and get a membership to BJs if u dont already have one, they have a deli.

I went to make a delivery ,arriving at 4:30 am with appointm. at 5 am Claudia Beato Alva. (the receiver) after 2 hours she started to unload the trailer, obviously detention time started running after 2 hours but you know what, when I received my paperwork back she wrote that I checked in at 5 :06 am the way I couldnt claim the time of detention, subtle way to screw my money and clean up herself.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, it’s very nice, sometimes in rush time the lines can be long but the staff cab be real fast.

They need to take a step forward to control how many clients are in the store at the same time. Walking inside was a nightmare and also the parking. Some products were overpriced compared to BJs.

A great store. Youll find almost everything regarding groceries, electronics, etc. The tire store has good prices.

I really liked this location because the lines at the cash registers were non existent. Im not sure if its because of the time i visited or not. One of the issues I had was the bakery area is much smaller than my regular costco in north miami beach. The second issue is they didnt have a wide variety of certain things. But other than that we will be visiting again when on this side of the county.

What isnt there to like? Great service, great price, clean location, fantastic parking (although often very full due to popularity of location but thats a good thing). They have a wide range of merchandise and products to choose from all in one place. Food is always priced great especially for bulk buy items. The quality of food (especially proteins) is amazing. Customer service is also very good and helpful. Location is very clean especially for what is essentially just a giant warehouse, and the handling of making sure everyone is wearing a mask is also very good (although the social distancing could be better). Overall I highly recommend this location and becoming a member for a fantastic shopping experience.

The prices are very irregular, one day you arrive and find a price and another day you find another, and it is not a special offer but rather it is a market hitch a little disrespectful for the citizens who go to this place for many years. Also in this branch specifically is a bridge of products from Miami to Venezuela and it is evident that the price hike is due to the great demand for products that there is by the Venezuelan community that sends tons of products to their countries, many to help their families but most of them as a means of business, causing inflation since I have been able to compare the prices with other branches and in many cases they are different, as this compulsive purchase also causes the continued depletion of products especially in this branch.

Be Carful when using a Self Machine to paid for your items Costco employees accused you of stilling before even verifying the purchase or asked you if it was a separate transition them at the door they said that I didn’t pay for one item and they called the manager I check the receipt and the item was thereStop accusing customer of stilling

Great place to buy! It helps a lot. It isn’t as cheap as you would hope it to be but you just need to learn to buy some things in there and some others at another place! Also, lines on the weekends can be crazy! Personally I don’t like the food the sell by the cashiers, the quality is not that good.

Im a big fan of this location. The aisles and walkways are spacious, and the locations of goods are very easy to guess. Employees are always friendly and helpful, even while they keep things moving quickly. The gas station and parking lot are a little chaotic, but thats everywhere in Miami.They dont supply bags, so you may want to bring your own or get some of their produce boxes for free.Costcos basic membership is $60/year and pays for itself through price savings. Costcos executive membership is $120 but pays for itself with 2% cash back if you spend an average of $250/month. You can also downgrade at any time and get a prorated refund. I use a cash back visa (not Costcos credit card) for purchases to save even more. Be aware that the only kind of debit/credit card Costco accepts is Visa.

It was my first time coming to this location , i was going to meet with my friend inside of the costco and this lady denied me access inside based on my appearance or my race not sure , then she asked me for a membership and she rush to denying me accessing because I did not have a membership. I told her that makes no sense and she was being mean for no reason, then she start to cursing in spanish and show me the finger . Terrible experienceI wont come here again and strongly recommend people to do not go to this location

Great prices, has gas station, excellent Electronics and TVs with knowledgeable staff. Recently bought a new technology Vizio MQ 58 TV plus a Yamaha sound bar, Fantastic colors and clarity.

Cotsco gas station employees at this location are the worst, this is not the first time we encounter an issue while attempting to put gas on our car at the Flagler location they are always extremely rude and yell at customers, they even challenge you to fight them. I witnessed a fits fight between an employee and a customer on a prior occasion and today was my husbands time to be mistreated and yell at. Carlos, the employee, yelled at him when my husband call for his assistance due to a malfunctioning on the gas pump, and next thing you know Carlos came out at him gesticulating and yelling saying that my husband was doing something wrong, and he even challenged him to throw a punch.Its a shame that Costco allows this kind of individual to represent the Brand and give them such a bad reputation. All your good work goes to nothing when you allow this kind of individual to work for you.

Costco gasoline is the best. Even though it was busy, a number of attendants were directing traffic and being helpful. Easy breezy!!!

Never again! The parking lot is shared with Home Depot and Friday at 10:15 was horrendous. Costco was busy as well. Check out line moved quickly but staff was stressed and not as friendly and helpful as we n another Costco I shop often. Online seems to be a better option.

Anybody who knows Costco is usually a loyal customer. This Costco is great. With well stocked isles and excellent management it is easy to be a bit addicted. The lines move swiftly helping you move on to your next errand.
