Im very extremely mad. I came to the store to buy a balloon shoes for my Daugther and the lady treat me really bad, didn’t tell me that i can’t return the item or my money. My daughter tried the shoues yesterday and she wanted to see is fix on her but was too tied! So I came next day for an exchange and the lady told me she can’t exchange because the shoes were little dirty. I explain her the situation and the manager came and then the owner and didn’t wanted to exchange the shoes and I not even asked for my money back. They were very rude to me and thouse shoes I can even fund them in Amazon for $30 and they selling it for $95 lol 😂 very bad customer service and very high price! I had to call my back and canceled the transaction. I recommend to not go there or if you go be ready for bad customer service. Good luck on the bottom you can see the shoues picture. Brand new

Why would you body shame a young lady, when you have a daughter of your own. I received GREAT service and the young lady that helped me were amazing. The prices are reasonable within the dance industry. LOVE the store will keep going back!!!!!

Dancing supplies depot never seems to disappoint! I have been trusting them with all my dance needs for the last 25 years. They made sure I had everything I needed while training, when I went off to college, during my professional years, and now I am pleased to trust them with my dance program. Helen and her staff are a trademark in the Miami dance scene and take care of their dancers.

September 2021- I’ve been going to the store for years and have always had good experiences. I find them to be a little on the expensive side but they are the closest to the house.What I saw and experienced today was totally absurd. The store has been transformed into a COVID paranoia contradiction. The store is full of signs saying that for “SOCIAL DISTANCING” purposes all customers must wait in a line to be assisted. The line is inside the store and everyone is crammed together from the front of the store to the rear. There is no social distancing at all. More importantly the signs say masks must be worn but several employees were walking around with their nose or full face exposed. I guess it’s the do as I say not as I do principle. I encountered a short wide-bottom young employee that was very rude. Thank God she was distracted and someone else took care of me. I told my my daughter that I would drive anywhere to buy what she needed instead of waiting in this insane circus of contradictions and rudeness. Again a little expensive for their attitude. Unfortunately she needed the items for the next day and it was too late to go somewhere else.

This store has it ALL! Great selection and very reasonably priced. I was able to find everything I needed for my daughter’s dance class. She just started dancing, so we needed a lot of guidance. The manager, Ana, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!

While I was paying at the cash register, the security denied access to a woman with her baby and little daughter because he said that strollers were not allowed into the store. This was very rude and inhuman. The woman had to take the baby in her arms and the daughter in her other arm in order to be able to get in to the store. Additionally, she had the baby bag with her. I would not suggest this store. 😐

I have shopped online in the past and the service was great. Deliveries were prompt and just what I had ordered. However, after going to the store in person, I have to say I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization in this store! I found everything I needed and the store manager, Ana went above and beyond helping me! I will be back again and certainly recommend it! I give it a 10!!!!

We had an amazing experience at Dancing Suppliers Depot!!! I took my daughter to get new pointe shoes and was lucky to meet Dr Carlo to assist us with fitting. She is amazing ❤️ She made my daughter feel comfortable, very personable approach; she took her time to try different sizes and width till we all agreed on “ The One” 🩰! Made great suggestions on shoe cushions to use with bunions , which made a huge difference. On top of all of that , they took care of sewing elastics ! No hassle for mom 👍. Wouldn’t go to any other store! Highly recommend this store for any dancing supply needs🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my daughter to get point shoes at this store and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Carlo assisted us right away and was very helpful. She took her time to make sure my daughter went home with the correct size ballet shoes and was extremely helpful with tips on what to do and what not to do so that they can last longer. Her service was above and beyond, as well as her knowledge and personality. She even took a picture of my daughter with her new point shoes which made my Caro super happy. I really did not like this store. First off, extremely pricey. They had a few leotards for $20, none fit. Then they go all the way up to $65!! Insane! Also one of the workers wore no mask when helping me, which I found unprofessional and not safe.

Horrible experience! Young , snooty , woke staff without knowledge of there inventory. Don’t set foot in this place !

Last time I was in this store (before recently) I was a teenager. I was happy to take my daughter here to buy her first pair of shoes. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Coupons are always awesome and the selection is great.

This is a great place to source all of your dance needs, regardless of weather its ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, or other. They carry a very wide selection of brands and sizes for all ages but prices are high. Staff is well versed in the items they carry and shoe fitting personnel are very capable. Parking is a bit limited. A 10% discount is available if you mention your dance studio or dance school.

The customer service here is great. They are always super helpful when I need to buy dance shoes. They take the time to fit you in the right shoe and make sure you leave feeling satisfied with the shoe you picked. I highly recommend this dance store!!

Big selection of items, customer service was not very good. I came yesterday and they were not very busy, the store associate couldnt understand some of my English when I was asking for items. It was enough to make me leave and get the majority of my daughters dance clothes from Target instead.

Attentive attendant. Found what I was looking for in less than 10 minutes. Competitive price, easy to find, nice, clean, and organized.

We have been buying everything for ballet and flamenco for our daughter from here for 3 years. We had an extra pair of ballet shoes that we bought. We never used. Box was brand new. Went back to buy new flamenco shoes and tights. Also to exchange ballet shoes, as she did not go to ballet for a year. They said No. Even the owners. There exchange policy is 7 days. Talk about giving us the middle finger. There prices are not that cheap anyways for the drive. Were taking our business somewhere else.

In all the dancing supply stores out there, this place is the best in Miami. They have good service, good veriaty, they have all the sizes, and very beautiful clothes. They have everything you need here. Dont bother going to a cheap disgusting other dance store. Dancing supplies depot is the best. Would highly recommend.

The two ladies working today kept avoiding me. I asked them both for a specific size shoe. It wasnt even busy. Hanging clothes back up 2 hours before closing was more important. Horrible customer service.

Dr. Helen Carlo, the Dancing Supplies dépôt owner is amazing. The one on one attention she gives to each customer is unparalleled in this industry. She is making my daughter’s solo costumes this year and so far I’m very impressed. I would definitely do this again.

I was able to get in and out quickly because I was the first and only customer in the store. Usually there is a wait but the staff is always avaialable to help, though some dont speak or understand much English so its hard to communicate. But they are friendly enough. The prices in store are a bit high so if you can afford to wait, but online and save. Especially when it comes to dance shoes which are costly.

My daughter loves coming to this store, the staff was friendly and gave me pointers on how to properly fix my hair in a bun to make it look as if her hair was long enough, she has very short hair and is 3 years old so hairspray was out of the question for me..

I couldnt even ask if they had the shoes I was looking for. You have to make the same line to buy,try,purchase or ask to see an item. Ridiculous system.

Great selection of dancewear, point shoes, and accessories but pretty pricey. Make sure to have them apply a 10% discount for your specific dance school...If youre buying ballet point shoes, I strongly recommend Gaynor Minden over other brands as their shank is made of elastomer instead of the traditional cardboard and as such they last much, much longer (at least twice as long) than other competitive brands.

I love going to this store, is very relaxing and the employees are very helpful, here you can find anything you need, just dont go no were else this is the perfect place.

This store is sooo good! I’ve been coming here since I started dancing! They even teach u how to put on your shoes like for example pointe shoes, they will give you tips and tricks. But I just don’t like that when I have to get new pointe shoes, they have to be hella extra to the point where you have to bring your toe pads, like sis noo. I just wanna buy shoes, not take 20 minutes on trying something on. Damn idk it just irritates me and that’s the only thing I don’t like abt the store, but it is a good store and has everything that you can get from the dance world! But still aggravating as hell. Talking abt pointe shoes, I’m buying them today rn and there store, so once again ima be ughhhh. But yea I brought my toe pads with me and stuff. And yea! Bye

Very bad service from the employees they make you feel like your not welcome, every time I had a question of something or where to find an item in the store they will talk back with attitudes and give me nasty face look they act like they don’t care about working there. I will not be coming back here. Went there for the first time on February 23, 2019 I recently put my daughter in a ballet class and didn’t know much what I needed to buy or how to pick out the sizes and stuff and an old lady that works at the store I asked her for help and she just gave me help with an attitude I asked her nicely where the shoes where and she yell at me I didn’t say anything back I went back there and figured it out I’m very disappointed with the customer service I went here because the academy recommended me but I’m be sure to inform them what happen and the other moms in the academy I have never made a comment about rating anything in google before but this was such a bad services from that old lady and even the cashier they work there like they are forced and don’t feel like being there, really sad because they have lot of nice things.Fui a esta tienda una señor mayor me grito y trata muy mal a uno están trabajando ahí sin ganas como si estuvieran forzado estar ahí.

First of all I want to tell you that you can have a lot of variety and styles in your store. But bad customer service. I just got out of there and I was disappointed. I was recommended to that store and believe me I would not return. They have to put more staff for customer service and a better way to treat customers, I asked a lady who seems to work there and she answered me with a very bad attitude. I asked him that he needed some slippers and he told me that if he had already asked the other girl and he made a very unkind gesture with attitude. I want to tell that lady that the love for her work and for what she does must be done with love and desire to work and treat her customers well, I would not recommend that shop to anyone. I prefer to buy through Amazon that give better service. Thank you.
