Terrible customer service. Slow turn around time. Gabriela lacked customer service. I received no updates regarding my shirt. She even sent me an unprofessional email in all caps - insinuating yelling. I asked her about it and she didn’t find it problematic. I was refunded after being told the printer was down. All in all-waste of money definitely overpriced. I will not be going against it’s definitely more affordable online. This experience made me never want to go again honestly. Would NOT recommend.

You can find cheaper prices elsewhere, but these guys will help you design even if doing just one t-shirt. Tip: Its not worth it to bring your own shirts. Just use the ones they have. The turn around time is pretty fast too.

Bad customer service, I called twice and talked to Gabriela, but every time she was too busy with other clients. She said she would return my call and never did, looks like they are still too busy to help other customers.

Surprised to see how many good reviews this company has in google which is exactly the reason why I called. First try just kept ringing and suddenly hung up. Second try someone not very nicely answers “can you please call back in 5 minutes, I’m busy with a client at the moment, thank you and hangs up”. Do I need to say anything more in this review? Maybe that I’m looking to work with a local Miami opposed to out of state business to order several shirts for my company?

Wonderful customer service and good quality of products

Terrible customer service I didn’t even had a chance to wear my shirt for one day in the rain. It already started fading away. I will never come back and even tried to buy hats but no help. Don’t go here.

I just visited the shop in Kendall. The attendant was very dismissive and did not even bother to get off of the computer to answer my questions. I felt like by being a customer I was bothering her. This was my first time trying to get custom Tshirts, and she was uninterested in explaining the process or showing customer service.

Rushed job made me feel like I was bothering her by asking questions. There are to many companies that offer this service to risk going here.

Shirts came out amazing and very quickly. Customer service was subpar and instead of having a “yes we can definitely do this” “let me see what we can do for you” it was more of “no it can’t be done, If you don’t know how this works then you won’t understand” negative attitude but amazing and quality product

An incredible wide range of services located in a single area. The team is really polite and educated on communicating ideas into designs.
