I have nothing but good words for the convenience store I found nearby! They are so quick and giving out your item after paying them out! They are always available 24/7. All the staff is active and they always wear a friendly smile to their customers! Keep it up!

After spending $70 for two little bags at this store I privately wrote them a review and got a very interesting reply from the store and I’d like to share it here with you:Cashier wouldn’t look away from her phone a single minute as she’s scanning my purchases. Receipt prints out and she’s staring at her phone as I’m looking at her waiting... After a while she finally remembers I’m still there and hands me the receipt as she’s staring at her phone. I had to return to get refunded as she charged me for an extra item.Their reply was:“Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I just checked the camera footage and I saw she was at the phone, but you as well took some time browsing the store, exchanging the frozen coxinha, talking to your friend, looking all over the store like trying to finding anything else. You never looked directly at her to tell her you’re done. But anyway sorry for all I convenience caused at your first time at our store and we do record everything that happens. Thank you again for the understanding”To which I replied:I find your reply extremely unprofessional as you’re blaming ME for her being on the phone throughout her interactions with a customer. “But you as well”, since you checked the cameras, should’ve seen that when I walked back from exchanging the coxinhas had the cashier person (that was helping me originally) switched.That girl that assumed the position was the entire time on her phone the moment the other customer let me go ahead of him till check out.Maybe if she hadn’t been paying attention to something else she wouldn’t have over charged me.I’m still SHOCKED that you’re capable of talking like that to one of your customers. “Looking all over the store”. I’m so sorry I “looked all over the store trying to find anything else” to buy. I will not be making that mistake again and I’ll make sure “my friend” doesn’t either.I wasn’t but I’ll be now extending this review to google, yelp and any other sources so others don’t make the same mistake I made.“But anyway” as if you’re doing me a favor...How unprofessional you are.

This is the best Brazilian store in the Miami area. The staff and extremely friendly and they have pretty much everything you can expect to find. Also has parking in the back. Highly recommend :)

I found heaven! Best coxinha I’ve had in a while. They have picanha, calabresa, café, pão de queijo, biscoito de polvilho, açaí congelado, tapioca..... etc etc you got the gist of it. let’s say that I am very happy I found this place.

Lousy service, one of the worst I have ever received here in Miami. The lack of care with customers is so great that you feel that they are doing you a favor (and with very little desire).Expensive products, some of the BAUDUCO brand can be purchased for 1/4 of the value in any supermarket here (Publix, Fresco y Más, etc.)It is not even worth the visit.I dont recommend it to anyone!Spend your money on anything but being mistreated by people in an uneducated store.Until never!

I am a regular customer of Brazil Mart and, therefore, I feel entitled to make a criticism to which I hope to be interpreted in a constructive way, as I am aiming to improve the service to which I am ready to receive. I was in the checkout line when a blonde lady was on the phone with a customer, who after hanging up the call she loudly criticized the customer on the line, being completely inelegant with everyone who was there. She said: this customer is a scab .. last time I came another customer asked to be helped with a question and she again crudely said: the store is full and I cant help you. I found this to be a tremendous lack of education. I hope that the service improves ... If this happens again, unfortunately they will lose a loyal customer.

Many products are either priceless or wrongly priced. I always bought at the store and never checked the note, but I noticed that I buy less and pay more each time. Last time most of the products were without the price and whenever I asked the price I understood the reason: very expensive. After paying when I got in the car I saw that the value was strange and I went to check the prices: a passion fruit pulp that was priced in the fridge at $ 4, was charged $ 8.60 and other products with small errors of 1 to 2 dollars. I came back immediately to complain and nobody even apologized, they just said that the price was wrong on some products because they forgot to update. Result: they lost a client and I want to warn everyone CHECK THE NOTE because they are dishonest

I was in this store yesterday and I was very poorly served, the lady at the checkout is rude and treats customers with disdain and bad form.Expensive products with questionable quality.I do not intend to return and do not recommend anyone!There are better options in Miami!

Wonderful Pastel!

Cozy place, super friendly service and delicious food. Too good.

I expected so much more! The coxinha besides cold was not of good quality, the pastel was not good either! They can also greatly improve care. Not to mention that everything there is more expensive than other Brazilian markets.

A total neglect every time I went, it seemed that they were doing a favor in being there, and today I arrive 6 min to close and the outside sign accesses the locked door the lady went through the door saw me went and turned out the light . Simple I will not come back and I still indicate other places for friends, I am able to buy and take to the friends just so they do not come in this place

The drumstick is good and has a lot of stuff but the pastel I do not recommend. It was bitter and very little stuffing and still expensive

We are from Vancouver and we came to Miami to vacation. We looked for Brazilian stores and found Brazil Mart, but WE GET A LOT. Since we arrived at Mrs. Cashier, she hasnt even said hello or a word. On the way out the same thing, not even a thank you, bye or come back again. Anyway, it was a bad experience and service. Unfortunately I dont recommend it.
